The room was very comfortable and the staff was very good a providing our needs.
The breakfast had much to be desired but there were many places close by to eat.
Motel was old and suffered from limited upkeep and no maintenance. Check in was delayed by 45 minutes due to rooms not being cleaned. Maid disconnected satellite TV to plug in vacuum as the room lacked outlets. She was unable to reboot the TV system and that was a further delay. Dirty floors, bedding not changed, bathroom complete with pubic hairs on the toilet seat.
We felt safe and secure as the earthquake rolled thru, not worried about structure. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Refrigerator had an excellent and good sized freezer.
Only continental breakfast for the price of stay. Odd property entrance; we missed several times. Bathroom door opened INTO the sink area...very cramped and inconvenient.
Comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked fine and the room was well-maintained. Fairly easy access to Hwy 101 and minutes from shopping in Santa Rosa.
Arrived at night. Signage is a bit on the small size & we had a slight difficulty finding the location. Office isn't attended 24 hours (at least during our stay). Room cost similar to other name brand (Best Western, LaQuinta, etc.). Couldn't find a room elsewhere, however, so value is relative.
The soap and body wash was nice.
The bedspreads didn't appear clean, I found a long dark hair in the bed (not mine) the "breakfast" was very limited and not worth eating.
If you just want someplace to hang your hat for a night or two this place fits the bill. Its nothing special but its reasonably clean quiet and ok comfort. Woyld want to spend a romantic weekend here, but it good enough to sleep. Staff are very nice.
Breakfast isnt much but thetes a starbucks in parking lot.
The continetal breakfast was not worth mentioning in the front office, no chairs, and only cereral and toast
Price and convenience
Stains on the carpet.
Courteous staff. Soap and conditioner in pumps in shower, not little containers. Parking available close to room.
Carpet needed to be professionally cleaned, especially by air conditioner where someone had spilled coffee or lotion. No decaf coffee in room.
Breakfast; no juice, no where to sit, etc.
Location, ease of check in and check out, friendliness of staff, size of bathroom (jacuzzi tub), quality and method of dispensing personal care products.
Size of room (cramped with too much furniture), television, difficulty of just taking a shower, limited continental breakfast items, price.
comfortable and clean room
they gave us 2 winery tasting passes instead of... 7 that they promised on the phone, kind of frustrating :/ it's also overpriced but I guess the entire Sonoma is such
location fair price for accommodations monster bath room the soap dispensers a nice touch although I believe the shampoo and hand soap were same liquid. Ironing board and iron nice touch but did not use.
been a while since cleaned under bed. mold in coffee pot reservoir. a good rinse with vinegar would take care of that.
The whole place didn't have choice
Starbucks in the same parking lot, and a quiet area.
There were stains on the walls and chairs, no hand soap for the sink, and if anyone is talking while they walk down the hallway, you can clearly hear everything they say.
Facility basically a motel (not inn and suites). Several if the equipment associated with out room was malfunctioning (door lock, card key reader, phone, and light in bathroom was a fluorescent that took 3-4 minutes to come on and flickered while doing so). Poor closed for what seemed to be neglect (hot holiday weekend) or maybe equipment issues;either way same issue with other facility experience. Not worth price
Outdated, run down, dirty window with only blackout drapes, hole in the bathroom ceiling. Too expensive for what it offers- should be $70 instead of $200.
Easy access to where I wanted to be. Liked that it was so close to Starbucks cause Motel sure was stingy with the coffee. That falls under what I didn't like. Staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome.
Dirty room. Hole in ceiling in bathroom, water bubble. Not a very good value for the room. I paid way too much for what I thought I was getting. Guess that falls under false advertisement on the web site. Towels were rough, did not care for the dispensers that held shampoo, lotion and such, lotion was so old it stunk, pool was gross, luckily it was closed. Price will keep me from coming back. Really.....$500 for 3 nights for THAT room!!
I really like the staff, and the proximity to the Santa Rosa airport. It's nothing fancy, but I feel comfortable and safe. The parking and wi-fi is included in the price, and the beds and pillows are pretty comfy. OH, and the is a 24 hour Starbucks in the parking lot for those early morning flights!
The rooms could use come updating - but then the price would go up.
Everything except the bed was acceptable
The beds were too soft; you sunk in the middle. So for that reason I doubt we'd stay there again since my husband needs a firmer mattress
Felt unsafe there. Just not a goodfit..hard to find...tv channels too rrestricted.
clean and no cigarette smell
one time asked for first floor, got second, no elevator and stairs were hard to climb
We had two rooms n though outdated, they were clean
The pool was filthy which we are then told it is a seasonal pool n not open. The website says includes breakfast, not continental, but breakfast. It was cold cereal n a toaster. Really?!!! We paid for our rooms for three nights upfront. When we checked out n told the desk person our thoughts, she was very rude. Will never stay there again!!!
Beds sunk in the middle. Stained carpets. Bedding looked worn and felt rough.
The breakfast not that great, had mini muffins and bagels, plus not open when stated
