Checked in for 3 day stay. I went in to renew my stay on Saturday as I was told it was ok and was told I would have to change rooms becuz they had booked up becuz of the weekend. I had checked in on Wednesday night before and was told I could renew my stay before check out time Saturday.
adequate parking room relatively clean quiet location
Room small. While the room was relatively clean, the public areas were very dirty with dirty kleenex, cigarette butts etc. Breakfast and other amenities very minimal. Breakfast room did not open at 6:30 am on Sunday as promised so we had to miss breakfast.
Value for money
Tired dated decor and poor, inadequate, uninviting breakfast.
Asked for a non smoking room, it reeked of smoked. Staff aired it out upon request, but did not solve problem entirely. Will not return.
The rate was good
In our non-smoking room it smelt of smoking, room was very small and crowded and although the bed sheets were clean the carpet was sticky. It seemed that they were in the process of remodeling?
Bad neighborhood Bad stinky room For the money I spent I would expect more
i like the bath room and the sink.
receptionist services is fair didn't explain clearly when we arrived for check in, also the room need a clock.
No jacuzzi, too much on a main busy drag.
bed was comfortable !! microwave and fridge in room was big help.
Quiet. Even though not far from Freeway and busy Starbucks. Premises clean.
Continental breakfast comprised standard Cheerios, packaged muffins, machine coffee. Fresh milk,OJ from fridge and sliced bread with a toaster was good but with Starbucks beside the Motel, we went there to instead. Unheated Pool had a lot of algae in the water.
Only location was good
Very dirty carpets. Very small room for 2 queen size bed, could hardly move around. Very expensive, $179.00 for one night. Advertised as Inn, but not even as clean as lots of motels I have stayed in. Terrible breakfast.
Tiny Bathroom. Needs to be upgraded.
The room was very comfortable and the staff was very good a providing our needs.
The breakfast had much to be desired but there were many places close by to eat.
Motel was old and suffered from limited upkeep and no maintenance. Check in was delayed by 45 minutes due to rooms not being cleaned. Maid disconnected satellite TV to plug in vacuum as the room lacked outlets. She was unable to reboot the TV system and that was a further delay. Dirty floors, bedding not changed, bathroom complete with pubic hairs on the toilet seat.
We felt safe and secure as the earthquake rolled thru, not worried about structure. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Refrigerator had an excellent and good sized freezer.
Only continental breakfast for the price of stay. Odd property entrance; we missed several times. Bathroom door opened INTO the sink area...very cramped and inconvenient.
Comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked fine and the room was well-maintained. Fairly easy access to Hwy 101 and minutes from shopping in Santa Rosa.
Arrived at night. Signage is a bit on the small size & we had a slight difficulty finding the location. Office isn't attended 24 hours (at least during our stay). Room cost similar to other name brand (Best Western, LaQuinta, etc.). Couldn't find a room elsewhere, however, so value is relative.
The soap and body wash was nice.
The bedspreads didn't appear clean, I found a long dark hair in the bed (not mine) the "breakfast" was very limited and not worth eating.
If you just want someplace to hang your hat for a night or two this place fits the bill. Its nothing special but its reasonably clean quiet and ok comfort. Woyld want to spend a romantic weekend here, but it good enough to sleep. Staff are very nice.
Breakfast isnt much but thetes a starbucks in parking lot.
The continetal breakfast was not worth mentioning in the front office, no chairs, and only cereral and toast
Price and convenience
Stains on the carpet.
Courteous staff. Soap and conditioner in pumps in shower, not little containers. Parking available close to room.
Carpet needed to be professionally cleaned, especially by air conditioner where someone had spilled coffee or lotion. No decaf coffee in room.
Breakfast; no juice, no where to sit, etc.
Location, ease of check in and check out, friendliness of staff, size of bathroom (jacuzzi tub), quality and method of dispensing personal care products.
Size of room (cramped with too much furniture), television, difficulty of just taking a shower, limited continental breakfast items, price.
comfortable and clean room
they gave us 2 winery tasting passes instead of... 7 that they promised on the phone, kind of frustrating :/ it's also overpriced but I guess the entire Sonoma is such
