The localization was very good, and the breakfast was nice served, including the muffins. The attendants were very gentle and kind. Good service at all. (A localização é muito boa, o café-da-manhã foi bem servido, inclusive os muffins. Os atendentes foram bem gentis e atenciosos. Um bom serviço em geral)

The room had a little bit of mould and decay, maybe because of the curtains.

Close to BART, walking distance to food.

When I checked out they didn't ask how I preferred to pay and just charged my CC, even though when I checked in I told them I was going to pay cash.

Friendly and quick service when tv didn't work - got a different room (upgrade).

Location of our new room was right upstairs a bar, lots of outside noise during both day and night. Got an upgrade, with a sauna in the bathroom, but the sauna didn't work. As we didn't book for this room and therefore the sauna, this is not really a bad thing but for customers who do pay for it.. It is. Lots of light as the blinds were practically see-through. So up from 06.30 am.

Relatively inexpensive. A little funky, which is okay with me. Walked to AT&T for a ball game.

At first I thought the neighborhood was a bit sketch, but closer examination showed it wasn't so bad.

Excellent value for money. Staff were helpful. One in particular was very helpful in pointing out local sports bars. Room was clean. There are some trendy coffee shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The area, particularly 7th street, was a bit seedy at night but not as bad as other reviews said.

The area is pretty weird, bums but there are bums all over, the hotel is pretty old, the shower was nice and clean for the price u can walk everywhere, no food around, nothing cool around

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was easy for accessing public transportation. The building was old and charming.

The sheets were a bit threadbare and the bed spread seemed to be a bit dirty, but not totally sure about that.

To be honest I liked cleaness of the rooms and size of the room but in meantime I am so dispointed when they told me that breackfast time start a 7h am anw ehen I get up at 7 ham and went down to have my breckfast it was no brecakfast whatsever hasb nbeen prepared because there is no staf at 7 h am even nobody at reception empty desk nobody to hand my keys realy they are selfish finnaly ileft note at the desk I must say nioce rooms and friendly staff the one she was on duty afternoon , but in the mroning there is no berackfast and it was 7h15 so it should be already on the counter

This was a great place for our first night in San Francisco - very affordable, walking distance from bart, friendly staff. There's a great breakfast place around the corner that the front desk directed us to, which was delicious. No complaints!

Everything was as expected. Surely this is not luxury accommodation, but for the incredibly affordable price it was perfect. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great for our needs.

Only location and price compared to other hotels

There are bars on first floor. Music will be heard thru the walls till they close. Further walls are like paper and you have to listen to everything...

- King Size bed on "Deluxe room" - Very good Internet Wifi in the room

When attending The Folsom Street Fair there is no better location, as you walk out the door and you are there.

The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around in it. The beds are well used and need new mattress's.

The hotels is a wood building. So if your neighbor is whatching tv you will watch too, if they are walking on the other floor you will listen too. :)

It was reasonably priced.

The first night I was right above a bar and the music was very loud making it impossible to sleep. I was moved for the rest of my stay and it was better. I asked for some monetary consideration for the horrible sound conditions the first night but was refused. The muffins served in the morning tasted like "day old" because they were very dry.

It´s a simple hotel, perfect to have a shower and sleep. It's clean, comfortable and offers a small breakfast (coffee, juice and muffins), which was fairly enough for us. The price is a good advantage if you are just looking for a place to rest comfortably at night. Other positive detail is the price of the valet, which was cheaper than others

The one thing we didn't like that much was the location. During the day it was good, it's really near Market street and bus stops so there's no problem to access it. However, at night we were a bit cautious walking around, but nothing too dangerous. You just have to be alert.

Reception staff attentive. A good budget hotel with no frills. Free Wi fi internet at reception. Bed comfortable , and bathroom facilities were good. Location good to get the whole feel of the city not just the tourist bits.

Poor breakfast, close to 6th & 7th street, not really safe in the night

Older building with a few creeking sounds. Remodeled very nicely. Clean with friendly staff that is very accomadating. Great value when you look at the other places to stay in that area.

Un peu nul le petit déjeuner, par contre il y a un bar la rue d'en face qui fait de super bon brunch !

La qualité du matelas. Le silence dans les chambres. La propreté générale.

Petit déjeuner fait de muffins industriels et jus industriels.

The staff was extremely friendly. Kind,open to all our questions; they also gave us information and help for the following steps of the trip. Breakfast good:lots of muffin! Room clean and change towels every day.

La localisation géographique, trop près des coins dangereux de San Francisco. L'hôtel était en plus assez ancien ce qui fait que le rapport qualité prix n'était pas très bon

La ubicacion muy cerca del centro, las habitaciones estan comodas sin lujos pero confortables.. Recomendable

No tienen servicio de resguardo de equipaje, ya que queriamos dejar las maletaa despues de hacer el check out pues nuestro vuelo salia en la noche y no pudimos dejarlas en el hotel de resguardo
