- Location was fine - very cheap

- Staff was very unpleasant, didn't care at all. - rooms very very dirty and smelly. It was early May but there was no ventilation at all. When turned it on it simply stink as filters were never replaced - mold in bath - breakfast included? Joke! Orange juice in bottle, coffe in a jar and a few small cookies. That was it - neighbourhood: downtown, walking distance to the shops but crappy people hanging around with noise in the surroundings - fire station very close to hotel - when sirens woke us up at night it wasn't cool

I liked the price

Did not like the broken tv in first room and lack of channels when given a room with a woking tv,the carppetts in both rooms where stained,the vent fan in bath room was not working and exsposed and the glass on a picture over one of the beds was broke. What they call a contiantal brakefast was a danish you can buy four for a dollar at any store and a small coffee that you would at lest three or four cups to begain to wake up.

Mold in bath, unfinished remodel and poorly done. The worse motel I have every seen, let alone stayed in! Noisy in the city. The city inspectors must be out to lunch. When we mentioned to staff the problems, the women said, "We fix what supposed to..." The handrail on outside stairway was partially detached and dangerous. The locals call the place "roach motel". We should have asked locals before reserving a room. Our favorite hotel was booked as well as all others, so we had little choice. At least we were compensated for the second night stay because we checked out early. But that is the only positive point.

Could have paid a bit more attention to detail, i.e. loose toilet seat, loose moulding between sleeping area and bathroom.

All, staff was incredible bad, they asked me 1$ for each page if I make copies. Breakfast is not even exist. Room was dirty, bathroom dingy... The worste place3 I have ever been in California!

We had a terrible experience. The pictures were not close, dirty, run down, had to park on the street. Phone didnt work, no trash can, ciggarette holes in bedding. List goes on and on. I wont be booking with booking.com again. We lived a nightmare. We would have left if we were'nt checking in soo late and leaving early.

Hot shower.

The WiFi was operating but the data transfer was far too slow. Contact aborted all the time. The person at the office was not helpful at all. Seemed to have accepted that the wifi does in fact not work. Breakfast was horrible.

All I got to say is the lady owner is rude and shouldn't be in business she's very rude and blew up on me and refused service all because I asked for a room on the back side of the building(literally asked if I could get a different room) I had already stayed there for a week already with no problems....while I was checking in an older man who was in front of me had a similar she told him to shut up that he was acting like a girl ...code inspection needs to pay the motel a visit my heater in room didn't work the fridge was loud and old there's was cracks on the cement stairway .....housekeeping is poor after my third day they finally came and cleaned the room or should I say gave me 2 of the 6 towels I was originally was given and didn't bother to make the bed or give clean sheets ...all I know is the owner need to be fined or shut down ..she needs to realized her occupation is hospitality look it up lady

The staff was so rude the second time i went the lady at the office took my card and refund me my money for the room because i wanted a smoking room and left me there with no explanation and with out a room at 1:30 A.M. even though i had already had it booked.

Clean Room, spacious bathroom

Staff very unfriendly, housekeeping knock our door at 9am (Check out is at 11). They say they have breakfast, but that is NOT true, they only have a very old coffe machine available and some pastries that look that been in the same shelf for weeks.

The room smelled of mold, and the heater did not work (it was cold), no wash cloths.

The Hotel really was worse of all. Used sheets and towels. Weird smell in the room. Breakfast was coffee only ! wasn't worth 39 dollars at all.

It was gross, dirty,scary and smelled. Had to book it to see my dad in the hospital. Came back really late and was shocked to what me and my little sister walked into.

There is NO BREAKFAST What it says "Breakfast Included" it's a lie. They only offer coffee and tea, which obviously is no proper breakfast

There are 3 things I look for in lodging, a clean bed, shower & internet, and this inn had all three. The room was clean, large and quiet. It was a good deal for $40. I may have had a special, handicapped room since I arrived late. It had a huge bathroom, and tile or fake wood floors throughout, which gave it a clean look and smell. It had a hand held shower sprayer, which is always nice. The room was equipped with a nice little fridge and microwave.

The attendant did not speak fluent English, and was difficult to communicate with. The remote for the TV was missing, and they were unable to do anything about it at the office. There were a considerable number of cigarette butts on the sidewalk, but the room smelled OK.

I will never stay at this place again. I will certainly pay more for a room in the future. Service was horrible, the rooms were less than ok and service was horrible. Best thing about this trip was not being in my hotel room.
