Shower dirty sink didn't work staff wouldn't fix
nothing to disdlike
It took too long to check in
The room was clean and comfortable. I liked being able to cook and store our own goodies in the fridge. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is close to all Greensboro attractions. I travel to Greensboro on a monthly basis and this hotel is the best value.
The cleanliness and price
In a good location, quite at night .felt safe.
matteras was too hard. would like to had some breakfast.
There was no cord on the coffee maker. :-(
No work out room
Room dirty- changed to less dirty room but still nasty. Thick dust on furniture and carpet. Ice trays black. Furniture dusty and stained-kept a sheet over it. Curtains ripped. Mattress hard.
Sediment coming out of both the bathroom sink and tub/shower. Window coverings did not fit right. Holes in the back side of the curtains, so there were "bright" spots in he curtain. Bathroom sink handle was broken and jagged. Refrigerator handle was filthy. TV was about 20 years old and the picture was fuzzy. It was not flat panel. Dead bugs in the stairwell. I could go on.
Loved the privacy and the staff. They were very friendly even tho they were dealing with a unexpected ice/snow storm and most of the power was out
Just wish that we had a later check out.
The only good thing about it was it was a place that let us keep our dogs.
The hotel was filthy. The people that were in the room above me made lots of noise and they didn't have the rooms that we requested on the first floor and because we had dogs they wouldn't let us have a first floor room so when we had to take them out we had to get them on an elevator that they've never been on and hope that they didn't potty on it before we got them outside. My husband and I are both disabled andhad a long walk that's why I requested a first floor. I will never stay with this place again nor will I recommended it to anyone else.
There was sticky stuff all over the floor, Hair was still in the towels, Hair was on the toilet seat back. The carpet was dusty and dirty, the alarm clock looked as if it had not been wiped in months. The televison swivel did not work, just a HORRID experience!
There was trash beside the bed/night stand. Daytime desk attendant was unfriendly/not helpful. Beds were horribly hard. Not impressed whatsoever.
booked a king room received a handicapped room. Bars all over and very low showerhead. people milling around the lobby and the grounds
False advertising regarding the sleeping space available in the room. Advertised for my booking was to include a full sized couch (at the least) but it was supposed to be a pull out sleeper but it was a love seat sized couch which my 10 yr old son had to sleep in for the full 5 days of our stay. He was uncomfortable and the stay was much less than pleasant. The only staff member that was courteous and helpful was the night clerk that was there the first 2!nights if our stay. I will not go back there.
The outside and inside look well enough to invite company. The kitchen was great to have as well. I would recommend this hotel for those that plan to stay long periods at a time.
The maintenance could have been better. The door handle to the bathroom was broke and the shower did not drain properly. My friend and I had to take quick showers due to the water overflow.
Noise due to remodle so early in morning. Window leaking bad when it was raining .
