The location is great, the staff good, Had to take hotel at last minute, it was an okay room, our stay was ruined by the noise, not entirely hotel fault, the inside renovations, lack of hot water, (2 out of 5 days hot water was stone cold) so had to take showers later in day or next day. Charging $250 plus a night I should have hot water. And our drinking glasses were not changed once in 5 days, almost ran out of toilet paper and soap again at $250 per night would expect more and I shouldn't have to ask reception for soap or toilet paper but did. Getting clean towels were also a drama, Have no doubt cleaning staff are toldt to save items where they can. Cleaning staff did a great job cleaning room but again think management have a few things to improve on. Won't stay again, and won't recommend. Over priced by $100 per night in my opinion. Mate stay down the road for $50 less and got free wi fi and a breakfast, we had to pay for both.

The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom shower was amazing!! The pricing of the hotel stay was a little too high compared to other hotels I have stayed in that were of equal quality or higher quality.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. We were able to walk almost everywheree we went. I stayed at this hotel a few years back and since then, it is clear that the place is run down and in need of repair and a few updates. The room itself was mediocre, but the bathroom was terrible. Luckily we were in the city for an event and didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Overall our stay was pleasant, but it is unlikely we stay there again in the near future.

The porter staff and the house keeping staff were fantastic, very friendly and pleasant and did a great job. Reception staff were abismal. Rude, incompetent and unpleasant. On arrival I was told that there was no booking for me and it was "booking.com" 's fault for not passing on the booking to them. Then 40 minutes later when the booking was located I was told that the room was not ready and to come back 45 minutes later. No apology for the delays. The phone in the room was not working. The first three times I told the receptionist, I was told it would be sorted. The fourth time I notified staff that it was still not working, I was told "the phone does not work in that room and could not be fixed". On this occasion I was told that someone would call to my room and let me know if I got a call in the future. I later discovered that I had missed many calls as the reception staff told my caller that I was not answering my calls / not in my room / on a call.

The location is great. The hotel is recently renewed so everything is new, good design and very clean and comfortable You have to pay for using the computer and the printer was broken. We couldn't print our boarding passes there, but the manager of the hotel printed for us.

This hotel has an excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to Time Square and subway. 15 mins walk to Central Park. The room is very clean and new, towels are changed everyday and with a nice smell. Although there is a construction area nearby, the room is quiet if you close the window. Staff was nice. No free wi-fi (the hotel wants 10 bucks per day for wi-fi). Ac is kinda old and dusty, blowing dry air. The room is very small.

The washrooms were excellent, comfortable beds, nice linen. The hotel is undergoing renovation. This is not declared anywhere. The elevators didn't work. Construction debris everywhere. They should alert all visitors they are a construction zone, and quality of visit substantially diminished. Their rate has not, making it poor value. The staff released our double room, and had to accomodate us in 2 separate rooms. No apologies, no compensation.

I love where it located. It located really close to Broadway and Times Square. It took me only 5 minutes get to winter garden theatre to watch Mamamia. Times Square is only about few blocks away, let's say 10 minutes walk. Perfect location if you want to go to central park and 5th Ave also.In a word, it is a perfect choice is you want to travel midtown in nyc. First of all, it was a terrible room. Really noisy. I went to the front desk and ask for a quieter room, they told me my room supposed be the quietest room in the whole building(which is a lie because I changed to a quieter room on the last night).Second, the room condition was bad, there was a mouse on the second night. Then, there was a leak in my room the other day, so I switch to another room on the same floor, which is in a much better condition. But other than this, everything is ok. If you like clean and confortble room for stay, don't choose this hotel. But if you only need a place to rest and love the perfect location, you'd better choose this hotel:)

The location of the otel is very good. I have booked a double delux room but when we arrived the hotel they gave us a king size bed room at 11th floor. I complained immediately because we were 4 and needed 2 double beds and told them I am going to inform booking.com. Then they offered me that they can add a foldable cot and they cannot do anything else. I had to accept. Additionally and unfortunately we have seen a big black spider and a dead bug in the room. Also there was renovation work going on at the floor and there were working carpenters and workers at the floor. All in all we are happy with the location of the hotel and the new decoration of the room but cleaness is not good.

Everything. We had stayed here in the past, it was dimly lit, hip, well- designed. A renovation is in progress, the result so far: lit up like a drugstore, garish colors, uncomfortable rooms. The rooms are clearly not ready for let, but they're doing it, and not cheaply, either. Stench of wet paint and carpet glue. Not fully assembled door locks, downright stupid design choices which simply add to the discomfort, new windows which barely isolate you from the outside world, barely warm enough water in the shower ... and little things, like the hair dryer that is intended to be mounted on the wall, tossed in the drawer instead. Like no place whatsoever to put a bar of soap or a razor while you're in the shower. The place is a trainwreck. So many people are complaining about their rooms that the staff responds with just a blank stare at the front desk. Never again.

Great location from which to explore that end of the city - an easy walk to the park and galleries. Good food nearby and handy for public transport. The room was really big, the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on arrival and throughout my stay were lovely and even the maintenance guy who had to come twice due to an issue with the hot water was really nice and understanding (luckily or I would have yelled at him at that point). Upon arrival into my room, I kicked off my shoes and walked across the room - to my horror, the floor was SOAKING wet! Like a proper puddle just under the surface of the carpet. They moved me to another room, but I was surprised they didn't seem more shocked or apologetic - like maybe it's happened before. They're in the middle of renovations so that might have had something to do with it and is apparently the reason for no hot water on the second day. That was eventually fixed after a couple of visits by the maintenance guy, but when you're only in NYC for 3 days, spending hours waiting for hot water is not good. I ended up checking out after only 2 nights (I'd booked 3). However, I did book it for rate which was excellent and for the price, I think it's fine - turns out I'm just less of a budget traveller than I realised.

I displayed the Do Not Disturb sign to keep everyone out of my room. Someone went into my room on the first day of stay. They questioned me without doing their own dudiligence. Mgt. Did not respond and to date has not explained. Dijana Pajic Director of Rooms only wanted to argue and avoid treating me like a customer with a concern.
