The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, very comfortable beds, great location.

The location was great. The room was a decent size and the interior was newly furnished.

The air-conditioner wasn't working and kept making loud noises throughout the night.

An unforseen problem with our booked room saw us upgraded. The staff were apologetic and responded promptly to rectify the situation. The location was excellent for our needs. The beds were superbly comfortable. Room service responded promptly to any requirements. Breakfasts were good. King & twin double rooms were spacious. Queen room was adequate but no less than expected in NYC.

1. Whilst an iron and ironing board were provided there was no means of filling the steam resevoir. Probably only an issue on longer stays. 2. Doors to corridor would benefit from soundproofing. Only an issue once or twice during the stay when groups checked out early (4.30am) and failed to consider other guests by congregating in hallway.

Small room without a dresser or closet large enough to store our suitcases which made our double room for the two us cramped.

Decent hotel for the price. Went into renovations so the rooms and bathrooms looks like new. Greatttt localtion!! The doorman Julian is a grear guy! Will look after you.

Regardless all renovations its still an old building so there is not so much space. Rooms are small and corridors are narrow.

Jeff the doorman was very helpful & courteous. Hotel location was excellent for tourist attractions. Hotel cleanliness was excellent, maids friendly. Perfect shower & very comfortable beds.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room.

The staff from before we even checked in was more then welcoming. They went out of there way to make sure everything was to our liking. The location can not be any better! located on 8th and broadway it is in the center of everything!

The location was excellent. Close to central park. Close to Times Square but not right in the heart where it is too crowded.

The rooms were lovely and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. All in all just a great place

I have only one complaint. I love the fact that the hotel is trying to save energy and be "green", but the windows really need to be insulated. We kept our water cold by keeping it on the window sill. We kept the shades down and the drapes drawn to stop the draft. We were not cold, but what a waste of energy

The rooms were well decorated, small but swanky. The beds very comfortable. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Great showers Awesome location!

Rooms are small but this is to be expected in NYC boutique hotels.

I loved the art decor on walls. The bed in the room was huge and comfortable. The shower was the best part. Large shower hard and a removeble one!

The price was a little high, but hey its new york. A free continental breakfast would of been nice.

Excellent location, within 10 mins walking distance to everything like time square, Rock, Broadway, MoMA, 5th Ave, Central Park, restaurants... The room is really small but that's NY... P.S. we used the hotel car service to JFK airport, it costs USD60 but service very good. You can book it at the Conceige. The guys are all very nice.

The cleaning team was so sweet, so was the guy at the breakfast bar, and when I had a question about a charge, they broke it down to me and were so patient at the front desk. They even upgraded us free of charge! Thats great in my book.

The beds were a little bulky for my taste

The Hotel is convenience where located at the midtown of Manhattan.

They give us a room (No.1020) which was too narrow to stay cause of only less than 10 sq.M Without any chair and desk.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. Only bagels and cakes!

Had hoped as a returning customer I might get a better rate if I called the hotel directly but no deal to be had. My 2 night stay was a little pricey but enjoyable.

Everything but the breakfast. The staff was superb. The location stellar and everything was easy from parking our car as we arrived in a snowstorm to check out.

Through you we had to buy the breakfast the last day which was inedible. We'd like our money back for this.
