central and very convenient position

carpet and fittings a bit old and shoddy, slow lift

Stylish decor in reasonably sized rooms (for Manhattan.) Still, for $165/night with taxes and fees it wasn't as good a deal as I originally thought. The location can't be beat - and it was comfortable and sufficient for my needs.

The location was great, the rooms clean

elevator takes forever, no coffee maker

beds were comfortable, frontdesk staff was helpful

rooms were too noisy and hot water reaches app. 15 minutes later then you open the tap.

The comfort of the bed, and the safety and location was excellent

Was very dissapointed to learn it was $70 more expensive as to when we booked it online felt a bit cheated!

The place is very convenient for access to the city, close to all the attractions of Manhattan

The Deluxe room was quite big and had a nice bed. Really good location. Good value for money.

Charging for Internet access, Rude concierge, Heater noise during the night

The neighborhood is central to the museums, broadway shows, and central park. The rate was excellent. Very safe neighborhood and clean. Room had lots of natural sunlight coming through the two large windows. Nice new shower/tub, toilet, and faucet.

Few amenities, but that is not important to me. The room did not have bright lighting. Closet was small and bureau had only two very small drawers, but I was traveling alone and only staying two days, so that was fine for me. Sofa had worn upholstery that needed to be replaced, but I did not need to use it. Heat did not work well, but did not need it much.

you need to sqeeze hard to sit on the tiolate, very old sink

The personell was very polite and they helped us a lot in any case. The room was very comfortable, hot and clean. The price and the location worthed it.

A refrigerator will be be very usefull in any room.

Centrally located to main areas. Claen and tidy hotel with helpful employees.
