Great location - pleasant

The bathroom had very low water pressure and the carpet was dirty and floor uneven

The hotel's proximity to the sights of New York

Yes, there was something wrong with the plumming in our room - sometimes when you flushed the toilet or ran the water in the sink (like when brushing your teeth or washing your face) the bath would flood with dirty water which meant we usually took a shower with our flip-flops on - not really ideal!!

The location was excellent being just a short walk from Times Square and most of the major attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

The only downside to the hotel is that there is no restaurant facility. However being next to broadway it isnt difficult to find places to eat.

good value for money (at least my rate was more than ok)... excellent location, moderate comfort and quality...

The hotel is perfect situated at Broadway for city life and shopping, and easy for subway.

Very high level of noise from the street and from the backyard. You need to fit something in your ears.

The facilities were a little old, and our room had an airconditioner that made a lot of noise, but the staff was very serviceminded and we had a good time.

Close to many attractions in New York, Broadway is right around the corner.

Proximity to many New York attractions, good restaurants, and budget eateries. Excellent links to subway system. 5/10 minutes walking distance from the best of New York stores.

To many shabby rooms. We refused to accept first two offered. There is a cocktail lounge located in lobby but was not open during our stay. Only one ice machine for hotel located 11th floor.

central and very convenient position

Stylish decor in reasonably sized rooms (for Manhattan.) Still, for $165/night with taxes and fees it wasn't as good a deal as I originally thought. The location can't be beat - and it was comfortable and sufficient for my needs.

rooms were too noisy and hot water reaches app. 15 minutes later then you open the tap.
