ニーヨークとしては比較的リーゾナブルな価格だと思う。デラックスルームを選んだので部屋はまずますだった- 。交通の便や近所に飲食店が多いなど立地条件に恵まれている。ブロードウエーに面しているので夜間でも自動- 車の騒音がするが、立地上これはやむを得ないこと。 とくになし。 |

ブロードウェイ観劇にはだいたいの大きな劇場まで歩いて行けるので夜でも安全で便利です。レビューに書いて- あるようなロビーでのコーヒーなどのサービスは１週間滞在しましたがされていませんでた。乾燥が酷いのでバ- スタブにお湯を貼って眠るのですが、別の部屋の配管の音が聴こえるので気になって眠れずバスルームを開けて- 眠るのは諦めました。スタッフはフレンドリーで客の対応は良い。 最初に通された部屋はどうもほこりっぽいく暗くて狭いので、別の少し広い部屋へ変えてもらった。部屋のチェ- ンジに対してのスタッフ対応は敏速で良かったと思います。でも英語で文句の言えない人はあの部屋で我慢する- のなら、問題ですね。便利さで選んだのですが、今までNYで泊まった同じプライスランクのホテルで一番悪い- 。もう少し清潔だと良いのですが、たぶんもう宿泊はしません。 |

こじんまりしたホテルですが、ロケーションは最高で、お洒落なロビー＆室内でした。ロビーにいつでも飲める- コーヒーやお茶のサービスが嬉しかったです。 私たちが泊まった部屋は、狭くて、ブラインドが下まで閉まらず（ブロードウェイから丸見え）、窓が開いてい- るのではないか？と思うほど外の音が丸聞こえで煩かったです。。。そしてシャワーが水からお湯になるのに相- 当な時間がかかりました。しかし値段を考えると、妥当かなとも思いました。 |

ロケーションがとにかくいいです。ﾀｲﾑｽﾞｽｸｴｱｴﾘｱから徒歩５分程度でしょうか。しかし、少しだけ- 離れているためにうるさくもなくちょうどよい場所だった。一階にある紅茶とコーヒーの無料サービスはとても- よかった。アーリーチェックインも帰りの飛行機の時間までの荷物預かりもしてくれた。少し部屋がせまいと感- じたが、一日１００ドルでｸﾘｽﾏｽｼｰｽﾞﾝ（２４－２７）のNYのこの立地であればとてもお得だと思う- 。 窓がこわれていた。パイプかどこかから、ほぼ常に変な音が聞こえた。私が滞在した部屋にはバスタブがなかっ- た。 |

I booked my stay through booking.com but there was some error with the transmission of this data into the hotel's computers and when I went to check in I was told there was no reservation under my name. Eventually the staff made some calls to find my reservation and gave us a room, but it was a major inconvenience. |

The hotel's proximity to the sights of New York Yes, there was something wrong with the plumming in our room - sometimes when you flushed the toilet or ran the water in the sink (like when brushing your teeth or washing your face) the bath would flood with dirty water which meant we usually took a shower with our flip-flops on - not really ideal!! |

The location was excellent being just a short walk from Times Square and most of the major attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The only downside to the hotel is that there is no restaurant facility. However being next to broadway it isnt difficult to find places to eat. |

The room was large and location superb. Staff at reception business like and efficient without being very friendly. We never saw the bar( advertised in the lift) open. There was no food or drinks service and not even vending machines for clients. Please see my other comments written itn the site specific section. |

The hotel is perfect situated at Broadway for city life and shopping, and easy for subway. Very high level of noise from the street and from the backyard. You need to fit something in your ears. |

The facilities were a little old, and our room had an airconditioner that made a lot of noise, but the staff was very serviceminded and we had a good time. Close to many attractions in New York, Broadway is right around the corner. |

Really excellent service from desk personnel and friendly, engaging service from doorman Jeff. The location and value for price are phenomenal. the floor of the bathtub was slightly V-shaped, making it difficult to move around without slipping. Yikes. There were no handrails and the glass partition didn't serve as a very good subsitute. |

Proximity to many New York attractions, good restaurants, and budget eateries. Excellent links to subway system. 5/10 minutes walking distance from the best of New York stores. To many shabby rooms. We refused to accept first two offered. There is a cocktail lounge located in lobby but was not open during our stay. Only one ice machine for hotel located 11th floor. |

Stylish decor in reasonably sized rooms (for Manhattan.) Still, for $165/night with taxes and fees it wasn't as good a deal as I originally thought. The location can't be beat - and it was comfortable and sufficient for my needs. |
