ブロードウェイ観劇にはだいたいの大きな劇場まで歩いて行けるので夜でも安全で便利です。レビューに書いてあるようなロビーでのコーヒーなどのサービスは１週間滞在しましたがされていませんでた。乾燥が酷いのでバスタブにお湯を貼って眠るのですが、別の部屋の配管の音が聴こえるので気になって眠れずバスルームを開けて眠るのは諦めました。スタッフはフレンドリーで客の対応は良い。 最初に通された部屋はどうもほこりっぽいく暗くて狭いので、別の少し広い部屋へ変えてもらった。部屋のチェンジに対してのスタッフ対応は敏速で良かったと思います。でも英語で文句の言えない人はあの部屋で我慢するのなら、問題ですね。便利さで選んだのですが、今までNYで泊まった同じプライスランクのホテルで一番悪い。もう少し清潔だと良いのですが、たぶんもう宿泊はしません。 |

こじんまりしたホテルですが、ロケーションは最高で、お洒落なロビー＆室内でした。ロビーにいつでも飲めるコーヒーやお茶のサービスが嬉しかったです。 私たちが泊まった部屋は、狭くて、ブラインドが下まで閉まらず（ブロードウェイから丸見え）、窓が開いているのではないか？と思うほど外の音が丸聞こえで煩かったです。。。そしてシャワーが水からお湯になるのに相当な時間がかかりました。しかし値段を考えると、妥当かなとも思いました。 |

ロケーションがとにかくいいです。ﾀｲﾑｽﾞｽｸｴｱｴﾘｱから徒歩５分程度でしょうか。しかし、少しだけ離れているためにうるさくもなくちょうどよい場所だった。一階にある紅茶とコーヒーの無料サービスはとてもよかった。アーリーチェックインも帰りの飛行機の時間までの荷物預かりもしてくれた。少し部屋がせまいと感じたが、一日１００ドルでｸﾘｽﾏｽｼｰｽﾞﾝ（２４－２７）のNYのこの立地であればとてもお得だと思う。 窓がこわれていた。パイプかどこかから、ほぼ常に変な音が聞こえた。私が滞在した部屋にはバスタブがなかった。 |

古いホテルでしたが手入れはきちんとされていて、部屋も居心地が良く、何よりスタッフの方の対応がとても親切で気持ちが良かったです。 |

Really excellent service from desk personnel and friendly, engaging service from doorman Jeff. The location and value for price are phenomenal. the floor of the bathtub was slightly V-shaped, making it difficult to move around without slipping. Yikes. There were no handrails and the glass partition didn't serve as a very good subsitute. |

Proximity to many New York attractions, good restaurants, and budget eateries. Excellent links to subway system. 5/10 minutes walking distance from the best of New York stores. To many shabby rooms. We refused to accept first two offered. There is a cocktail lounge located in lobby but was not open during our stay. Only one ice machine for hotel located 11th floor. |

Stylish decor in reasonably sized rooms (for Manhattan.) Still, for $165/night with taxes and fees it wasn't as good a deal as I originally thought. The location can't be beat - and it was comfortable and sufficient for my needs. |

hospitality, located beween central park and times square, close to subways. beds weren't looking new. everything was clean but that's it. not enough towels a day. we had a room for 2 but got 2 towels to use all day and night. |

beds were comfortable, frontdesk staff was helpful rooms were too noisy and hot water reaches app. 15 minutes later then you open the tap. |

The comfort of the bed, and the safety and location was excellent Was very dissapointed to learn it was $70 more expensive as to when we booked it online felt a bit cheated! |

excellent location, amazingly good price for location, thought not big enough if you want to work or stay in, it lacked no comfort for us that just used for just sleeping and relaxing, very comfortable bed, very clean for this pricerange (i was expecting something worse), all stuff were friendly and helpful, i would highly recommend it if you are interested in a citytrip, i wouldn't go for more... |
