likte at hotellet la sentralt til og at vi fikk god hjelp av dormennene om vi trengte det. de var hyggelige og imotekommende. bli flinkere til a gi hotellgjestene alle handkler som skulle vert pa rommet og ogsa kunnet vert litt mer smilende. Dette gjelder spesielt renhold/ housekeeping |

Stylish decor in reasonably sized rooms (for Manhattan.) Still, for $165/night with taxes and fees it wasn't as good a deal as I originally thought. The location can't be beat - and it was comfortable and sufficient for my needs. |

hospitality, located beween central park and times square, close to subways. beds weren't looking new. everything was clean but that's it. not enough towels a day. we had a room for 2 but got 2 towels to use all day and night. |

beds were comfortable, frontdesk staff was helpful rooms were too noisy and hot water reaches app. 15 minutes later then you open the tap. |

The comfort of the bed, and the safety and location was excellent Was very dissapointed to learn it was $70 more expensive as to when we booked it online felt a bit cheated! |

excellent location, amazingly good price for location, thought not big enough if you want to work or stay in, it lacked no comfort for us that just used for just sleeping and relaxing, very comfortable bed, very clean for this pricerange (i was expecting something worse), all stuff were friendly and helpful, i would highly recommend it if you are interested in a citytrip, i wouldn't go for more... |

The neighborhood is central to the museums, broadway shows, and central park. The rate was excellent. Very safe neighborhood and clean. Room had lots of natural sunlight coming through the two large windows. Nice new shower/tub, toilet, and faucet. Few amenities, but that is not important to me. The room did not have bright lighting. Closet was small and bureau had only two very small drawers, but I was traveling alone and only staying two days, so that was fine for me. Sofa had worn upholstery that needed to be replaced, but I did not need to use it. Heat did not work well, but did not need it much. |

The personell was very polite and they helped us a lot in any case. The room was very comfortable, hot and clean. The price and the location worthed it. A refrigerator will be be very usefull in any room. |
