1、没有免费的wifi。2、押金不能当场退，说要打到信用卡里，但现在还没收到，延时比较长。

The location and the staff were great.

Dazzling bad taste of the decor. And dangerous light fixture over the bed which fell and nearly hit me on the head. It needs to be removed.

It's location is great. Tourist places are near.

Very poor comfort. Many cars came across the street at 2AM to 5AM and with using horns. Also it's front a building under construction which very very noisy.

Well placed and well priced hotel. Friendly and helpful staff (mostly!). Great location from Times Square, close but not in the middle of the chaos! Walking distance to Central Park etc. All in a great find and would stay again if staying in that part of the city.

Room was super tiny! We had several bags and there wasn't really the room for them and us- we only stayed 2 nights so it was ok but a longer stay and it would have been an issue. Bathroom is lovely but the water spills out the shower as the guard isnt big enough so our bath may was constantly soaked. We didn't complain as our stay was short so I reluctantly add this! Air con was super noisy!

Great value, amazing location. Our AC in the first room did not work, they immediately sent up a tech who was not able to fix right away, so we were moved to a new room immediately, which was even better than the first. We appreciated the quick response time. Would def recommend for a great price & value!

The housekeeping (room cleaning - changing towels, linen, replacing toilet rolls, shampoo etc) was very poor! We did complain after which it improved. We had to ask several times for the room to be serviced. Not good enough!!

Construction near the hotel is terrible.

The second room I had was very nice and a fair value.

On my first night stay I had a room that was essentially a bed and a bathroom. This was not what I was led to believe from the add picture. I had no chair and I could not open my suitcase and use an ironing board at the first time. I was totally infuriated. I was tired after a trip and was not prepared to deal with this deception. The the credit of the desk staff that changed my room the next 2 days to a queen room (what I was supposed to have). I feel I should be refunded the $190 for the 1st night for this form of false advertising. I would not recommend the Ammeritania because I cannot support this type of deceptive advertising.

The air conditioning did not work. Opening windows worked because it was March and cold outside I would be apprehensive about staying in summer without some assurances about the ac. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

The location is great ! It is close to Central Park and Broadway. There are subways close by... What is an addictional plus ! We could walk to 5th Avenue and there were lots of places for shopping. The restaurants were close and many New York's attractions were in a distance we could walk if we choose too.

We book a King size bed ... but there was no king size bed at the time ... so my feet was outside the bed we got ... it was very strange for a guy that wasn't so tall like me ( 1,87 m ) ... And the safe in the room wasn't working properly.

I loved the room. It was decorated very nicely.

We loved the unique decor, convenient location, friendly staff and the comfortable bed with luxery linens. The lounge was a relaxing and intimate space, perfect for a cocktail before or after catching a show on broadway.
