Being sick in Boston.
Then this is he hotel to stay in. Huge comfortable beds. Loads of TV and movie options and within sniffing/coughing distance of Walgreens.
Fitness centre. The 3 times I visited it was full and not ample size or equipment for the rooms it caters for. Understand that this is a personal thing.
Location was fantastic, close to subway, attractions, food and drink. Staff are amazing, so friendly and everything is done without effort.
No spa, jacuzzi nore steam and sauna
Proximity Service Cleanliness
Breakfast offering is expensive / weak, especially given lack of alternatives on weekend mornings.
Nice spacious room. Excellent staff on front desk and bell duty.
Unfortunately, the hotel is a premium price, but that doesn't buy accommodating policies. I was in town to run the Boston marathon, and they refused late check out & refused to set aside a room for runners to use for shower facilities. That rationale was that the hotel was sold out that night (it was not, as I checked online and it had availability). It would have been easy enough to set aside one room for runners and then have that cleaned by early afternoon to still be occupied--they missed the mark. I went to another hotel (the Park Plaza) who gladly stored my bags and gave me a shower facility despite me not having stayed there.
This hotel is very modern, with small but nice rooms, decent location, and free wifi. The attached bar is also good for a drink.
Excellent facilities great location and huge room
There was nothing I didn't like in Boston - it was just perfect. Even the weather was good for our stay which made getting around so much easier.
The location was ideal for getting around the city with most key locations within walking distance. The people of Boston were so friendly.
comfortable, clean, spacious room
Lights switches poorly located
Super comfortable hotel, brilliant location, very modern interior,
Bathroom was not clean at check in, which I pointed to reception and they took care of it quickly. Breakfast is the biggest let down of the hotel ($14-15 for supermarket orange juice, chobani yoghurt and hard boiled eggs kept in a fridge). Avoid breakfast!
Location is excellent, very central. Hotel is located opposite to the Metro station and close to bars and restaurant (Hanover Street is 10 mins walk). Rooms are great in every aspect, although I would prefer larger windows. Staff at reception was very helpful Orange umbrella provided
great location, great view
The lighting in the rooms were a bit on the dim side.
Excellent location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
First room very small and noisy.
second room better than first
very small room...continental breakfast only offered.
Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable bed and clean
Friendly staff and the location.Reasonably priced continental breakfast
Breaskfast is boring, all the same, everyday and it is expensive. a waiter from the breakfast was really bad server. it made you fell like he was doing you a favour. the lobby is small in not very confortable and the worst part. there was a big issue with the hot water during the mornings. something unacceptable for the standard and price for this hotel. the first time I complained about, the deskclerk seems like ok, will fiz it, but did not told me a word that this was a big issue for the hotel those days. after the third time the problem happened I needed to complain even harder so to get some attention. after all the have made some reimbursment that I considered appropriate.
The hotel is well located, near State station is confortable.
Value for the money not there
Clean room, friendly staff
Went there with my daughter to see a Celtic and Bruins game. We did the usual tourist stuff and the location could not have been better. Short walks to EVERYTHING.
Staff being friendly and efficient, nice atmosphere, nice room in a great location.
I think primarily because we (2 families stayed in 2 separate rooms are all considered older (50 plus), we didn't really appreciate the functionality of the modern designs in the room (I.E.. Having curtains separating the bathroom from the sleeping quarters was not comfortable since we were able to see the person going to the restroom. Additionally, when I woke up at night to get aspirin, I couldn't turn the light on in the restroom as I knew it would wake up my husband. The family staying in the separate room had the same issue. ) Furthermore, I had to help my cousin (stayed in the separate room) turn off the water in the shower as she wasn't able to conveniently figure out how to turn off the water). There were other inconvenient designs of the room which we didn't appreciate. I do think this is a hotel designed for the younger generation.
The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market and the subway was very close, too. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room looked dramatic and luxurious, but designed by someone who didnt have to stay in it. For example the main light switches were at the end of the long corridor. Fabulous shower - when there was enough hot water - dont shower at peak time. Not enough info in the room - breakfast menu/cost? But worst of all - no tea/coffee making facilities! Also the WiFi would not let me connect to my vpn service.
Great location, lovely Molten Brown bath things and very stylish room and bathroom - but see other comments
Would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Is that not common anymore? Hipster guy at checkout wasn't the brightest and charged my card for wrong amounts. Hoping I can resolve it quickly. Other staff were great though!
Beautiful, and clean. Loved the modern sleek design of the room. Very comfortable, and convenient location.
I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room.
The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable
