I like the owner/staff, whom I have known many years.
restaurant is now closed (except for breakfast). Would like to see it reopened. The business potential is there.
The location was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. Great breakfast. The view to the river was priceless :).
I was truly made to feel as a guest of the family in all ways. The setting is magnificent and using the inn as a base for high mountain fishing, having the trout brook 50 feet from my window was amazing. I would never stay anywhere else for a visit to the Taos area!!
Internet and cell service a bit off but in a canyon not unreasonable to expect. service was fine for the location, the setting in nature kinda begs to disconnect anyway!
friendly staff beautiful location excellent food
bed very hard too many steps in room
I would highly recommend Amizette Inn. Great staff and location!
Enjoyed the wide choice of breakfast options and the breakfast area with view on the mountain stream and birds picking seeds from the windowsill. The room is simple with a very smal bathroom, but it is clean with plenty of storage space and the bed is good.
The rooms are rather noisy.
The proximity to the ski area and the price. Great breakfast included with rate.
Accommodations are "rustic" at best.
Close proximity to ski area
They got our breakfast order wrong & there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Room 2 tub faucet dripped all night (very annoying & since we only stayed 1 night did not benefit from getting it fixed)
Very friendly staff! Nice views of the mountains and creek. Full menu of hot breakfast included.
Quaint, quiet place near the ski village. A perfect place to crash after a day on the slopes. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast overlooking the creek and wildlife was a bonus.
Recomend to anyone.
Offseason, the Amizette was abandoned to a single clerk, who seemed challenged by her tasks. Breakfast was microwaved but cold, snow heaped to the front door but nevertheless unshoveled. Nose-bleed high.
Nature and fresh air
Nothing I dislike about this place
Very simple and homey. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Summer is off season, so things are quite casual. The breakfast was a nice surprise.
The hotel is a bit dated and lived in, but I think that's what keeps the price down and the gives it the homey feeling.
There are trout in the river behind the hotel.
Unless you are going skiing, it is a long way out of the way.
Great location...Quite and cozy place. Nice staff and good breakfast.
Nothing really...just needs an out door fire pit.
