The location was the only good thing in my opinion. Very close to the subway station. The room was awfully dark even in the morning, and noisy because of the heating machine. |

The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is in a great location for Times Square. The room was clean and a very good size. The water was not very hot but bearable |

The proximity to Times Square and the subway. It also was close to 5th Avenue and Rockefeller Center. The heater was crazy. It had a mind of its own and was difficult to monitor the heat and noise. |

The hotel had a great location and was very central to all facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean but the decor left a lot to be desired ! Perfect for a shopping trip where you spend minimum time in the room. However definitely not suitable for a romantic break !! No safe in room and the smell of smoke in the corridors upstairs was horrendous! |

Location is great. I prefer to be quoted for full price - not excluding taxes. With taxes - i think this hotel is overpriced for the level of interest shown by the staff. Staff interest was minimal. Not even when checking in was I told of any services in the hotel. My first room was unsuitable as the headboard was badly stained. It was changed immediately - but in terms of quality it should not have been offered to a paying customer. |

Location was amazing. Just 2 minutes by walk to Times Square. Enough clean and kind staff. There was a problem with heating. Central heating system wasn't working properly. We stayed in winter time and it was really cold. We informed reception and they sent one portable heater. |

I liked the location: subway, Times Square, amazing restaurant "Natsumi". I booked a non-smoking room but my room still smelled like cigarettes. I was really discontented by the receptionist ladies. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. The car service driver did not return my change and he was very unhelpful too. |

The hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful and it was in a great location. The rooms are not very soundproof. I could here my neighbours coming in and out of their rooms at all times of the day and night. The room was small, but it served our purpose as we did not spend a lot of time in it. |

The location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The remote control didn't work, there was no hot water in the shower and although daylight savings time happened over a week ago, the time was not changed on the clock! |

Excelent location, almost on the times square, and very close to the Top of the Rock. Competetive price for this location. Very basic room. A bit old. Some of the rooms especially that are not on the street side are without any view at all - facing a wall. |

The hotel has really excellent location - it's in the heart of Manhattan. The subway and a car park is just next to the hotel. It's easy to get to Upper and Lower Manhattan. Doable even on foot! There's also possibility to prepare hot tea and coffee for free. It's quite noisy at nightime (but this is NY which never sleeps :) The air condition isn't of the best quality. The rooms are not very big. |

The staff was nice and helpful, far as me finding different areas or locations I need to get to. Great location, 2 blocks frm times square, good eats, and subways I didn't like the small stand up shower, and half of the time it low pressure.. Small rooms but i guess that almost all NYC hotels.. I paid $367 for 3 nights, which is ok but, they didn't tell me about the extra $200 for the security deposite that was charge at the same time of my room.. Takes 3-6 biss days to get back to your account |

an excellent location and was a great price for the area. with much of the sights of new york within walking distance, onw couldn't demand a better location. staff were quite friendly and the beds were very comfortable. I spilled something on the sheets, shocked to find whe i came back later and the room had been "cleaned" that the sheets had just been flipped over! the water simply cut out without forewarning or apology, although we did get a wake up call at 7.00 am on our first morning to say thank you for your stay, please be at the check out desk by 12. I am not sure about other rooms, but our air conditioner was loud enough to drown out the jackhammers working right outside the frint of the hotel!! |
