Location, the convenient coffee and water bar.

The working staff was not that patient. The first day the room door broke down and we had to change room. The room was not warm enough. And it feels dry to stay in.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean. You couldn't find a better bargain.

That its close to the heart of the city and Times Square

Staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. The location and price were very appealing. Bathroom and shower were subpar for New York expectations. Bedroom and closet space were compact but very comfortable.

The location was fantastic, right next to Times Square and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very impressive for the price.

The location was excellent, walking distance from everything we wanted, theater, restaurants, shopping,movies ,comedy etc...

It offered breakfast for 10 dollars, it shared location with what looked like a good restaurant . The room was nice and warm.

Where it is situated, on the 50th street, 2 minutes walking from time square.

The price is too expensive, they ask 150$ deposit need it at the begining of the check in. they have a parking too, called " quick parking " a private companie, it's $25 per day with the card from the hotel. Just too expensive for the price of the room, no HD tv, only plasma screen with bad connection, the bed is not a real bed

Way too small, no space to walk!

Location was excellent. A few of the staff members went above and beyond to help our stay. Other staff members looked like they had no interest in being at the hotel or providing service; a 50/50 split in staff customer service.

Very, Very, Very noisy in the morning. We Literally had people yelling outside of our door and waking us up between the hours of 4 A.M. to 10A.M. With our room being close to the front desk, I would have expected the staff to recognize the halls were filled with noise during this time and to take some action to keep the halls at normal noise levels, however, the staff did nothing to keep the halls at normal noise levels. We Set up a radio and blasted white noise at the door in order to sleep. While we did not spend thousands to stay here, we did expect to get a decent night sleep and the Amsterdam Court morning staff failed to properly control the lobby and immediate surrounding areas and properly execute basic hospitality standards.

Room did not match photos of superior room on website. Safe listed in room amenities is not correct. No safe in room. Small dark rooms.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelled, was filthy and bathroom had fungus on walls. No air ventilation only loud AC. The staff, even though smiling, was not helpful at all and to some extent arrogant when asked for anything.

The bathrooms need updating and I needed to slam the room door in order to close it shut.

Boutique hotel in an excellent location. Short walk to shopping, theatres, Times Square and Central Park. Rooms are very small so ask for something higher up because the window makes the room apear to be larger. The independently owned sushi restaurant in the lobby was stellar!

Big bed, clean, close to parking

Overpirced for an adequate-only hotel. Bed was most of the too-small room. Bathroom was mediocre, and could have made up for the rest if it had been jamming (marble, nicer shower, tub combo with shower...). And added $10 for wi-fi? Come one.
