Location was so convenient & staff was terrific. Security was excellent. Close & wonderful eating establishments, reasonable prices. We would recommend hotel as a decent place to make headquarters for a few days in the city. Honestly we were impressed more then we expected., Hotel is in process of remodeling but we were not inconvenienced. Lovely, reasonably priced food in the area.

location. location location! close to train stations and city. breakfast was value for money. cleanliness of rooms we were not informed that there was construction work happening during our 11 night stay. Not only was this irritating (as construction work lasted from early hours to late afternoon), but it made relaxing and enjoying time away from the city un-pleasurable. It would have been an admirable idea to have placed this information on your internet website in order to inform guests prior to arrival. It would have also been wise to have stated on your website which rooms offer natural light, and which do not. The internet pictures are deceiving. This claustrophobic room has been a dampening factor on our stay, as we would have appreciated a window to enjoy the New York City light. In addition to this, the price of using internet facilities is not only extreme, but unnecessary. To be paying over $3000 and having to pay extra for services that can be provided free at Starbucks coffee is a shameless way of stealing from your customers and increasing your income. Your website also states that there is wifi at the hotel - but does not clarify that charges apply until booking is confirmed. We understand that the hotel is in a fantastic spot, but why not provide a few extra services to draw in satisfied customers? Tea and coffee making facilities within the room could also help. The access to tea and coffee making facilities in the lounge make the atmosphere of the hotel too casual. the hotel lobby played music far too loud.

Very good location. Needs to give free wi-fi to every room. Electronics and heaters are old fashioned. I also think people smoked on the halls because it smelled real bad like cigarretts.

Location and being much cheaper than alternatives in the immediate vicinity. I moved room as my first one smelled awful - there were air fresheners behind the furniture so this was a known issue. The second room did not smell good but I could live with it. The decor, furniture and facilities were very tired. I'd go there again on business if it was still cheaper but I wouldn't recommend it for a leisure break.

I loved the location! It's smack dab in the middle of everything. The only thing I didn't like was how stuffy, musty the room was. I am sensitive to molds and no amount of spraying surfaces and walls with Lysol would dispel the mustiness. I just ran to Duane Reade and purchased some allergy meds and kept on trucking!

Nothing - small rooms, smelly, dirty, bedbugs - it was very bad hotel and expensive for these services. I did´t enjoyed my stay there at all. I wanted to get money back and wanted to choose different hotel. They didn´t angreed so I had to stay there for 5 days. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel to stay in.

Location is great, close to Time Square. Spending some time on the roof is a must (especially at night). Our room was dark. We were unable to recognize even if it is night or day. Air condition is awful, smelly.

Small room, noisy. The climate air was more noisy than outside the hotel.Near to the theaters, but this 200 dollars for being in the center are not worth.

The location is excellent, right between two subway stops and around the corner from restaurants, 24 hr pharmacies and very close to Times Square. The hotel was going through renovations so the bathroom still needed work - the showerhead was protruding from the wall and a few little things like that. In terms of value for money, this was an excellent room though.

Excellent location , just around the block from Times Square. The night receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Where to start.. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep late.. Building works next door starts as early as 7am and you can feel the building shake! Avoid rooms ending in 24 as they do not have closets! Very run down, only one lift servicing the whole hotel. The morning receptionist have such a bad attitude.

Location was just excellent - close to the Times squere, and other main streets, close to the subway station. Not far from Central Park. There was fan and iron in the room The room was very small, there is space only for 1 person in this kind of room....and the room doesn't look as nice and new as shown at the photos at the site. It will be better to have more realistic photos. There was a window looking on the wall of another building in my room, you never know what the whether outside looks like.

Great location. Close to time square. The room was very small. Had difficulty adjusting the water temperature in the shower even after notifying the staff. Didn't allow early check in although it was requested at the time of booking and staff was rude about it.

The price was right and clean. The employees were very accommodating. The room was a chilly. I found a space heater in the hallway and brought it into my room. The lighting in the bathroom "cheapened" the all around feeling of the room.
