Meluisan Theater District-alueen ehkä hiljaisimpia katuja. Tosin ilmastointilaitteen kautta tuli jokaisesta autosta ja rekasta kaamea meteli huoneeseen asti. Huoneen oven lukkomekanismi oli rikki kun tulimme huoneeseen ja ns. Maintenance kävi korjaamassa oven rikkomalla lukkopesän, jonka jälkeen sanoi, että "Now it is fixed, that's all I can do". Ovi meni kyllä kiinni, mutta oli loppujen lopuksi rikkinäisempi kuin alunperin! |

Henkilökunta ihan ok! Huoneet olivat ihan siistit. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, keskellä kaikkea ja lyhyt matka joka paikkaan!!! Huoneet ovat verrattain ahtaat, ainkin meidän porukalla (4). Aamiainen oli vaatimaton hintaansa nähden, verrattuna ulkopuoliseen tarjontaan! |

Hotellihuoneen vaihto sujui mutkattomasti, toki oli erittäin ikävää, että saimme ensin huonon huoneen. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin erittäin ystävällistä. Lähtöpäivänä saimme pitää huoneen 2h tavallista kauemmin lennon myöhästymisen vuoksi. Ensimmäisenä yönä jouduimme tupakka-huoneeseen, joka oli myöskin paljon varaamaamme huonetta pienempi. Loppulomaksi saimme kuitenkin non-smoking huoneen, joka oli myös sen kokoinen, mitä olimme varanneet. |

Very dark and small room. You can not to find a place for to open your luggage in room. We meet 3 reception officer, only one person could laught and they dont like to help customers. Especially' 05/07/2009 morning Mrs.receptionist |

Very convenient for central Manhattan and Broadway and bus tours. Ideal for tourist who want to be in the heart of NY Room was a bit small. Would have appreciated a smallmfridge in the room. |

Great service, very friendly staff, great location walking distance to everything, quiet, nice bar attatched to the hotel, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels, iron, hair dryer we had a surperior room great size for NY Great holiday. |

The great thing about this hotel is that it is so close to everything. We were steps from Broadway, walked to our pre-booked shows. Walked to Central Park and Top of the Rock. And subway stations all very close. Will stay there again and tell our friends to stay there too. The lift was oh soooooooo slooooooooooooow! |

The location of the Hotell was excellent. Within walking distance to many attractions - Time Square, the theatres, Rockefeller center, the Piers, the City Bus tours etc. The price! Grossly over priced for the litte, tiny room. And very noisy. We had windows on the 4th floor facing 50th Street, and my earplugs were required to get any sleep. Small room, small bed, windows were coming loose and letting in a lot of sound. But it was clean... |

Room is very small. But we only needed it to sleep. So the hotel is OK if you want to stay on budget and get some good night rest.My room was rather dark, window was small, like a hole in between two walls. Next time I am going to ask for a room with bigger window. I was getting a little claustrophobic there at times. |

They overbooked so we were in a very small singlr room on the first night, but were then upgraded to a good size room with queen bed, good clean hotel in excellent location. |

Besides great location, it was one of the least noisy rooms I have ever had in New York. There is a nice Japanese restaurant and bar right at the entrance. There is no complimentary internet connection, which is not acceptable. The hotel needs renovation, but is still quite decent. |
