Sijainti on hyvä Huone oli vanha ja nuhjuinen, henkilökunta ei viitsinyt juuri edes tervehtiä asiakkaita. |

Meluisan Theater District-alueen ehkä hiljaisimpia katuja. Tosin ilmastointilaitteen kautta tuli jokaisesta autosta ja rekasta kaamea meteli huoneeseen asti. Huoneen oven lukkomekanismi oli rikki kun tulimme huoneeseen ja ns. Maintenance kävi korjaamassa oven rikkomalla lukkopesän, jonka jälkeen sanoi, että "Now it is fixed, that's all I can do". Ovi meni kyllä kiinni, mutta oli loppujen lopuksi rikkinäisempi kuin alunperin! |

Henkilökunta ihan ok! Huoneet olivat ihan siistit. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, keskellä kaikkea ja lyhyt matka joka paikkaan!!! Huoneet ovat verrattain ahtaat, ainkin meidän porukalla (4). Aamiainen oli vaatimaton hintaansa nähden, verrattuna ulkopuoliseen tarjontaan! |

Hotellihuoneen vaihto sujui mutkattomasti, toki oli erittäin ikävää, että saimme ensin huonon huoneen. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin erittäin ystävällistä. Lähtöpäivänä saimme pitää huoneen 2h tavallista kauemmin lennon myöhästymisen vuoksi. Ensimmäisenä yönä jouduimme tupakka-huoneeseen, joka oli myöskin paljon varaamaamme huonetta pienempi. Loppulomaksi saimme kuitenkin non-smoking huoneen, joka oli myös sen kokoinen, mitä olimme varanneet. |

Excelent location, almost on the times square, and very close to the Top of the Rock. Competetive price for this location. Very basic room. A bit old. Some of the rooms especially that are not on the street side are without any view at all - facing a wall. |

The hotel has really excellent location - it's in the heart of Manhattan.The subway and a car park is just next to the hotel. It's easy to get to Upper and Lower Manhattan. Doable even on foot! There's also possibility to prepare hot tea and coffee for free. It's quite noisy at nightime (but this is NY which never sleeps :) The air condition isn't of the best quality. The rooms are not very big. |

The staff was nice and helpful, far as me finding different areas or locations I need to get to. Great location, 2 blocks frm times square, good eats, and subways I didn't like the small stand up shower, and half of the time it low pressure.. Small rooms but i guess that almost all NYC hotels.. I paid $367 for 3 nights, which is ok but, they didn't tell me about the extra $200 for the security deposite that was charge at the same time of my room.. Takes 3-6 biss days to get back to your account |

Excellent location. Clean rooms. good bathroom. I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and decided to stay again. i would recommend it to friends if you are fine with a basic good clean hotel in a good location No regular tv was available |

an excellent location and was a great price for the area. with much of the sights of new york within walking distance, onw couldn't demand a better location. staff were quite friendly and the beds were very comfortable. I spilled something on the sheets, shocked to find whe i came back later and the room had been "cleaned" that the sheets had just been flipped over! the water simply cut out without forewarning or apology, although we did get a wake up call at 7.00 am on our first morning to say thank you for your stay, please be at the check out desk by 12. I am not sure about other rooms, but our air conditioner was loud enough to drown out the jackhammers working right outside the frint of the hotel!! |

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. One evening there was very little hot water. THe elevators were slow. |

Very convenient location. Nice comfortable bed. Constant tea & coffee available provided you coud find someone to replenish the hot water. Very shabby room. Smelly bathroom due to lack of ventilation and mould on walls and window which would not open. Noise from either plumbing or air con - not ours as we turned it off during night to reduce noise. Air con unit held together with gaffer tape! |

I liked the cleanness of the room and the location near the Metro and in the very city center. Actually more Uptown then Downtown, but 3 minutes walking to Times Square. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Also they served free coffee if you wanted. However the breakfast was on extra-charge. The coffe was great. The rooms are small. However don't think that you could not even throw a needle, but still with 2 bug bags on the room was needed to make slalom. However the bed was big. And the bathroom was also big enought. |
