Good location and facilities.
Cleaning of rooms not thorough with sheets not replaced.
walk to convention center
spiders and crickets in my room, my light didn't work by the bed, TV was horrible, wall/window ac was noisy and made it so you couldn't even hear the TV, not enough parking... need I say more?
The room was very neat and clean. very nice to see updated rooms which it was. I would definitly come back.
TV cable was just so so. not to many channels.
Location was excellent for the convention centre
Shower rail fell 3 times. It is a bit of a walk from reception and restaurant to the rooms through a car park. When we complained about the shower rail at check out the girl apologised but didn't even offer us a free drink to compensate
The hotel in general was good. Rooms were large enough and clean. Car Park available. Staff were friendly.
We had too rooms were both of them had loud and disturbing A/C which has been making strong vibrations. Was disturb from maintenance with drilling from neighboring rooms at 8:00AM.
This was a very easy walk to Disneyland.
Due for a bit of a refurb, bathroom looking a bit dated.
Nice pool, service okay as long as you walked into bar area.
Lots of issues with room, old mattress, small frig. Tiny flat screen TV's for a large king size room. Couldn't lay in bed to watch it due to it's small size. Furniture stained with oil and dirt spots.
The outdoor space was beautiful and the staff was very nice.
The distance was a little further from Disneyland then expected, which was difficult at the end of the day when we were walking back to the Hotel. I also would have liked continental breakfast and a quicker response when I requested towels in our room, it took two phone calls and about a 25 minute wait.
The bathroom was really bad.
This is a gem of a hotel. Loved that it wasn't a big chain and all of the staff were friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. The grounds and rooms were very clean and well maintained, the bed was incredibly comfortable and if disneyland or the convention centre is your destination, this place is perfect!
It was really close to Disneyland, and it had restaurants really close to the hotel. The room was nice and I enjoyed my stay.
When we got to our room there was a tray of food somen had eaten by our room and it stayed their until the next day. The restaurant in the hotel has a closing hour but stops taking sit down customers before the actual closing hour, and they lock the doors with customers inside which seems like a safety concern.
Lovely grounds and pools. Clean and friendly. Overall nice place to stay!
Very noisy air conditioner!!! Rattled & popped all night long and was right next to the bed. Got used to it by 3rd night. Request a room on the 2nd floor as there are ceiling fans and you can safely leave your windows open at night.
I likes how close we were to the parks.
The parking is aweful. The room smelled mildewy and the tile in the bathroom needs to he torn out and replaced. Severe water damage under the tiles. The shower curtain does not contain the water good at all. Always soaks the floor. Toilet was constantly clogging. The elevator smelled like pee. Too bad as this could have been a very nice place to stay if it was maintained better. Cleaning lady didn't leave any toilet paper. Had to track her down for some.
This is the second time my husband and I stayed here. Our first time was for our honeymoon 11 years ago and it is a great place to stay as a romantic couple or a family with small children. The room was very clean and comfortable. THE Small room separate room with a daybed was perfect for our 6 and 8 year old daughters to share. They were able to unwind separate from us and watch their cartoons. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end. The location was perfect. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and we could even see the fireworks from the top floor. The 1st night that we stayed, there was a showing of Frozen, the movie by the pool. Of course my girls loved that! All-in-all it was a great stay. We will be back.
The pool and pool service was great. Decent rooms. Turn down was good except the part of them not leaving new towels.
Parking was bad. Couldn't find parking after the evening. Especially when their was a fee for parking everyday! And we stayed their 3 nights. Went to celebrate my wife's bday and their was no recognition of her celebration! :( when I mention when I made the reservation. Housekeeping would not leave fresh towels after turndown either.
Dark rooms, compared to Pictures. Breakfast was served inside (we would have loved eating outside) and it was very Cold with the aircondition.
Close proximity to Disneyland
Had to pay for parking and no continental breakfast included
i was moved from my suite, because of plumbing problems. the room they put me in was terrible, the bed sank in the middle, the brought me a roll out bed with no blankets. the next morning i called to move room, the asked me to pack everything up and they would have a New room for us, when i returned that evening, my room was never changed and they couldnt explain why.
Quick easy walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney!
The room was just okay. The bathroom was in need of an update.
Quiet, clean, close to downtown Disney and California Adventures.
I paid $15/night for parking but joke was on me - I had to park in the round-a-bout because I couldn't find a parking space. If you do get a space, you'll need a can opener to get your car in and out - the spaces are so small that no matter what you drive, expect to get a few door dings. I think the parking situation is the only negative. If they either didn't charge for parking - or made the spaces a little bigger and restricted the parking to one car per room this would be a can't miss hotel.
The only thing that I liked was the exterior of the hotel, the pool area, and main lobby. Some staff were helpful. Others walked right passed me without asking if I needed assistance.
I did not like my room. It was not worth the price at all! I have stayed in cheaper motels that were better put together.
Very nice & helpful staff! My son really likes his little room in the Casita Suite!
Plumbing problems... the toilet backed up with very little provocation. The rooms do look in need of paint, paper, and general refreshment. But they are clean, which I appreciated. **Also, our main problem was the lack of sound insulation between rooms-- we were kept awake most of every night by snoring, or partying, on both sides of our room.
Short walk to Disney and convenient to leave park mid-day to go back to room for rest or food
Very very noisy in room. Stayed on first floor, too much noise in room above. faux wood flooring not the for right choice for poorly insulated hotels. Had to keep AC fan on high to mask some of noise (and AC also too noisy). second floor room a MUST.
