Cleaning has been done everyday Easy access to motorways We could do check few hours earlier Safe location Next time we would rather stay closer to beaches. Old style TV, microwave- but working fine.

small but clean room. safe environment with lots of close by restaurants and convenience stores inconsistency with services. They forget to clean our rooms one day, for example.

Room was clean and the staff was great!! It is an older building but well keep up. It is on a major street so there is road noise that drops off after 11:pm. Not a problem for me but if you are a light sleeper and want to go to bed earlier you should know.

Rick, the owner lives on site and treats you like a guest in his own home. The rooms inside are like a a small boutique hotel. The quality and service for the budget price cannot be beat.

It was a cheap.. If not the cheapest.. Rate in the area for a dad & a daughter needing to sleep for just about 8 hours before heading home. Past cost.. There was nothing extravagant or beneficial about this location. This location claimed to just be 10 or so minutes from Disneyland. We went to Disney and wanted to stay here after.. The trip was actually 15- 20 minutes from Disneyland. Also here is what we didn't like: The hotel was pretty much in the "ghetto" of Anaheim The bathroom light was burned out The toilet was flooded and wouldn't flush The shower didn't work.. you could take a "bath" but not a shower The bathroom tray was "stolen" from the Ramada Inn The refrigerator was red (or bloodied?) inside and was loud throughout the night The cable was fuzzy appearing like it was stolen When I complained.. instead of issuing a credit or a refund the hotel matron said "okay. thanks" and didn't offer me anything. Not satisfied!!!!!!!!!!

Guy at front desk very friendly. Toilet bowl struck with shit and have to pump by myself as there is no maintenance guy at night. Wireless Internet not stable and slow. No coffee making facility inside room.

The guy at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Close to highway noisy for light sleeper. Wireless Internet not stable and very slow. Communication problem when dealing with old lady as she cannot understand English and speaks little English.

It was easy to find. Someone was at the desk 24 hours. The staff was nice. The area had a lot of noise. I'm not a light sleeper but I had a hard time sleeping here.

Fairly inexpensive, and relatively "clean" The room was out dated, everything was shabby, there was a burnt iron mark on the carpet and the bed cover was really worn.

The location, though on the busy street of Beach blvd, was actually pretty good. We were down the street from Knotts, we didn't end up going but entertained the thought, there were plenty of places to eat, but no real restaurants, and there was a BIG good will thrift store nearby, if you're into that kind of thing - we were! The staff was friendly and polite and the rooms, though slightly worn, were kept in good condition and very clean. For the price Pacific Inn is a great place to stay. There were these drawers that kept sliding open, though it wasn't really a problem. Also, some of the linen wasn't in the best shape, but was clean and still very usable.

the room was clean, up to date and had a what looked like a new bar sized fridge and microwave. we tried to check in early and had to wait in the parking lot but they came to get us immediately when the room was ready...overall a really nice hotel in the middle of some horrible ones
