One of the staff was being rude. She was easily frustrated.
We loved the room set up with two queens in one room and a king and sofa couch in the other! The refrigerator was handy and from our balcony we could see the Disney fireworks.
Paying for parking is a drag! No breakfast offered is also a bummer. A deeper pool would have been nice.
Close to Disneyland Clean and comfortable
Right beside Disney land, inexpensive, pool was nice, rooms were clean. Valet was a nice security feature.
Carpet was old.
I will have to say for the price , the location , the service why pay more. I would definitely stay here again once I plan to visit Disneyland again. You guys were great !
One small thing, you guys need to place bigger trash bins in the room or maybe more than one. We only had one tiny trash bin underneath the bathroom sink.
They do not provide eith shampoo and soap
The hotel was so close to Disney. The room was very large - we were in a family suite. It suited us perfectly.
There was no breakfast like at other hotels and the charged for parking.
Right across the street from the main entrance, closer than Disneyland Hotel! When you go to Anaheim to go to Disneyland do you really ever get to go to the pool???No, so, although they had a pool, we loved the location because we didn't have to wait to get back to bed or back to the park! Fabulous!!!
Super clean room and sparkling bathroom. Housekeeping kept the room in wonderful shape Beds were quite comfortable
The air conditioner fan, which we kept on all night long, was rather noisy The coffeemaker on the bathroom counter made only tepid coffee
a cockroach was inside the room
Great location if you will visit Disneyland! It is just crossing the street
Noisy room, you can hear steps from upper room
lying front desk( I asked housekeeping when was my room ready-before 2pm, front desk never called like they said they would and had no idea where my phone number was that I have given them. I had to tell the valets twice which one was my keys even tho I gave them a matching ticket!!! Valet cars were parked in front of non valet cars and couldn't get out. The first time I laid on your bed , I rolled off to the floor, had to sleep in the middle of the bed. Location is the only thing you got going for you. We come to Disneyland every year(16 years in a row!!) we have a list of hotels we like and don't like, you can guess which list you are on. We stayed there because of a recommendation - we have already let my friend know how wrong they were. Thanks for the time to let you know how I feel about your place.
We were upgraded to a suite & the valet parking was free. Disneyland across the street was AWESOME!
You shouldn't have to pay for parking if you are a guest
I enjoyed everything. We were very comfortable.
The room we got was excellent for seeing fireworks every night. Beds were fine. Renting a scooter was a god send for when I got a backache 4day into trip. Plus restaurants were close by and ranged in prices. Oh and McDonalds next door.
Room was shorted on soap and some towels and cups. Chairs in room were very uncomfortable need to be changed out or cleaned. Maid kept turning off air conditioner when we returned, room was warm. Would've been nice to have some stationary and information in rooms as to where things were located at close by.
We loved that it was right across the street from Disneyland, and that made it so convenient for us.
The room was clean, kids like it, we were across from the pool. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to Disneyland. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room.
I asked for a roll away bed when I checked in,didn't get it. Asked again the next morning with extra towels, got the towels, the bed was there but not set up, had to call desk for help to set up, this was 11 o'clock at nite the kids were tired. Didn't know that I was going to be charged parking while we were staying there, found out when I checked out.
I did not like all the taxes. I've never paid an occupancy tax. My bill was $159 more than was expected which did not make me happy. The parking was not convenient as the lots always seemed full f
Pool too shallow. no breakfast. parking spaces limited.
Location, Clean rooms
Bedding wasnt so great...I scratched & scratched all night???!!!
How close it was to the park
The rooms weren't anything special
It was nice to see fireworks from our hotel room. My 5 year old loved the photo booth in the lobby.
N/A everything was great.
Everything, excellent value for money!
Wanted a kettle in my room rather than a coffee pot that took forever to heat up-this was the one and only minor thing.
