“ Staff absolutely brilliant! Location is perfect for Disney, about a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney / mono rail etc. so was perfect when we wanted to come in for an afternoon snooze. Disney tickets available for purchase at reception. Close to the on/off ramps for Los Angeles & San Diego so ideal if have own transport too. ”

The staff were very friendly and understanding. Parking was convenient We woke up to a very large cockroach twitching on the floor of the bathroom. The Hotel worker came in and picked it up with a tissue and sprayed lysol, lysol doesn't kill anything!!! We were offered a different room but my wife, 9 month old child and I didn't feel comfortable even staying through breakfast. We only got a refund for the next night of which we didn't stay, no compensation for the first night. Wasn't expecting a full refund, but something would of shown compassion. Also the phone didn't even work. Wi-fi wasn't very good either.

The staff was very friendly and very service oriented. They helped as needed, even letting me keep my car in the lot for several hours after I checked out. The location is great! Walking distance to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center. Restaurants close by. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My room was older and a bit dingy. The bathroom appeared old as well...although very clean. It is not a resort, but is certainly a good place for the cost.

This hotel was perfect for a family looking for a decent room. Let me preface my review by warning the picky travelers out there that this hotel is not for you. But if you want a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, and a basic accommodation close to Disneyland then this place is great. The staff was friendly and even let us check in early, and leave our car in the parking lot for most of the day after we checked out. We had a 2 room queen suite and it was nice to have the kids separate from Mom and Dad. The room had a nice shower, microwave, and fridge. Restaurants were close and a transit shuttle stop was very close. You can walk to Disneyland from here but it takes about 20 min. Tip... Walk up Disneyland Dr. And cut through the hotel to downtown Disney. Again, this is assuming you know this is a budget hotel, and can live with a less than perfect room. The knobs on the ac unit were stripped so it took some doing to turn the ac on and off. And yes the walls were pretty thin so you can hear a noisy neighbor, but not terribly loud. The room is older and could use an update, but pretty clean overall. The breakfast could be much better and that would be my #1 complaint, so dont bank on much other than bananas, apples, coffee, and some stale pastry. Other than that it worked just fine for the limited time we spent in the room.

near to disneyland. walking distance 10mins max. staff n management very friendly. room always kept clean. thumbs up and respect. dont really appreciate the recommendations of anaheim rent a car company cos the rental a bit expensive and fairly poor customer relations rendered. anyway its not the motel fault at all.

Friendly staff. Close to Disneyland, just a bus ride away. Clean rooms. Comfortable. Even when the staff found out we were a same sexed family, they still treated us nicely! That's always a plus, will stay here again! Would like to see a bus pass machine, or be able to purchase bus passes from the facility. My family and I had to walk to the Anabella Hotel to get a bus pass.

Close to Disneyland for a no frills stay. The price was right and some members of staff we more helpful than others. I loved the fan folded towel hanging in the bathroom. Definitely a budget place to stay but clean and comfortable with your own fridge and microwave. Any issues were promptly attended to and we were allowed to check in early. The staff behind the counter had limited information about Disneyland and the surrounding areas. We were given the wrong information a few times. No tickets to Disneyland were available from the desk despite brochures advertising their availability on the desk. Fortunately the Southern California Pass we wanted was available for the same price at Disneyland.

I liked the clean room and the distance to Disneyland. I did not care for the breakfast and the fact that the shower didn't get very hot.

The beds were comfortable and the shower head was amazing. The room had years of grime built up. My husband is a maintenance supervisor, and he requested that they clean the filters on the heating unit before he would turn it on, they were that gross.

Staff was very nice!! When they charged me twice for my room, they tried to fix it. However, I still had an overdraft. They can charge you for your room immediately, but apparently it takes a few business days to return your money to you. It was real close to Disneyland. My son & I felt safe in the area. They had a microfridge & hair dryer, good- smelling soap & shampoo. Room was clean. Plenty of towels & pillows. Good wi-fi connection & heater/air worked great. Overall, great deal for the price. Room was small, but clean. No cable, which was surprising. Breakfast was awful. Some stale doughnuts that tasted horrible. The muffins were small & had a cardboard texture. Coffee was gross, too. No one else in the lobby area liked the breakfast, either. Also, they accidentally charged me twice for my room, which caused an overdraft, which sucks at Disneyland. It was an accident, though.

Excellent location, right in front of Disneyland. Staff was nice and pleasant. Comfort and infrastructures of the motel leave a lot to be desired. Our room was small and desperately in need of maintenance. Beds were uncomfortable, the room was hot and the ac was very noisy, resulting in a terrible sleep. The free breakfast is offered on a sofa in the small lobby and the choice is very, very limited.

Location... and when the Internet did not work they got a new router The broken bed, lack of fitted sheets which made sleep uncomfortable, . lack of a bathroom fan that could pull air because it had never been cleaned and was clogged with dust and stale dry tastless muffins at the breakfast buffet.

Can not fault the manager and staff on their curtesy, service and friendliness. They helped us in so many ways. The complimentary continental breakfast was a little sparse an added choice of cereal or yogurt would have helped.
