The place was really poor looking and it had a hoffible smell. I could not sleep all night I will never go back
Very spacious room. Brand new flat screen tv with lots of channels and free on demand. Bed seemed kinda hard at first, but was actually quite comfortable. Said they dont have breakfast, but there is muffins and toast and coffee available in office in the mornings. Very close to disneyland and downtown disney shops. Lots of places to eat within short distance.
Felt itchy while laying in the bed at night and discovered a huge dead crushed cockroach about 2 inches long under the sheets. Management claimed they were sure they have no infestation issues. Also, came back to hotel after visiting disneyland around midnight and no parking was available on the property, which was a huge inconvenience. Wish they had coffee in the rooms, but only in front office in morning. Heater in room does not work at all and it gets chilly at night.
Very friendly staff.close to all parks
the rain lol
Everything! Clean room. Staff was great. Maid was always checking up on us. Very close to Disneyland right behind it and you can now walk through the cast parking so it's 10x faster!
Walking distance to Disneyland, via Grand Californian....(Hotel California) Great restaurant right next door(Co-Co's),great food, very reasonable.Excellent comfy beds. Accomodating staff. Its not fancy but its clean and cozy..luv it..Despite what some people have said in previous reviews, Its become my first thought for a place to stay when me and my wife are planning a Disney get-a-way!!
If your looking for a 5 star hotel this is not it, You are sure to find a few issues for those that are expecting perfection. However, personally my only complaint would be to add at least "1" commercial free premium station to the Time Warner Discovery Inn line up for our T.V. viewing pleasure.
The location was great. Right across the street from Disneyland.
The staff was rude. The internet didn't work. The heater didn't work and the manager wouldn't do anything about it, except told us to leave if we wanted, without a refund. There were hairs on our "clean" towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had holes in them. Just awful!
The family suite was only 2 beds which is the same as the regular room but yet they charge more. Very small room nd heater did not work.
There is nothing too like about this place!
Roaches and more roaches. Horrible staff. Horrible food. Horrible experience. Take my advice....DO Not stay here!
It was very clean and the staff was very courteous. I have already referred many people and can't wait to return to Disneyland and use this hotel again. Very assessible to many places.
The tv, bed,had a clean smell
One of the light wasn't working, the painting of the sink table was removing with the warer
I loved the staff. They were extremely nice and made me feel like i was at home!
That one night there was a incident were a man was peeping in my window. I know the hotel had no control over who walks on to the property but after i walked to the front and there was nobody at the desk. But the next day when i talked with the staff They were extremely understanding and looked out for me from then on! Overall it was so peaceful and clean and up to date. Thank you!
Lots of coffee available, but regular cups of joe. Close to the Parks - California Adventure was across the street - but you can cut through the Grand Californian Hotel to get to the parks sooner. The fridge was big and the microwave helped a lot for the trip. The bathroom was big and so was the extra closet and bench inside the room. The beds were very soft and got the job done after 12+ hours at the parks each day. The corner room actually helped keep away most of the bright lights and glare and helped us sleep more comfortably.
Breakfast was a box of Blueberry Muffins and sliced bread with jam packets. The towels were very rough and scratchy. There was a big crack in our window and because we were placed in the room under the stairs, tucked away in the corner it became frustrating to find the window lock to be broken. There was no coffee pot/hot water maker in the room. The tissue box was hidden inside the wall behind the fridge/microwave stand.
Soft beds, nice shower, and lots of channels on TV.
A little run down.
Great location and great price. Its not 5 star but its perfectly good. Family room is small but adequate. Very clean and helpful front desk staff.
Location to Disneyland Price Parking Comfortable Safe
Poor breakfast selection Staff difficult to reach Wifi disconnects repeatedly
The location The price was awesome! Very friendly staff. Free parking
It was close to disneyland
Beds weren't very comfortable
The manager was very friendly. There was toast, muffins, juice, and coffee in the morning even though it said no breakfast.
It was clean, close to everything we needed, and staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt like we were very welcome.
The first night I stayed in one room the WiFi
If ur to far from the office WiFi won't work at all
The front desk employee was wonderful, extremely helpful
I needed a room last minute. The Inn is so close to Disney its was ridiculous. It was clean enough. Didn't need all the frills because I was going to be at Disney the whole time so it was perfect!! Loved it and will stay there again.
My boyfriend booked this hotel exactly three hours before we checked in. The location was perfect for a brief walk to Disneyland. The price was more than reasonable. Free Wifi was nice, although it required relogging every few minutes.
The night staff preferred to argue with me about letting the cleaning staff into the room to change my towels rather than make the 10 foot journey to the maid closet when I requested fresh towels from the front desk. In the end I got my towels. The bathroom was pretty gross. There were splatters of who knows what on the door and walls and long stray hairs that belonged to neither of us.
nice staff, big comfortable bed, new big TV, good bathroom, 14 minutes of walking from disneyland entrance, you can view disney fireworks every night from the terrace, microwave, shared water pool, continental breakfast (toasted bread, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice), shuttle busstop to LAX airport is about 10 minutes far by walking,
wifi disconnects every 15 minutes, problematic hot/cold water supply but despite other reviews there always is hot water in the evenings (may get colder when you shower in the morning), fire alarm may randomly go off, fridge is old and misbehaving,
I really like the fact
