Nice big hot tub in the room
The ice machine wasn't working.
Staff responsivness to concerns.
Nothing to report here!
The manager was extremely nice and polite. The bed was hard, but it was great for someone like me with chronic back problems. No outside noise was heard even though the place was filled. Close to Disneyland.
Nothing really. We got what we paid for. It may not be a 4 star hotel, but it is clean, affordable, close to any place you may need or want to go, and the staff was great.
Bed were comfortable
Having to pay extra $57 for a deposit/tv remote. Still wait for money to be put back into account..... Older hotel.
mold on the showerhead. dirt in the corners odor in the room stain on the couch dirty carpet poor patching on walls
The staff was great.
The carpet was dirty. My kids socks looked as if they had been playing outside without shoes. I had to come home and bleach there socks twice. The room smelled musty. And they would only give us one washcloth at a time every day that we were there I had to call and request more towels. Last but not least housekeeping left their cleaning supplies in our room.
The location was okay.
The carpet was very dirty, stained extremely, coffee maker was bad it spewed out water that had this film on it what it was I don't know, the mattress and foundation were stained and so was the wall with footprints.
The couch and living room like area...
The owner/manager no visitors policy
Cleanliness. Nice staff. Convenient and economical
pretty much everything.
location was close to everything and it was cheap. I did not plan on spending much time at the hotel, just needed a place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for "nice" and definitely not "romantic"!
The property was in need of repair. The rooms smelled pretty bad until housekeeping came and then it smelled of very strong deodorizer. The worst part was that I had made the reservation for just my daughter and I and at the last minute my husband was able to join us. whenI called to notify them of the change they said they would not be be be able to allow that. They do not provide cots and they felt the bed was too small for the 2 of us and our daughter. They also have a zero visitors policy and the pool is TINY.
A generally good value and close enough to Disneyland without having to pay the high costs or parking fees
Older property that needs some updating/retouching/refurbishing. Wifi was basically non-functional.
The staff was excellent. Very nice people.
Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Stained sheets and pillow cases. Poor patch work all over the drywall. Shower rod coming off the wall.
The friendly staff, spacious accommodations.refrigerator, and microwave.
The only complaint would be that the linens were not changed, and the trash was not emptied on our two night stay.
There is nothing good to say about this motel. That was the worst room i have ever seen.Molt in the bathroom, very dirty carpet, room smelled like old potatoes and so on. DON'T STAY THERE!!!
This place was alright if your not staying long and not going to be in the room much. After booking, then reading some reviews a day before my trip, I was expecting the worst! The room I got was a king room on the second floor. It looked like the pictures and was pretty clean when I arrived. Nothing fancy, pretty basic for what you're paying for. Luckily my stay was only for two nights and I wasn't in the room much so I actually couldn't complain too bad about it.
Wi-fi was spotty, took at least 5 minutes for the shower to heat up to a decent temperature, bed was hard.
Wife and I had a good night sleep. We would stay there again.
No one can visit you.
Not one thing
Everything it was dirty had bugs
nothig because they charge me 100 dollars for the worst
Dirty....looked nice from the outside
For the price I didn't expect months and it was okay
The pillows are like flatbread in the in the bed was hard as a rock and then on top of everything the ice machine was out of order. again for the price which I thought was reasonable the room was okay and the shower was okay everything was fine I didn't expect a lot but I should at least had a decent bed
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were fruit flies coming out of the toilet in the bathroom. The neighborhood was sketchy. The first night, there were helicopters circling the area looking for someone. It was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Housing Keeping changed the sheets everyday however, my sheets had black hairs in it every time it was mad. And I have blonde hair. It was horrendous.
Location and cleaniness
The location n sonja
The a/c was so loud
Nothing special bout it..
The smell of rooms were terrible, problems with our room cards, bad reception of dish network, broken ice machine, room electricity went out for few minutes, they lied about the distance to Disneyland (2miles they said & walking distance) its actually 3.5 miles & walking is not recommended... I wish I had paid more to stay else where...
