Staff and the location were great for us (travelling with a car) Free shuttle to Disney land
No healthy options offered at breakfast (sometimes they had some fruit but not always)
The ART Shuttle to Disneyland is right across the street at the Double Tree Hotel.
Dirty, hair dryer didn't work, phone and clock wasn't plugged in, one of the beds was broken.
Facility was clean and neat. Not a top of the line motel but neither was the price. As I was gone everyday sightseeing this was a good place to come home to every night to a clean quiet room. Continental breakfast was included but not on the list of included items.
Internet seemed a little spotty at times but so does mine at home. Not a serious problem. Mattresses were extra firm. Nice solid bed but as I have slept on a water bed 30+ years any issues were most likely me than the bed. No problems that would keep me from staying here again.
Good location within walking distance to resort Clean
People in pool and parking lot can get a bit loud.
I like the fact you can walk down the block to shops n restaurants. You can walk to Disney California Adventure. Really good price for location
Carpet was a little dirty. Husband n baby walked barefoot.
The staff at Anaheim Express Inn Maingate were very accommodating.
They did not give us enough soap or face clothes, but I did ask for extra when I needed them.
Well at least I got sleep every night
As the head line said the internet was poor and would buffer a lot
Rooms are bad
Central to Disneyland and tidy . Breakfast included
The bed was rock hard
It was a short walk to Disneyland, not far from shops either
Staff, slept really well, pool & spa...overall excellent.
Early ice machine noise. We get up early so not too annoying :-)
I wasn't looking for amenities, just a clean place to sleep. It was very clean. Had a great refrigerator to keep my lunch foods and beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If all you need are the basics this is the place.
The AC wasn't the best. cycle was either too warm or too cold. couldn't control the temp.
I liked everything about it.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The staff was friendly and nice
After the first night, the handle of the shower in the bathroom broke off, instead of giving us another room right away, they send someone to fix it. After unable to fix it, they send us to another room in the back of the hotel where there is no stopper for the bath tub. My time at one of the theme part was interrupted to move my things out of the room and into the next room. The keys we had worked only 1 day at a time even though we stayed for 4 nights. My husband asked for keys twice after we moved our room. The windows of all the guest rooms were not locked and secured, and we notified the hotel clerk about it. We had to ask for towels because the maid service did not come into our rooms to collect dirty towels and leave us new ones. After asking the hotel for discount on the rooms, the request was denied. I would not recommend this hotel.
Shower and bathroom facilities.
Tv, bed (worst mattresses I've ever slept on. Flattened out and cheeked with every movement), cable(no sound on several channels, listed stations not available, stations with sound switching between English and Spanish) and the room never cooled down because of the poor insulation (door had a wide gap so the cold air leaked out). I've stayed at Motel 6 and Days Inn that are less expensive but more comfortable.
We loved the location, walking distance to DisneyLand.
Upon returning from a day at DisneyLand we found our hotel room door wide open, luckily nothing was stolen. Apparently it's a problem with the lock, and it's a common occurrence. If you ask me, this is something that should be fixed immediately if it happens at least once a month or so (the night desk clerk told us this). Overpriced for the quality, we'll definitely stay somewhere else next time we go to Dinseyland.
Location is good, you ll ve shops nearby
Breakfast will be taken away sharp at 9 am.
room size, location: walking distance to Disneyland
breakfast area extremely small
Staff was somewhat helpful.
Broken Tile Broken Furniture Stains on bed sheets Cracked sink Stains on Carpet Stains on Table Dirty Appliances Had to stay for a night due to no other rooms being available in hotel and late arrival.
Bed was comfortable.
Staff were rude and not helpful. Noisey and could not sleep when we informed the staff they didn't resolve the issue, just made up excuses as to how they could not help us.
close to Disneyland, quiet
It's good place
Across the street from the ARTS shuttle to Disneyland (small and reasonable charge). Friendly staff. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was okay.
Was there for four nights and electronic key didn't ever work quite right. Took multiple tries to make it work and a couple of trips to the office for new ones. If you held your mouth right and pulled on the outside door handle while inserting the key, it usually worked (after a few tries). One evening I saw three other guests trying to make there keys work all at the same time.
Near Disneyland and free parking available
Don't imagine so much about when they say breakfast included because you will be disappointed. Breakfast is very poor and there are not enough place for sitting. If it is crowded than you need to wait someone to get up. Room was smelly and air conditioning made so much noise. Also you can here everything what happens outside.
