The closeness to the park
Staff could have been friendlier maybe a smile or too. So busy just curt and to the point.
The staff was friendly. Free breakfast was nice.
The refrigerator didn't work. We had them in their twice to try and fix it. It froze everything. The wi-fi was weak. I will say they did warn us when we checked in though. We didn't have a plug for the tub and when we inquired, they stated we couldn't have one. Went and bought one of our own.
Location and cleanliness
pool sucked, breakfast lacking, morning staff unhelpful,
The room is clean and comfortable. 8 min driving to the Disneyland. It's also pretty big. We found the safer useful.
WiFi is very slow.
Location was perfect. It was a great bang for the buck.
I don't have any complaints.
So close to Disney land
Super uncomfortable .. My back hurt so bad the next day from those beds
Near to convention center
nothing to comment
We were able to leave our car (free parking) and walk to Disneyland, which is about a mile away. Room is a spacious, but basic, motel-style space. There's a microwave, fridge, coffee-maker and safe. They even provide cereal, juice, waffles and muffins for breakfast. It's perfect if you're at Disneyland all day and don't need anything fancy.
There's a bit of noise from the main road, but it quiets down at night.
That the staff were amazing.
That you had no premium channels.
clean but i'd prefer wood floors which is what some hotels are doing now.
breakfast was way marginal. no fruit. nothing hot. very very little.
Clean and well kept. Appreciated the breakfast.
WiFi was flaky at times but once on it was usually good.
The room was spacious, very clean, and close to Disneyland transportation, plus lots of food nearby. The continental breakfast is simple but filling. Will stay here again.
Liked how close it was to Disneyland. Staff was nice.
The room had something gross on the wall. Things didn't seem very clean. Needs to be renovated. Free breakfast didn' lt have many options
Some of the help were very nice.
The place is in terrible shape. Door didn't lock well. Bed was broken. Lamps in the room bent and broken. WiFi didn't work. It appears that this place is long past any maintenance to the point it needs a complete rebuild.
Just the location 2 blocks from the convention center.
Internet didnt´worked at all, shower head damage, very low water flow, had to take shower several days with cold water. Expensive hotel during the show and the breakfast was horrible. I will never go there again
I loved the pricing, the room was very big
The king size bed felt uncomfortable a little bit. Took a while to get used to
I liked the low price
The TV didnt work, the sink clogged and the toilet was broken.
clean staff was friendly quick check in price was great check out was noon
Our room was in the corner apparently close to the area where the cleaning staff congregates. It was very loud early in the morning with them all yelling to each other in Spanish. It woke us up. Next time I would like to stay in a different part of the Inn
I stayed 5 days in there. The room was so nice, even I did not want move other place. Also breakfast was nice.
We reserved a "deluxe queen room"; what we got was two queen beds that were VERY hard. The deluxe factor was definitely missing!!! I'm not sure if we were put in a "party room" because we were traveling with my husband's companion dog, which we had a dr. note for or what happened!!? The walls had two different colors of paint throughout, there were cracks on the bathroom walls and the furniture had all seen better days. We were led to believe that tickets were available for Disneyland at the desk, but two employees were confused as to pricing, so we got the tickets elsewhere. Not impressed. We had my 70 year old sister-in-law with us as a guest and we were embarrassed.
rate cleanliness staff location
noise of other occupants
Location, some of the front desk staff were friendly except for one
Customer service of front desk. When we got there she was rude, I asked her the next day for cheese for breakfast she was rude. She acts like she is doing us a favor. They added 17% tax, we found insects in the bathtub, all towels had stains, ice bucket was dirty, iron board full of stains
Close to the park, we walked across the street to Doubletree to get our warm cookies and trolley passes each morning. They had a microwave and fridge in the room and free wifi.
There was left over pasta in our room awaiting us upon arrival. There was also a stain which I have convinced myself was coffee on the bedding.
I liked that it was close to disney and next to gas station and restauraunts nearby. And check out at 12 is nice.
I didnt like that there wasnt a disney shuttle.
