I liked that i always check for bed bugs and you it was good and clean...staff was nice and patient with me...

Doesnt have shuttle to disney land resort..

Its a good hotel. And the price also acceptable.

is good if you are going to Disney is really close, the room is great, clean and big for 2 people.

I didn't like the idea when I got my hotel reservation it said that our breakfast was included and to be realistic the have just juices and simple bread for breakfast and for us that's not a breakfast we expected more food, also the internet was kind difficult to connect to.

It was clean, staff was friendly.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the amenities. I felt safe in the parking lot at night and the pool area was well kept.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the "breakfast" was far from even a continental breakfast and was gone before 7 am.

I stay at this hotel every time I come into town, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and its close to shopping, food, Disneyland, its a great place to stay.

pillow case had blood stain. dirty towels internet keept cutting out and very slow.

The bathtubs were big,and the gave you lots of pillows for the beds.

The deadbolt was broke on the door,two of the hinges were broke on the dresser,I found chips under the stool by the chair,house keeping seem to miss that one,kinda gross.

Conveniently close to Disneyland, room was tidy, shower was great, staff is very friendly. Air conditioning was pretty good as well.

However, the appliances are very old and the fridge made a lot of noise that was tough to sleep with. Worse, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable (bed mattress too soft, so created a slant).

Not enough parking

Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced...

Should have corresponding parking in front of assigned rooms...had to park in inconvenient parking spots a couple times nowhere close to my room due to cars that probably didn't even belong there...

Location was very good.AM/PM Next door has great coffee. Close to Disneyland but I was there for business. But for the price of 1/3 that of the name brand hotels, I guess I got what I paid for.

Wi-fi was unreliable. Continental breakfast was barely passable. Rooms were definitely in need of maintenance and updating. Front desk staff is unprofessional, but that is probably due to lack of training. Booking.com confirmed us 3 Deluxe King rooms - the facility has only a few king sized beds ... don't think this issue is the hotels fault.. Booking.com over-promises.

location is near the Anaheim convention center. Budget -friendly, Clean, and comfortable.

This hotel needs some work. The rooms are out dated and need repair. The furniture was dirty and worn. The locks on the doors were broken. Sarah the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating

Beds are creaky. Towels need to be replaced with new ones (thin and rough) Gun shot holes in the wall should be repaired. Shower curtain rod fell when moving curtain. Continental breakfast lacking any pizazz. My daughter's room, shower disgusting, mold growing and floor of tub slimy. Cracked mirror in vanity. Towels same as my room, only not enough. Only 2 towels in room booked for 2 adults, 2 children.

Found Cockroach in the rooms. all they offer was just to switch to another room.

Good location

Breakfast inexistant. Bread + toaster, but nothing to put on the bread. Some pastries available, but that doesn't make a breakfast.

i enjoyed the convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge... Very good price and clean plenty of space and the bathrooms were clean.

It needs a little more curve appeal. The inside for both lobby and rooms it's very nice but the outside looks outdated. It could use some plants and or bright paint

Pilipino staffs are more respecful to guests

Guy on late night shift was not that pleasant on the phone.
