you shouldnt have to pay for wifi or breakfast when you spend that much on a room
Very nice staff... Cleaning ladies, reception, restaurant, Starbucks, gift shop, friendly and ready to help! FAST ELEVATORS!!!!!! Location... Quick ride on Disney Shuttle and they were always on time! Joe's Crab Shak Restaurant right across the street. And Target too!!!!! AND... We watched the fireworks every night from our room(7th floor) Great view!!!!!
We have 2kids (9 and10y) and the sofa bed was kind of small for them both. I didn't like that we would have to pay extra to get an extra "bed/mattress" to put on the floor for one of them. So what we did... Just put the cushions from the sofa bed on the floor and was ok. (Kids don't even care but a mommy does!)
Chef is one of outstanding service. Greeted us upon check in assisted us and remembered us the next morning at breakfast. I believe his name is Mario. Registration staff were great as well.
More comfortable bed would have made this an outstanding stay.
The room layout
The shower, the room set up.
Room service was staff was not really friendly, I was left with no trash can , maintenance lady asked me if i was leaving because she had to clean as her shift was almost over.
Loved the beds , pretty much everything! Only thing I didn't like was checking out lol..
Checking out. We wanted to stay forever lol
The hotel was great and the surrounding area was great!
Elevators were acting up.
Room and all facilities were brilliant.
Pool was a bit outdated
The rooms felt private, we were able to close off the living area from the bed area and not disturb the kids as we stayed up later abd watched tv. The downstairs restaurant is super convenient to eat before heading out for a long day at Disneyland.
Parking should be free.
It's a nice place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland - it's very close by and the staff are very knowledgable about the park etc. There is also a Starbucks in the foyer.
It's a bit dated and maybe not the best value for money after you have paid for parking - which is unsecured and not covered.
Good beds, tv, quiet, good sized pool, clean. Nice registration area with fresh fruit water, good air conditioning and friendly staff.
Lack of communication from booking.com. So Marriott did not have our reservTion and hotel was booked. Called booking and found they used my middle initial for my reservation. Hotel staff not too helpful. Put all responsibility on guest. Room too small for 5 people. Felt cramped. Sofa old and quite used.
Suite very Roomy and extremely comfortable, clean. Family friendly. The pool was nice and warm, "just right". Front desk very accommodating. Refrigerator was a plus especially when you have a Baby.
Our entire stay housekeeping never gave us enough towels. We were a family of 4 and they would only give us enough towels for a family of 3. It would have been great to have a microwave in the room especially if you have a baby and you need to warm there milk, Baby food.
Nothing, the bathroom does not even have the exhaust fan that when take a shower, the whole room would be too full of moisture, the tub does not drain well.
I was guaranteed by Booking.com that I would get 6 people in the room with 2 double bed. and sofa bed. I got instead a king and sofa bed that was too soft that when you sleep on it you feel all the springs in it, offered a lay way bed which is poor mattress as well. The attendant who answered me said that it was not guaranteed that I have to talk to the "third party" who made the reservation. I called the "third party" same answer was given. This will be the last marriott stay I will have.
friendly staff espicality Mr. Travs ( bell boy ) , starbux facility was attractive resturant was very good there was many prochores about tourist places in california , it help me in |Journey
-elvators system was very bad , even there are 4 elevatos but it will take few mintues to ride it - lightening in room to be improved - safe box to be provided in room
The fact that Marriott had access to my bank account 3 weeks after we checked out and took money out of my account without notifying me and most of without MY authorization.
Nice view on the 12th floor. Shower water strong. Clean and new looking. Nice accommodations.
Elevator B door would not close unless you held the button for 20 seconds.
A discount in Disney's tickets.
Everything is fine!
Good value for your money
I called to ask how many beds, I was told 3 beds, 2 rooms. We are a family of 6.... mom, dad, 12 year old, 10 year old, 8 year old and 6 year old. We arrived and our room had 2 double beds and a pull out couch, needless to say the sleeping arrangements were not ideal and there wasnt a bigger room on the property.
Short distance to Disneyland
Shower curtain was stinky. Asked for cleaning but it was not done.
THe room size is good and comfortable, its good value for the price. the bathroom is a bit too small but it wasn't really an issue.
The staffs were limited in number, but they were friendly. The housekeepers staffs, however, needed more training. Every night we returned to the room found it not thoroughly cleaned. One time the trash bin was not cleared. The sugars and coffees weren't replaced. Also, for 2 days the lifts weren't working. So people had to go up and down using stairs. There's a convenience store in the lobby area but it closed almost all the time.
They single file u out to feeling like a criminal.... just a look.. just cuz im Mexican
The location is very accessible to all the places we want to go and it is near to all the freeways. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers around the vicinity. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff are always smiling and very friendly. Very helpful and respectful. The housekeeping staff is very accommodating and attention to details. Strongly recommend. Fantastico!
The room given to us was on the 2nd floor (#224) and a bit far from the elevators. To top it all, we do not even have a window view because all you see is the huge/massive air-conditioning machine that is noisy at times especially in the evening. Wish we were given a decent room in order to enjoy our vacation a lot more better.
Location and facility
Malfunctioning fire alarm. Had the fire alarm go off 3 times the night of our stay. Fire truck downstairs called lobby nobody knows what is going on. All 3 were false alarms.
The hotel was clean and beautiful, the rooms were nice, I love that they have a Starbucks inside and it's close to Disneyland! Nice pool, great that they have poolside firepits, tho no one was there to turn them on.
The first room we got had two water leaks coming thru the floor, they did not accommodate us for the inconvenience of having to move rooms after settling in. When I told them about the huge water spot when we first came in ...they just sent a maid with some towels. Their room service is very pricey and the food is moderate in comparison to the price of it. The biggest thing we Thought was a huge rip and super antiquated.....was that they charge 13 bucks a day for internet! Who does that anymore?! They also have no channel guide on their tv so no way of knowing what is playing and when and if you want to go online to check...it costs 13 bucks a day! They claim free internet in lobby and Starbucks but I couldn't get online and no one seemed to know the password! Lame!
