Too close parking spaces, rough area
I loved my room, it was very spacious. It was a clean room to come back to at the end of the day spent walking around Disneyland. The host was super friendly and courteous.
The pool is cold at night, definitely go during a hot day. Some rooms smell kinda smoky. But they do their best to clean up everything.
If you do smoke but don't want a smoking room I suggest booking a smoking room cause the manager Appariantly doesn't like smokers who only smoke outside staying in a non smoking room ! Be careful!
The staff is super friendly and accommodating!!
The price was right for a quick sleep after a long drive from San Francisco. Front staff was nice,.. But had to work with them through built proof glass. Free assigned parking. Hot water and a somewhat comply bed. Liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom so more than one person could get ready for bed or in the morning at the same time.
The rooms were fine but smelled horribly of smoke(it was a non-smoking room) and the furniture was too large for the room. We had to dance around each other to get to the bathroom or the front door.
Good value for money
Nothing!!! These people are nothing but crooks!!!!
Staff was very very rude and abrasive! I felt like I was getting discriminated against! The couple running this place are horrible! They seemed very sketchy from the beginning! And then after checking out, I received a phone stating that I vandalize the room!! This is a total lie!!, Just trying to collect my deposit. And I to go to court to receive my money back. These people are nothing but crooks
Room was runned down, beds need new matresses, bath room baseboards were chipped off and behind door looked as if it was cracked, either way instead of fixing it correctly it was fixed with clear scotch tape (literally)...We've stayed at a lot of of hotels this by far was the worse.
Cheaper than other options close to disneyland
Overall things were not kept up.
bed and matress shoud be replaced, a few yellow marks were spotted on the side of the bed.
The staff was excellent and very polite, the beds were clean an comfortable and wifi worked well
The restroom was a bit dirty for my taste and the disconnected fire alarm with wires hanging from the ceiling was unnerving
This place was literally falling apart. One of the doors in our room was missing a doorknob, it was dirty, the paint was chipping and the shower nozzle to turn the shower on was broken. It smelled really bad when you walked in and they charged me a deposit even though it says no deposit required.
The room was clean and for once did not smell bad!! Great price for two King size comfortable beds
No ironing board or iron available in room
Quick Wi-Fi, very close to Disneyland, comfortable beds, quiet.
Good sized clean room. no problems at all and Housekeeping did a wonderful job.
Well at first sight, I thought O great, but then I talk to the motel manager who thought I was mad because I couldn't check in at 8:00 am. They were very polite and courteous. She explained their policy that they don't do check in till 3 pm. I was only disappointed because I had drove all night, and the hotel that I thought would have been a little more organized, and not lost my reservation, but that is another review. Anyways she told me to come back at 1 pm, and I did. She not only let me check in against policy, but upgraded my room. In my book that motel rocks! I give 5 stars just for that.
What I didn't like had nothing to do with the National inn motel. How ever booking.com should not be so misreading, and give someone false hope that they can check in at 8 am at a motel. The only other thing I did not like was the location, but mainly for personal reasons.
At least my car didn't get broken into.
The hotel was basically a crack den.
always read the fine print. cash deposit required at this location.
Not much, the lady at the front desk was nice until I asked why the "preauthorization charge" was still on my account , then she got huffy.
When we got there we opened the door and a gush of cat pee odor came out at us. We immediately called the front desk to get another room, (they were cleaning one next door) and we were denied. She stated that there were no cats allowed in the room and she would send some room deodorizer. She also stated that it was impossible to have cat odor because she just cleaned the carpet that morning and that was what I was smelling. Well it lasted the entire two days! We woke up the next morning and wanted coffee. They didn't provide any so we had to get our own to brew. When I took the basket out of the coffeepot after it was done, two cockroaches ran out. I'll tell you I will NEVER give a good review when it isn't warranted!
It was hard tounderstand theman inthe receptionarts but he was friendly.
Our rooms smelled like an old man and dirty bong water as our other group would put it. I believe people actually live here. The vending machines didn't work and the convenient stores near by closed early. Although the price was feesable, we will not stay here again. There are better places for the amount we paid. Heck we'd even pay twice the amount to stay by the beach 10 miles away.
The price was unbeatable; we got the last room available and the rate was still great. The location was decently close to Disneyland (about 15 minutes to parking garage). While the place isn't luxury or modern, the beds were amazingly comfortable and we slept great. Low amount of noise, good a/c units, nice tv.
The air freshener smell was a bit too strong at first. Needed to air out the room for an hour or so. No Kleenex boxes. Only one trash can in room. So. Yeah, pretty minor complaints. Would still stay here again.
The price was good and the staff was friendly.
Parking spaces were way too small. I recieved more car dings and scratches on my vehicle in the three nights I stayed there than I have in the almost three years that I've owned the vehicle. If a guest has a service vehicle, they should not be allowed to park inside as the parking lot is too small as well.
Room was spotless! Nice bed linens
Never connected to the free wifi. Parking is tight and challenging
