Dirty rooms. Had to wait for houskeeping to come in for clean towels. Poor breakfast. Room keys never worked

I liked the price and staff were very nice and helpful.

The website needs to show recent pictures. Rooms need deep cleaning specially their carpet. Had to change rooms twice do to dirty sheets with stains and vomit. I dont recommend this hotel to families with small kids. I had my kids shower with flip flops and definitely not walk barefoot in the room.Im not a picky person, if you are looking for cleaniness this is not for you. I Had no other choice but to stay there since I was on a pretty tight budget and I had made reservations online. They were the longest 4 nights, only good thing is the price. I will not stay there again.

We liked the buffet breakfast and the shuttle service to disneyland. We also appreciated the free wi-fi.

Upon arrival there was some confusion about the type of room that I had reserved. While the people next to me got checked in rather quickly, I ask what the problem was and why these other people were already checked in and I was still waiting. I was given no explaination. I had to offer that I just wanted a room with two beds in it. It was only at check out that I was told that the other building was having trouble with the water and that they were sorry.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great value.

The rooms were a bit tired, wall paper peeling etc and the washrooms were a little unkempt.

Staff at the front desk was pleasently and delightfully oblivious to problems. No solutions in sight. ---------------------------------------- A good hotel for tours that accept whatever is delivered.

Arrived 9:00 pm. No water. Found a note water would be off until 8:00 pm but it was still off. I went to the front desk to get somee drinking water. None available, but "I could go buy some." Later the water came one, first cold then hot. ----------------------------- Bed was a disaster. The window side was completely broken down. The center was 3 inches lower than the head or toe. ----------------------------------- Next morning, hot water tap gave hot water, cold water tap gave hot water. The shower was completely unuseable. We changed to a smaller room in another section. ---------------------------------------- Next morning. In room coffee service was good for makin a mess but not good for making coffee. Coffee carafe did not have the correct lid to open the valve on the coffee filter funnel. Result, funnel overflowed and mad a mess but no coffee. Left a note for the maid. Probably passed on to the next unfortunate. ---------------------------------------- As we spent the second night in a smaller less expensive room, we were surprised the bill had not been adjusted. Desk was reluctant. I took a polite, well mannered scene for the bill to be corrected.

The Hotel grounds had dirty diapers thru out. Our eight year old son found a used condom under his bed along with a dirty shoe. Ice maker machine was broken on our floor. The next two floor the machine was missing the other has diapers near it. The picture of our room during booking was not what we got. We paid for the upgrade room but was not upgraded. Complained about our room and got half of one night money returned. The accounting department when crediting back the entire two nights TWICE. So know my banking account is jacked.

The room door lock was falling apart. The hallways in the hotel were littered with garbage.

Very convenient for Transport and shopping. Everything within walking distance, or within easy reach of public transport so that we did not need to hire a car.

No Hairdryer in room, had to ask for one No frig. nowhere to keep drinks.Had to use ice container to keep drks cold. Paper cups. Prefer glass or at least plastic. No cereal for breakfast buffet, noodles for breakfast????????????? only meat was cut up saugage mixed in eggs, no bacon why???????

The hotel was located near gas stations, eateries and shops. Also the room itself had very good water pressure.

The in room coffee maker did not work on a consistent basis. The lighting in the room was very dim. There was no in room microwave or fridge. Was advisedid additional charges would be added if requested.

The staff was really nice (all of them) and the breakfast was good but a little variety would be nice. We spent two nights and both mornings had the same breakfast. Once we got the right room, the cleanliness was good. The fact that it was super close to our destination (Disneyland) at that price, believe me we will stay there again The fact that it had a clean and lovely pool

The fact that our room was mixed up and we were given an unprepared one at first BUT was immediately corrected. The same breakfast two mornings.. a little variety would be great. Cereals for the kids type of thing.

The only thing I liked about hj Fulleton was the location, and thank god I only needed a place to sleep. The staff is rude, rooms are disgusting. The staff, management obviously do not care about their facility.

The staff, the breakfast, and most importantly the room. I also did not like that the side door to the hotel is left open all day, and all night, not very secure, especially if you are not famliar with that area.

At least, it has a swimming pool. My kids can spent a few hours there.

When you open the door, you can feel a bad smell. It may come from the floor. You may not eat the continental breakfast there because it is hard to eat.

It is near disney land and there is shuttle bus.

The elevator is too old and there is only one so we have too wait for a long time. The housekeeping cant speak english and very rude,impolite

Comfy beds, helpful staff. Stayed here to go to Disneyland, they had a free bus service to and from there which was great.

Walls paper thin, you can every movement of people next door or in the hall way. Wasn't too much of an issue though.

They were remodeling and rolls of carpet padding surrounded the hotel, cut large piles of palm leaves were cluttering the parking areas. My husband commented "are you open for business?" As we checked in. Rooms should come standard with microwaves and mini refrigerators. We had to ask for them, of course with additional charge. We will never stay there again. Appearance can make or break a place. The check in girl was also not dressed professionally. If you want cheap and appearance is not important then maybe this is your place.

Staff is so friendly. Location is great. It is very near from Disneyland and also surrounded by all the stores that one might need...

I guess they can do better in the breakfast. But again, I can't complain about a free breakfast, right?

It was very dirty. The carpet was so dirty, did want to step on it. Just went to sleep, got up and left. Breakfast was bad too

Provided Breakfast was not hot. My floor didn't have ice & vending machines. We reported 2 adults and 2 kids but only had 3 towels, etc.
