The hotel was very dirty , very old, and no hospitality ...
It was exactly what we needed. We were not going to be in the hotel much, as we were visiting friends and site seeing. The staff was quick to respond to needs. We were comfortable here
A tiny bit out dated. Could use an update...but then I suppose the cost per night would go up.
The front desk lady was nice and gave us rooms with 1 king and 1 full size beds.
Very dirty hotel, the carpets are old, stained and smelly and the beds are smelly, the pillows smell of sweat.
The breakfast was good.
The entire hotel is outdated and looks like it hasn't been remodeled in over 25 years, housekeeping does poor job, didn't feel comfortable walking without my shoes. $100 a night during the week is way too expensive. I wish I would have chosen another place and paid the extra money.
The room is not clean enough. The wallpaper is torn and not well cleaned. It smells like mold. There is an undergarment in the drawers that is left by the previous guest so you know they just dust the room off for the next guest. I'm not coming back to this place. It was a bad experience at all
Price for one night front desk staff was good
The room was not clean did not have towels, called twice to receive towels finally took elevator downstairs to get own towels.
I wasn't able to stay but was charged for the room The clerk could find my reservation
Poor reservation technology
Location, free shuttle to Disneyland, room size, cleanliness, staff was nice
Shuttle schedule from Disneyland was confusing so make sure to be meticulous about the return timetable.
The room did not have refrigerator .Room dose not look like you see in on line
The staff and manager tried very hard to make our stay pleasant.
The grounds and common areas were excellent the rooms however were more like something you'd find at a Motel 6.
Hotel was spacious and great location to Disneyland. We love the area.
The room floors were filthy. They had stains all over. Lot looked like they didn't clean it. For as much as we paid. The comfort of a cleanliness room would've been nice.
Location was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable..
The confortable environment, and big spacious rooms and balcony
They didn't include the $50 deposit per night in the reservation, so you have to pay more than expected
The hotel is dilapidated. It needs a total renovation.
Staff was unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
Building is old and not very clean. Same with our room. Amenities were a little shabby. Elevator a little wacky. Check in procedure could use some help, especially when there's a crowd. Staff did nothing to insure that first come, first served.
Price, pool, free shuttle, free breakfast, daily room service, laundry.
Slow internet, far from Disneyland,
That place hasn't been updated in 20 years +. The bedding was falling apart and scratchy, the phone was second hand from park hotel and 0 was the only thing that worked. The TV didn't work and it was a tube style TV. The towels were ALSO second hand (I saw a goodwill sticker on one) and they felt as though they were made from sand paper. There was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was stained. I could go on and on.........................
the location is good,no far from Disney land. and state university.
the stuff were the worst, especially the stuff in restaurant, the customer like a prisoner, when they eat the breakfast, every one only can get 2 small pieces bakon, if you want to get more, the staff suddenly turn into very very rude, the customers felt themselies like the prisoners who were be guarded. and the facilities are very very obsolete and dirty, we'll never want to think about the hotel, just like an nightmare.
Free breakfast buffet was poor at best. The pancakes were chewy and the selection of other items could have been better. Oatmeal, bagels, or English muffins would have been good. Larger beverage cups would also have been appreciated.
Room was super run down.
Very dirty carpet, bathroom, elevator, etc. , etc, etc. No recommendable.
Convenient location for us.
Tried to charge for breakfast over two guests, even though it says free breakfast. The staff person said that if you book directly with them they give breakfast for four for free, but third party bookings (booking.com), no. New management took all the Bibles out of the rooms. Security doors mostly all unlocked. Not clean.
The room where really clean. Staff was helpful and nice!
Some of the gate doors from the parking lot in didn't work you could just walk in even though it had a key lock and it said to use your key to enter the door lock was broken! Which made us feel a bit unsafe anyone could enter! And for the breakfast I didn't mind having to pay for my 9 year old son but when the host changed we seen families entering with 2-3 kids and they only gave two tickets, and we where stopped and asked to go pay for another ticket for my son! Because we where only given 2 tickets at check in and not told we would need an extra one for our son! Which is fine not a problem but to see that the rules apply for some and not for all! It's just not fair! No spa at the pool!
