The price and closeness to the theme park
The front desk was kind of snobby and rude. Like he didn't want to be there or wanted to help. Felt rushed
Location and size of room for a family of 5. Love the pool. I knew about the showers before I stayed repeat guest overall cleanses is great.
The showers have no pressure and drain real slow so you don't get that fresh shower feeling. The dirty carpet.
No free wifi
I loved the fact that when I first arrived and the TV was not working they came right over and fixed it.
The wifi never worked for my tablet and I was still out the 10 dollars.
Proximity to Disneyland and parking for my rental.
Poor water pressure in shower, enough for bathing, but not enough for washing my long think hair :( I advised the hotel of this as well as the dripping faucet.
Nice grounds, Located at front gate to Disneyland. No need to drive.
Rooms very outdated. Noisy, air conditioning, control did not work. Poorly kept patio with room on ground floor. Dirty, dying plants, ugly fence. Why bother! Bathroom much too small. VERY noisy fan, bed hard as a rock. Only mirror in bathroom. No place to put on make up or do hair in room except bath. No space to put items except on bed.
Location, facilities and staff were very good. Value for location was great
Very loud refrigerator in my room and having to pay for WiFi was a little irritating
Lovely place just down the road from the heart of Hollywood. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is lovely. A perfect place to stay whenever you're in town.
The floors are pretty creaky bit if you're being a good tourist you should be so tired that you don't hear any of it when you hit the hay.
The proximity to Disneyland is outstanding, the price was great and the room was quite comfortable.
I took this trip specifically for Disney with my daughter. While the comfort of the rooms were not the greatest, and amenities were out dated. The savings we had by booking here allowed us to spend more money and more time in and around Disneyland, which again was the whole reason we came to the area. The close walking distance to Disney was great! The shopping in the immediate area was perfect. The host who checked us in was funny and helpful (tho I had no other contact with anyone else, so cannot comment on staff as a whole).
Again taking into account that we picked this place specifically so we could save money, I knew I wasn't getting high tier luxury. If you know that going in you are good, but here are my dislikes (tho not a big deal when I can save): 1 free electrical outlet in the room; even on full blast all day and night the AC didnt keep the room cool (temp outside was only in mid 80s); buffet was $10 for each me and my daughter (she eats like a bird, but over the child age of 9 years), and the food wasnt that great (head down to IHOP, where the food is better and after 4pm kids eat free!); beds were fairly hard; bottle water was $2!
It was in a great location from disneyland about a 5min walk from disneyland the rooms were clean and the price wasn't to bad the breakfast was great and cheap and convinient all in all great experience would this was my second time here an would definently stay here again
The only complaint I have is that they need more outlets we were struggling to find outlets to charge our phones
good distance from disneyland, really nice pool
housekeeping moved our stuff around
no free wi-fi
Our room was adjoined to our other party which was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice.
I didn't like that you had to pay for wi-fi. The rooms had a weird smell to them & you could tell they were very well used. We did find two very long black hairs (we are all fair headed) in our shower which was very gross (that & the smell were my reasons for the fair rating). It says it is right outside the park, but you do have to walk a city block to get to it .
Close proximity to Disneyland Big room
No free WiFi
Location made it easy to get to the park
I really liked how close the hotel was to Disneyland. We were able to walk there with our three kids.
I added a note to be placed on the bottom floor and requested to check in early with an arrival time of 6-7 AM. We were told to come back at 10 AM to check in. We came back and were told to come back again after 3PM, after staff checked in a couple ahead of us. The room did not have a microwave and the fridge did not close all the way. Bed was hard and pillows were flat.
Walking distance to Disneyland is the only best point for this hotel
The front desk staff were unhelpful, unapproachable and unfriendly. The shower facilities in my room were not working and the water flow were slow. The water heater not working most of the time result in my little children had to bath under cold water.
The only thing we liked was the distance to the 2 Disney parks and the bed was comfortable. The on-site restaurant is easy to access.
Where to start? The "suite" was located in the middle of an outside concrete hallway so any noise reverberated very loudly. WiFi was not free. The bathrooms soap holders were completely rusted out and the floor panels were falling apart and covered in grime. The panels on the bathroom ceilings were hanging on by a thread and were wilted and cracked. The doors to the room were poorly installed and you could literally see outside thru the door crack. We called one morning (at 7:00 a.m.) to ask for coffee as the maid did not replace it the day prior and the front desk said, "the maid doesn't get here until 8:00 so you are going to have to wait". I mean, where is the Customer Service? She couldn't possibly have gotten coffee off the maid cart and walked it down? Just not a good experience and a lot of money was spent on that room. This was the first time we decided to try this property and it is most certainly, our last.
My mother and i stayed for two nights to spend a couple days at Disneyland. We loved the location! We walked back and forth to Disney with ease and even picked up Dennys on the way back at night, its right near the hotel. Also we thought it was a great place for the low price we paid. Big patio, quiet atmosphere and a nice outdoor area with a big pool. We also had a fridge and microwave which saved us a little money on food. We will definitely come back for another mini vacay/Disney trip here.
I dont have a lot of complaints, its not the fanciest place kinda outdated. The staff was ok... but not rude. All in all there wasnt much to complain about.
The facility is beautiful. The pool was awesome. The hospitality was great.
We had to pay for wifi. Huge drawback
I liked the convenient walking location to Disneyland and the pool.
The staff was not very accommodating and I felt that some of the advertising claims were misleading such as wifi in every room, yes if you paid a lot, and the statement of shuttles every 20 minutes (yes if you call the day ahead and schedule an appointment.)
Easy access to rooms. I have walking issues and the rooms are easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful
How close it was to everything and to walk. It was very clean and safe at night time.
You couldn't connect to WiFi you paid for with just a smart phone. Oh water pressure in shower very poor
