We were a group of 8 (six adults and two children) and were in three rooms all located together. The location for Disneyland is great and the service was excellent. This hotel is not fancy but it is clean and well maintained. Huge pool area with hot tub and laundry facilities, too! The restaurant is convenient and the food is good, kids eat breakfast free with the adults. Our group was aged 6 to 64 and we all had a great time...we will stay there the next time we visit Disneyland.
I do not have a negative comment. Keep up the good service and pleasant surroundings !!!
Shower did not provide hot water
Military discount needs to be offer.
Rude clerk checking out
Half a block away from Disneys front entrance. Good size rooms. Quiet rooms. Great sleep. Mini fridge helped a lot. Secure location. Very comfortable rooms. Price not too bad, they should consider charging about 20% less. The morning shift staff are very friendly, but they should look into being more pro-active. Very clean rooms. The first floor rooms have a small patio which are great to relax. Both ladies at checkout were of great help.
They need to have a uniform policy when it comes to room/parking charges. They should not charge for parking. The first time we stayed there they wanted to charge us $64 dlls more than was listed on their website when we reserved, and this time the final price we paid was $20 dlls higher than what was advertised on the booking website. One person on the graveyard shift was horribly rude when I asked about wifi. (For $120 dlls a night, No complimentary WiFi is ridiculous and greedy.) This person alone makes me not want to come back. The hotel in general could do with a renovation. It looks frozen in time, from the 60's. For the amount they charge, they should put a little more effort in their appearance. Old CRT tvs in the rooms are awful. Yellow light lightbulbs all through the lobby and hallways makes the hotel look very old. This would be a really awesome hotel if they only put a bit more effort. in their appeearance.
Beds are comfortable, bathroom sinks (2), big pool, big bedroom, never heard noise outside.
The smell of the trash on the corner of the hotel, you have to cross there if you are walking to disney parks.
The location was great. It was quiet in the room. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The vanity area is long with two sinks, so there is plenty of room for more than one person to get ready at a time.
Close to Disneyland. Clean and well kept for older hotel. Good restaurant.
I really like the fact that they had back patios or a balcony they also did not come into your room if you had your do not disturb sign on the door. It is very close to entrance of Disneyland. Quiet complex it almost feels like an apartment just needs a kitchen! I will always stay at this place for it's comfort grounds and closeness to Disney
the only thing that I did not like was being woken up at 7-8 o'clock in the morning by a little lady sweeping outside my door with the cheap old broom and they could really use an update- get new tv's, bathroom remodeled and keurigs!
2 blocks from Disneyland park so able to walk safely.
It was 102 all day and when came in after full day at Disneyland the AC wasn't on so rooms were very warm. I went to get bottles of water and the only vending machine they had onsite was by the front desk and unable to get so had to drive two blockes to corner store. Bathrooms were pretty old. Cracks in room. Although it was a good price for location to Disneyland but need to have ac's on when guests come in room.
closness to park
not many places to eat close by after the park closed. that was not the hotels fault.
location to disneyland is 5 minute walk to main gate. swimmimg pool was extra large
air conditioner did not work well at all. room very old. no extra outlets to charge phone,
The hotel is older so if your looking for glamour it's probably not the place for you.. But if its great value, great comfort, walking distance to Disneyland. Then this place is perfect.. Our rooms had a large balconie and lots of room to move around, with microwave and fridge..It was very clean and the staff was great..
The shower head had way to much hard water build up so taking a shower wasn't easy under the trickle.
Close to Disneyland!! what a great location without paying a fortune to stay at the parks own resorts. Hotel staff at front desk assisted with all bookings of tours. There is a tour office right next door, however the staff assist in every way when the office is closed.
Not much more to do other than visit Disneyland. No close nightlife other than dining services. Hotel was a little bit below expected with regards to amenities (no minibar or even milk for the very basic coffee facilities). Car rental office also in house, however, they are very basic and do not offer choice to drop off at another location. However, other car rental places are only a 10-15 min walk away.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Carpets were dirty ... yuck. I had to wash my feet several times during my stay.
Location is the only plus with this hotel . Close distance to Disneyland
Old facilities , floor to ceiling , really old appliances , no continental breakfast , no WiFi . You pay for parking . You look around everything is from 20 plus years ago and appliances are just so old . It took the fridge a day to cool down , microwave is so old , the room and bathroom is run down . Only plus of location but there is no other reason to stay here . I just waited too long to book another hotel that is updated , has WiFi and Continental Breakfast . Otherwise I would have not stayed at this hotel
Location. Room size. Bed comfort.
Shortage of electrical outlets. Distance from parking to room.
Good location Nice service staff
I inquired the express bus schedule from front staff. But this schedule was old time table. It's wrong time. I waited in line at the bus stop, but the express bus didn't come. I rush to the airport in a taxi. Cost of a taxi ride was $100.
Accessible to Disney, just a block away from the entrance!!! Room was always clean and fresh!!! Got a room with a view of the fireworks!!!
I have to pay for parking fee inspite of being a guest at the hotel!!!
Fabulous location, just a short walk to Disneyland.Rooms clean and comfortable..great balcony, pool and gardens..standard rooms are a bit tired and in need of a lift..but you only sleep in them. Staff in gift shop very helpful and friendly..lots of good things to buy. Would definately recommend hotel to friends
Air conditioning was working. Room was cleaned by the time we came back from Disneyland.
That there is no emergency wheelchair for customers. Let me explain, coming back from Disneyland, my dad's legs gave out in the parking lot and my sister asked if there was a wheelchair available for use to get him out of the parking lot and into his room and the clerk behind the counter said there was not. I think you should have a wheelchair somewhere behind the counter in case of such emergency again.
The rooms are very small and the shower was clogged..
The Mexican restaurant on site happy hour
Our toilet was broken in our room and we had to ask twice to get it repaired. They "forgot" the first time we asked. It took ALL DAY for them to finally put Zane's toilet in our room. Ridiculous to pay for a room that we had to keep leaving to go use a bathroom. The staff was no help and when they forgot about us, they were just making excuses that they were busy! How can any hotel stick you in a room without a working toilet and be too busy to fix the problem? Not too mention it was my birthday as well as wedding anniversary and when I told the front desk it was a special day ( hoping they would finally take pity and fix our toilet) their response was " yeah we saw in your reservation notes why you were here!" That's when I was pretty much done. Won't be referring friends there!
Very reasonable rates, clean room, comfy bed, and very convenient walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, stores, and local restaurants. WiFi available for $9.95 a day, which is the norm these days. Great stay!
Close to Disneyland Close to Outlets (Driving) Close to restaurants & mall (walking)
Could be more clean Bathroom broke There was a used bra in the closet
I liked it because everything was so close by, theme park and places to eat and other stores
I did not like it when we started taking showers the bath tub was backed up, water was not draining, until we called to get it fix, and pressure in the shower, and the sliding door needs to be more secure or changed, protection wise
