The location was close to Disneyland.
Coffee pot in room was broke, beds were small. The constant on and off of the room ac kept waking me up. If your a light sleeper bring a sound machine.meh
Close and walking distance to everything
Wish they had complimentary breakfast
All was well until checkout and there was alot of hidden charges that added up to over 100.00 added to bill.
The exteriors was nice but very deceiving. The staff was friendly.
In the rooms the wall paper and paint was coming off. The bathroom door was buckling and looked very cheap. There was no fan in the bathroom, probably why it was in bad shape. Also the refrigerator inside the desk cabinet (weird place) was wobbly and we tried our best to prop it up with a magazine. The rooms need updating!
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had two adults and six kids, and it was quite spacious in the kids suite. There was plenty of storage, and the fridge and microwave came in handy. Good location to walk to the parks.
The hotel was quite noisy. There was no fan in the AC unit that you could run continuously to block out the noise, so you heard every sound. Also, there was no do not disturb sign in the room, so the maid knocked early every morning. There were limited self park spaces, so we had to use valet, but it was free. There were not enough pillows and blankets provided in the room, so we had to call down for more.
Great location, within a short walk to both Disney Parks and Downtown Disney as well as several restaurants on Katella.
Our bed was not that comfortable. Rock hard and the pillows were lumpy.
Parking was horrible. Constuction and street noise was annoying.
Location was great, good value for the money, would stay here again
Beds not that comfortable
The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and adequately stocked with necessities (towels, coffee, toiletries) the closet was big enough to store our luggage and folded stroller and the patio was a nice bonus for my husband who uses a vaporizer. We were also allowed to leave our car after check-out until 3 pm so we could spend a little more time at the parks! I also liked that we could have food delivered to our room at a reasonable rate to avoid eating at Disney. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but we walked by several times and it was always clean and never crowded.
The A/C didn't seem strong enough and was fairly loud, parking (non-valet) was a struggle. Housekeeping came in every day, but didn't remove our trash from take-out (pizza boxes). There was also no microwave in our room, so we had to walk down the hall and use the microwave near the ice machine. We were charged a $20/night incidental fee which is expected but forewarning (when we booked) would have been appreciated.
We arrived early and they let us take our room and parking space happily which meant we were able to start our fun times in Disneyland that much earlier. It was also just 3 blocks to the park entrance and way more affordable than other hotels that close.
Not so bad but it was weird that the phone and a few outlets didn't work. Also there was no fan in the bathroom and we didn't notice until the next morning but it kind of smelled a bit mildewy.
Room were clean and big
Parking was hard to find
laundry machine was broken
All of the staff were real nice!! The room was super clean!
Parking lot was under construction.. We had to park at another Hotel.
Overall it was a good hotel confi and quiet.
The valet parking took to long, only one guy working. There was a lot of people waiting. They should have more people in the weekends to help out. Also regular rooms dont have microwave.
Beautiful property, rooms were pretty. Staff was friendly
Pull out bed which I slept in was sooooo uncomfortable! Fire alarm went off early in the morning and when I came back to the hotel after a very long day, the room had never been serviced. I had to call down for sheets and change my bed at midnight. Beware of the website when booking as well. The charges were $100 more than it shows I was going to pay through booking. Com
Family suite was great! Plenty of space for us and our three young children. Quick 5-10 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure.
No parking how to use another hotels parking space. And no coffee in the lobby
We stayed for 6 nights and it was a very comfortable place. Very convenient and close to Disneyland and California Adventures. Already planning on staying there again for another trip in the summer.
Our experience overall was awesome! The staff were nice and helpful. It was clean and I loved the set up of the room. There were plenty of towels and it was cleaned up nicely when we returned each day. The walk to Disney was short and convenient. We will definitely be back!
The bed do work son!!
Hotel was clean, and the Hotel front desk clerk remembered my name the next day, asking me how my first night was at the hotel as I walked out of the lobby on the second day. Close to Disneyland.
Not enough parking. Had to park at the Sheraton hotel.(long walk back to the room) Although it was free to park at the Sheraton, you had to renew your parking pass every night. Free Valet was offered but I am not the type to use that type of service. Bed was wore-out, Need new beds.
My only thing we stood two nights and we didn't receive any clean towels
After reading some of the comments about the hotel I was under the impression it was going to be "ok" . The hotel was better then okay it was wonferful. The room was very clean and even I turned on the heater it didn't have the typical "stale" smell. The bed was comfortable and the t.v had enough channels to be occupied by. I was close to everything. There is a CVS less then 100 yards away in case you forget to pack something. Disney is across the street..not necessarily walking distance, but close to the bus and or Park parking.
The parking wasn't all that great. Free, yes, but if you didn't get back to the hotel by a certain time all the parking was taken and you would have to have valet park your car for you at another hotel. The downside to that is if you need your car before 7am, chances of you getting it before then are slim.
i liked the fact that we were able to walk to our destination
the parking situation was a bit much but overall excellent experience
you can't get much closer to Disneyland. It was about a 15 min walk which was really no different than having to walk in from disneys parking lots...and we didn't have to pay for parking at Disneyland. Rooms were clean and every employee we encountered went above and beyond their friendliness.
