Location was great ! Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the highway. Staff very helpful and friendly !
Not much !!
Close to New England Dragway, site of the New England Hot Rod Reunion
Could have had fresher cereals and more choices, oranges would have been good!
Location for were I needed
Being double billed and some bugs not to clean. Beds were fine clean and somewhat comfortable.
Cozy, smaller room w/ dated fixtures. It was like stepping into a mild time warp. Windows that actually open! Feel the cool night breeze.
Pass card doors required special finesse to open. More of a mechanical function than electrical.
good location, clean, good staff, better breakfast than expected
kinda noisy, we could hear neighbors on both sides.
they have a nice pool and spar. Bed was comfortable.
they ran out of coffee in the morning. There were no rest rooms near the lobby.
the room was nicely decorated
the difficulity of getting to the elevator not really handicap accesible
The pool and Hot Tub was Nice
The bathroom had a used piece of soap behind the toilet. Gross. When I told them about it....they said they would take care of it ... went down there and guess what??? STILL THERE!!! Internet did not work at all.
Breakfast was nice, pool and hot tub was nice too
Rugs in room needed better vaccuming and there were stains on sheets, comforter and pillow case, pool did need vaccuming
Room was very nice overall. Quiet and clean. Staff member that was fixing the outside front parking area (maintenance?) had the best customer service skills. Not that anyone was rude but being a manager of a cs dept. it could have been a better overall experience.
Bath towels could have been a larger size. Grout in shower and bathroom floor needs work. Took too long to check in, didn't even acknowledge I existed - could have apologized for how long the process took.
needs to be remodeled smell of chlorine from pool in hallway
Room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful with suggestions on local fun and hot spots. Facilities although it seemed like several add on buildings thru the years, our room was comfortable and we didn't hear our neighbors.
If you like a place that serves breakfast, then go out. Not a lot of space and they only serve from 6am 9 am - not long enough and seating area very small. Looks as if they took have the lobby to create this area. Not able to accommodate a weekend full of guests. For the price this was disappointing.
Clean room Pleasant decore
Strong overwhelming chlorine smell in halls
The pool and hot pool. The location was convenient.
The staff wasn't at fault, BUT whoever was in the room above ours stomped around like giants, dropping things loudly for several hours on end. That plus the air conditioner didn't have a lot of fan power to even help cover the racket above.
Location clean comfortable room
Hot in halls, distance to bathroom from breakfast area, crowded bteakfast area
-The renovated section of the hotel was much better... -Liked the staff accommodating my requests...James, the night staff was excellent. -generally the staff were friendly. -Liked that I could pay on a daily basis so I had the option to continue my stay or not. Laundry facilities were great! Felt safe! Liked that they locked the front doors at night.
-The wing where I was initially allocated a room wasn't nice...it constricted my breathing... -There were conflicting information from the front desk staff on issues and it was obvious that the some of the staff blamed other staff for issues that the front desk should address regardless... -The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest's stay which was disgusting...it felt like I was sleeping on someone else's body fluids...yuck.... -Noisy neighbours... -Worse thing when the room is next to an exit...as other guests can be so inconsiderate when they come in after midnight...
Location: Close to everything. Clean: The room clean... except the shower.
Small: The room had no room for a table and tight walking areas. Black mold on shower curtain. The sauna was not heated correctly, too low of a temp. and the pool was over chlorinated, the fumes off of the top of the water stung our eyes. The curfew was not enforced, the second floor had children running around till all hours of the evening. Breakfast area was understocked and lacking in cleanup as spills occured etc.
I was pleased with the room, it was very spacious and with easy access from the Lobby. We arrived early but were assigned the room upon arrival.
Was a bit late to go for breakfast, with so many travelers not much selection was left to eat. Luckily we had secured 2 pastries earlier to be consumed in the room, so I did not feel too bad. Had juice and coffee, both very good.
You couldn't have made a smaller bathroom - It was VERY small
previous guest socks and tshirts left over in the room. cleanliness obviously sucks.
Hot tub with waterfall was pleasant, desk staff was friendly, protein (hard cooked eggs) at breakfast was awesome, bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows once I remade it and smoothed and put the fitted sheet and mattress cover on the mattress, the "cottagey" bathroom was cute, no charge for parking but too far to walk downtown where there is very little parking at all and none free, AC cooled the room very well, but the low setting was broken, having a refrigerator saved on eating out, there was plenty of food at breakfast but not enough chairs so we ate standing since our room was three floors up and at the other end, booking an expensive room in a new place from online is always a risk, but we were generally pleased with this one, especially considering the high prices in the area.
Other hot tubbers turned on very vigorous jets without asking, room/entrance key had to be reactivated each time we used it, the eggs were cooked really hard, we lost an item and in carefully looking for it discover a quarterand a pair of socks under the bed skirt before deciding to stop exploring under there for fear of what else would be there, close to the interstate, but quiet enough with the windows shut and AC on, a microwave safe mug or bowl would have been useful so we could have used the microwave, we felt glad to get a nice room at all since many places were full, but the overall feel didn't justify a rate at the top of our budget.
It was a good to sleep on our way, just outside Boston
When we checked in, we received a free up grade from a double queen to a suite. Very happy with the accommodations enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool
What's not to like, our room was so beautiful, it felt so comfortable, Strawberry Banke, absolutely gorgeous!
Location to the highway, restaurants and shopping. Wonderful, courteous, staff. Jumped thru hoops to make sure we had the accommodations we needed for our limited mobility. We arrived early and the staff did all they could to place us in a room that was suitable to our limited mobility. Continental breakfast was also a hit with us.
