Over $1300 for one week stay was too expensive, was expecting a kitchen but there was none and the the nearby trains and planes were extremely loud and frequent!

We booked a 1 bedroom suite. We arrived at 1.30am and rang the bell for after hours reception. Response was prompt and pleasant. We were happy with front desk service. The location was not downtown but it was within walking distance, if you dont mind walking. However, it is in a noisy part of town near the port and there is constant noise in the night and early morning so difficult for light sleepers. The information/directory folder in the room had not been updated and contained incorrect information, for example, the internet password was wrong, and it stated that continental breakfast was available, which was also incorrect. The bed was not very comfortable, much too soft for our liking, but may suit others. The room was reasonably clean on arrival but it was not serviced during our stay, we stayed two nights. We also noticed that the stairs up to our room were overdue for a clean. The kitchen facilities were fine but a deposit was required if we wanted to use the crockery and pots and pans, which we didnt use. Wifi is available but it is intermittent.The photo on the web shows a modern suite but in reality it is quite old and some bits in need of repair. We did not think it was value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jay :) The suite was spacious, good for longer term stay. Good value for money It was clean, didn't smell. Good to have ceiling fans in living and bedrooms The toilet broke upon first use and it took about 20 mins to fix (but they attended to it immediately and successfully) Very noisy with the train blasting the horn on a regular basis No blackout curtains in the bedroom so light flooded in until very late evening making it hard to get to sleep The balcony hadn't been cleaned for some time but we didn't use it anyway so not a deal breaker. Overall it was as described on the website so no real surprises, but we probably should have stayed in a hotel rather than this condo type accommodation
