Great staff, love the complimentary mini bar, the lobby had little drinks and snacks in case you're in a rush. Very happy with the level of thought and detail they put into it! Beautiful and functional rooms!
Bed was a little tough. I'm a side sleeper and the bed was too firm for my shoulder. Other than that, everything was great!
The rooms were very nice, very clean and elegant. Staff was excellent and provided us a late check-out when requested.
We had ordered a King room, but were instead given a double room with two double beds. The comforters were pretty small, so any time my partner moved I would be exposed to the air and vice versa.
There was a slight delay checking in, however I received a nice upgrade to a corner suite. The room was fantastic, spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful.
No 24 hour room service; the next morning the lobby was covered with checked luggage, sitting in front of the elevators and reception desk - all unsecured areas!
Would like a better bar/lounge. Felt kind of sterile.
Breakfast. Food was superb and staff excellent. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Reception staff friendly and helpful too.
Loose handle on inside of bathroom sliding door. One vanity light and scales did not work. We could have had this fixed, but it should have been picked up before room was occupied.
Everything about the hotel and rooms are in line with all my preferences and living style. Its a home away from home.
The location, the attractive design of the room, the spaciousness of the room, and the treats!
My only complaint is that the room was too hot at night, eventhough I adjusted the thermostat into the 60's, I couldn't get it cool enough for comfortable sleeping.
Comfortable bed, very spacious room
The menu displayed on TV wasn't updated, the radio channels weren't working, we ordered a fresh orange juice in our room and we got a normal packed fruit juice poured in 2 glasses.
Sizable room with modern, minimalistic design. Overall very comfortable. Would not hesitate to return if I needed to be near the southern tip of Manhattan. Service was impeccable - knowledgable and very eager to please. Discounted overnight parking at $34/night is quite reasonable for the area.
I found the laminate floor surface a little cheap for the level of hotel. Parking is next door through a separate company (not atypical for New York City). Parking company can be congested at times.
The friendliness of the staff, especially Alba, who checked me in. The free mini bar and Nespresso in the lobby--very welcoming touches. The spaciousness of the room
The only thing I did not like was the dim, "moody" lighting in the room--especially in the bathroom. I like the ability to have bright light in a room, and since the hotel is in the Wall Street canyon with little natural light due to the surrounding buildings, the room was gloomy and it was not possible to get the light bright enough to , for example, read the room service menu without walking over to the bedside table light and putting the menu directly under it.
the room was amazing bathroom was great nice and spacious interior of the building was nice and modern free wine!
the staff didn't come to clean or refil the mini bar the restaurant was horrible it was "B" rated also by the food inspector No doorman no one to hail taxis
I was supposed to get a suite but they messed up my reservation and gave me a large king room. They also charged my card $493 when my orginal room was only $343. They gave a free breakfast to make up for their mess up, the light in my bathroom kept flickering the entire time I did my makeup and the movie selection sucked. This hotel is good for saving money but that's it
That they messed up my reservation and I didn't get the room I wanted
Check-in experience exceeds other elite hotels around the world. Arived early to store our bags, manager Maria & Adam took the trouble for early check-in so we freshen up from dreadful hotel previous nite. Excellent customer service!
Mattress can be firmer.
Upgrade, good service, modern style rooms with great look.
restaurant not open on sunday during the day.
the room was just like it was on line, a beautiful place to stay the whole set up was gorgeous two thumbs up!
i had a issue with the heating system in the room that maintenance, had to be called twice back to the room before they replaced a bad motor in the air vent.
Great luxury room! Awesome bath tub and loved the black out curtains!
Hospitality Room space Mini-bar Chef was flexible enough to make me a custom veg sandwich.
House keeping did not really clean. Left empty shampoo bottles and tub still felt soapy. Room service menu did not have many veg options.
Comfort of the room and I felt the whole staff was very helpful and very nice at all time. Our room was quiet.
My brother who was running the marathon & his family was staying in room 914 and had a very disruptive night from neighbor room before the marathon. One of the reason we chose this hotel is that we heard it was quiet.
The bedroom was large, and the quietness of the area.
The room was not cleaned to standard, we found hair in the bathroom and in the drawers; the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful, no apologies was given by the hotel manager for double charging us for our stay.
Room was beautiful and large by Manhattan standards
no porters or bellmen so no assitance with luggage or getting cabs
Though expensive, rooms are far bigger than most NYC hotel rooms. Free snacks, complimentary wine in 'Happy Hour' 6-7.
One or two staff are letting the hotel down by their poor attitude
I enjoyed Andaz because it was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. It is pretty much near everything/every place I wanted to go. FYI: Uber is the best way to travel around. By far, the best hotel that I have been in.
Shower can leak through the door.
The Andaz Wall Street suite was absolutely to die for. I went and visited NYC with my boyfriend for our anniversary and they sent us up a nice bottle of wine. I couldn't ask for a better trip <3
