Nice clean room.
Noise. Hotel was also catering to a Starbucks event, so closed bar and restaurant at 4:00PM to all guests. No warning about this....you learned of it on arrival.
The headboard was made of a curly long fibered fabric rather than a cleanable vinyl, wood or leather. I didn 't want to lean against it. The Kleenex was removed (!) from the bathroom and the lotions were not replaced. I thought the service was abysmal at any price but for the $497 + tax per night that I was charged, absolutely outrageous. I've paid less at the Ritz with very attentive service. This was a joke.
Room was very spacious and comfortable. Well designed and appointed. Great location.
Way too noisy (road noise) on the third floor. Bathroom was relatively small.
the people - wonderful the room - super comfortable, spotless the location - excellent the restaurants - great thought initially was a bit pricey, but more than worthwhile love the NYT every day
not one problem or issue
Comfortable room, great location, friendly staff
High price for no basics such as bottled water, breakfast not included
location ,comfort .
requested an alarm call on two mornings neither came, lucky enough we woke up on both occasions.
Location was excellent!!! Staff was friendly and informative. Upgrade we got was unexpected and delightful. This felt much like some of the quaint boutique hotels we've stayed in while in Europe, only better!
The restaurant, Lola, while convenient and popular served a little bit too exotic meals for our taste. We preferred to eat elsewhere.
The staff was friendly, the place was clean.
It feels like the hotel was just updated, but already needs an update. It's kind of stuck in the 90's. Uniforms and the overall look are underwhelming. Services like valet aren't up to par of what a hotel at this price should be. And the views were kind of dismal. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.
Staff was great .... Evening , day and Restraunt . Also , had an amazing sleep!
Nothing not to like
Centrally located for waterfront, Space Needle, Pike Place, Shops. Comfortable. Excellent Rooms Near to restaurants
Efficient aircon in living room. Staff made kettle available on request. Good central location
Smell from restaurant below when bedroom window open (only aircon in the living room) restaurant packed with other diners not from hotel, so waited ages for a seat and then for the food to arrive. Not a large enough public seating area when hotel is busy.
nothing to not like
Complimentary paper (NY Times)
Could not accomodate a prior request (made 6 months prior) for a higher floor and a bath - they were full on the day. Claimed Bookings.com didn't forward the request.
Good location, with good staff and comfortable room.
It's a little pricey.
Great location and Lola was outstanding.
No fan in the bathroom. Price was excessive.
great location and convenient to everything. Lola's restaurant was amazing. Staff was great!
could not get wi-fi lighting was poor in the bathroom Would have like a warning that the streets were going to be blocked off for a parade. Had to leave earlier than expected because no taxi's could get through later.
staff friendly and helpful; they found items left in room and mailed to us.
seemed like we were always chasing housekeeping...to make up room. perhaps we misunderstood the "services needed" card and assumed they would freshen every day
Loved the location - excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Full length mirror in room Good wifi
Expensive for services rendered
The staff was always willing to help with suggestions around town. The doorman was excellent and even followed up if we ate at his suggested restaurant and wanted to know our opinion.
Elevator a little small
Location was great. Room is very big and comfortable. Bathroom is also very big. Wifi worked fine.
There was no fridge in the room
Great location, helpful staff, very comfortable room.
Comfortable, quiet room. Note - If I hadn't stayed at the Hotel 1000 a week earlier I would have given you a higher rating, but they set the bar really really high!
Restaurant - overpriced and poor service. I thought the hotel was expensive too, but perhaps that's the going rate.
The room size, location, staff and the lobby was very inviting.
there's nothing I didn't like!
Clean, comfortable, modern decor, quiet, great downtown location
