I loved the staff and their kindness. The hotel is lovely with fresh flowers all around and a very nice "start the day" breakfast buffet on their terrace. The location was ideal for the sites and shopping and dining.

Andrew Pinkney was a little pricier than we usually go, but we wanted to stay somewhere really nice, near the Market and historical area. Lovely hotel, lovely room, very clean, excellent service. Requests were met almost immediately by housekeeping and front desk. The concierge on duty our first two days, Andrew, was very friendly and so helpful. Anticipated our needs for directions and small details almost before we could ask. Valet service was excellent also. The young men working there are very personable and helpful. Thank you, Keith, among others, for the excellent recommendation to have dinner at Hall's Steakhouse for a very special dinner our last evening. We were very happy at the Andrew Pinkney Inn and would absolutely love to return if and when we might again visit Charleston. I love charleston!

The location of the inn is great, walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, sights of Charleston. It was clean with very comfortable beds. There was a very nice veranda where you can sit outside for the complementary breakfast. The shower did not work well with very little water pressure and no bathtub, only shower. We were put into a room that almost felt like a storage room behind the office. For the price of this room per night, I would look at other hotels in the area.

Location is awesome, staff is great! The room was incredibly small, no window except to the interior hallway, and it barely fit one queen bed, not the king bed i had booked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our reservations for dinner and town events. The room was clean and comfortable. Watch out for an interior room, I talked to a quest that stayed there and it had no windows to the outside but, to a common area that could look in. Location to town was excellent, you could walk everywhere. They also had parking on the premise. Breakfast was excellent and had many choices for everyone, children etc. My stay was great, but I wouldn't want to stay in the interior room.

Attitude of staff.Polite, helpful and informative. Breakfast arrangements. We arrived when it was cold and windy so being offered an outside terrace as the only option to dine kind of let it down.
