The staff was friendly and really welcoming. The bathroom is too small and also the fridge was keep not cold at all. The valet parking was not a good idea because the hotel is close by the highway and when all the cars are lining up wait for valet parking, it was just blocking the traffic. They should not make people have to do valet parking.

Room was very nice. Loved the rainforest shower Ordered breakfast that was delivered promptly and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Proximity to events We left our I-Phone charger behind by mistake, called a couple of hours later and it was not found or turned in. Very disappointing - expected honest staff to have it available. Also, did not like mandatory valet parking. With parking right behind the hotel I'd rather do it myself. With hotel so near the intersection, occasionally could not even get off the road with so much congestion waiting for valet services. Booked an extra night but could not do so at the front desk - had to do on line - why can't you be more customer friendly.

Great hotel, one of the better ones in los angeles that I have been to. Location is awesome, I am surprise you guys werent busy as hell with tons of people in and out. I didnt like the mandatory valet parking, but its also nice to have. I get it....

The luxury of the hotel was very astounding. The hotel locates beside the busy freeway, so the noise experience by the room facing the freeway can be very annoying. Also, the value is relatively too much for a hotel with small room, 20 minutes drives to Beverly Hills.

Comfortable accomadations, super bed & bedding 17Th floor restaurant (West) is highly mismanaged. Inexperienced waiters, poor service & closed at 11:00 on Friday with patrons begging for some form of food or beverages. No alternatives in walking vacinity.

The worst place I've been since ages!!! They started losing the reservation and pretending to set 3 male adults in a double queen bed size room. Unbelivable!!! after an hour of discussion we finally had our rooms not king as booked but queen. The person working in the hotel looks always annoied and not friendly. The rooms were anyway facing the freeway so was impossible to open windows 'cos of the noise. A/C system on the balcony, terribly dirty and dusty. Impossible to use. I can only suggest to go somewhere, anywhere, else! Never again for me and my collegues.

The treating and the valet service were really good. The location is one of the worst to choose from if you are going on vacation. There are. COnstruction works going on all around the hotel. It takes 45 mins to get there from Hollywood boulevard.

Te hotel was next to one of the most crowded highway in la. The noise of the freeway, was amazing. I had to sleep with my pillows on top of my head. Maybe if you ask facing the opposite side, it's not as noisy... A double window, could help. I don't know how thick are the walls though...

Staff was very friendly. Overall decor was fine. Reasonably easy to get in/out of despite being right on the 405. Bar on the 17th floor was nice, but service was bad there. The room was a bit small, but not unreasonably so. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Nothing gross, but there was some mold in the shower and such. Certainly something they could have and should have taken care of.
