The staff at the front office were very hospitable and pleasant even though they had waited up for us because we arrived very very late due to weather and driving conditions. The cleaning staff, although we did not see them, was efficient and did a good job of cleaning even though we had several pieces of luggage that they had to work around. I would highly recommend the inn to anyone visiting Prescott and would definitely stay there, if I ever have reason to go to Prescott again.
We had a 2 queen bed room, but there was only one night stand between the 2 beds - it could use one more on each side (i.e., 2 more altogether) of the beds.
The king room was big enough for two people, very spacey. The shower stayed hot and the heating system was great. Liked how they replenished their bathroom supplies. Very relaxing and quiet the weekend before new years.
I haven't found anything not to like about it. It doesnt have a spa or kitchen which was fine. We went out for breakfast lunch and dinner. The location is a drive back and forth of eight miles to find good restaurants. But there is a handy gas station near by.
Linens looks new and clean, bathroom was also clean but small, heating was good and room was quiet.
Bedding comforter looked and felt old, bed was old and mattress very uncomfortable, paint chipping in mirror area and sitting chair very unclean, needed a good vacuuming of upholstery. Bathroom had ants in the morning.
Great location if you are playing Antelope Hill golf course.
Our room was very clean and well appointed with an easy chair and ottoman....fridge, micro wave and comfortable table and chairs....we will return...A diamond in the rough for sure!
EXCELLANT SERVICE, GOOD BED, ROOMY, AND VERY CLEAN.
CARPET TACKS NEXT TO TILE WERE PAINFUL TO STEP ON WITH BARE FEET--OUCH--NEED TO PUT SOME KIND OF STRIPPING ALONG CARPET AND TILE SEAM.
Bed was horrible!!!!!!
The location was good for our purposes as we had a function at Pioneer Park. There are ample shopping and dining options available within a 5-10 minute drive. The room was clean enough to pass. The price was cheap!
One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever attempted to sleep on! The mattress appeared old and was hard as a rock. The accommodations are in desperate need of updating. Ask for a quiet room and you will not have a window to the parking lot as some friends did.
My daughter and I checked into our room with ease and got ready to attend a planned function. After the function we returned to our room, gathered our belongings, and turned in our key cards, as we intended to return to our campsite where we stayed the previous night. To our dismay, our bedding inside our tent was EXTREMELY damp and it was quite cool that night. I decided to call to see if there was any possibility to regain entry into our room, and was very pleased with the hospitality we were shown. It was 2 am, and the staff met us with a key to our room. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would recommend them and will definitely stay there anytime I'm in Prescott in the future.
Less than most hotels in the area and you wonder why but I couldn't tell you why. The room was huge and so clean really nice decor . we got lucky searching on booking. Com
Can't really think if anything
The room has comfortable chairs and a table and a bed of course, but to be able to just sit while unwinding from the day without having to sit on the bed was very nice.
No pool or hot tub, but we didn't have any time to enjoy it if one was anyway.
The large room, quietness, and how clean the room was. There was enough towels and washcloths to use. Easy to find and get to the Inn.
Easy to find right off the highway. Staff friendly.
It was the least priced in the area but was NOT a 3 star hotel. I would rate it at 1-2 stars. Right next to he airport and road so noisy.
very clean, staff was great, location was super, also very quiet. like that a store and gas station was near. price was great.
Large, clean, and comfortable room. All the necessities included in basket in room like toothbrush and razor. Quiet and well-maintained.
Must walk across parking lot to gas station for ice.
Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. Good price.
Very, very dated decor with some damage (i.e. carpet was burned, mirror was damaged, cold water knob in the shower fell off when I turned the water off, stained chairs). I had to reconnect to the wifi every 5 minutes because it kept freezing up.
Was greeted with friendly smile, room was nice, clean and quiet.
Bed was a little saggy but comfortable.
location and room siz ande cleanliness
Friendly staff, good price, good location,
Had to go to a separate buiseness in the rain for ice. But other than that we like it its comfortable.
comfortable and clean, management helpful
older facility, no close restaurants
Interior was clean but dated. Outside was very dated.
It was close to the event that we were participating in.
Wanted a king bed, guess they didnt have any.
location to golf course
A pool or jacuzzi would be nice. And it was a little stuffy when we came in.
1. Quiet place 2. Bed was comfortable 3. Adequate floor plan for room
1. Wash basin was outside of bathroom 2. toilet should have solid cover not gasket type cover so that it could be used to place clothing or other bath implements 3. Have to go to gas station convenience store across hotel for ice
