We attend the Colorado Choral Christmas concert at the Pikes Peak Center every year. The location of Antlers was very conveniently located to this event. I thought the hotel would be much more luxurious than it was. I was disappointed with the room. Another disappointment was the service at the bar/grill. The waiter seemed agitated that we came in at 9:45 and we felt rushed throughout our time there. It was our understanding that the grill closed at 11 p.m. We felt that we had arrived in fair time to be able to linger through our meal.

Location We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned. The coffee pot still had the pod in it, no new styrofoam cups or replacement coffee packs were restocked. The carpet had the look of being dirty. There were large chips in the wallboard around the air conditioner and in the bathroom. The parking lot was not secured all weekend and anyone could have gone in and out as they pleased. When we left on Monday morning, it was extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot due to the small entrance to the parking shack. This was the first time that we were asked to provide the security card given to us when we checked and so we had to fish through some of the paperwork to find it. I was very disappointed as I grew up in Colorado Springs and the older Antlers was such a draw. I won't be back.

Location was great. The Judges bar and grill was great too. Its a nice older elegant looking hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Funny sound from a/c was a little annoying.

Els tracte molt agradable dels recepcionistes. No sabem si per obres o què era exactament, hi havia un soroll monòton i constant al llarg de tota la nit, tot i que no arribava a ser molest.

Front desk person was ride and unhelpful. Someone should have apologized for two of the three elevators not working. Our room was tiny and not as described online. Someone should have informed us that you don't validate parking in the garage-just include that in the price if the room or it feels like a rip off! Especially when your staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, the room was small, the bathroom has no bathtub, and the elevators aren't working.
