Room was very clean and "odor" free.
Very small sleeping area and bathroom. Fortunately, we were only sleeping there and not spending much time in the room. Nearly claustrophobic in size!
Very reasonably priced. cable tv.
Abit far out to lake tahoe itself(if you want to walk) although on plus side it is surrounded by shops& restaurants
The hotel was very cheap and had free wifi.
The staff was unapproachable/ nonexistant. The girl who checked us in was not friendly and there was no one available to check us out. The room was small and stuffy and our smoke detector started "chirping" (like when the battery is about to go out) at 6am and woke us up. I guess we got a bed and a shower, but not much more.
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Shower head pressure.
Clean, quiet and for a great price!
They were really supportive when we asked a favor. They are very friendly and professional. We thought the facilities are old, we can't expect that much cleanliness. However, bath room was beautifully remodeled, and room was pretty clean and cozy. We highly recommend this accommodation for your trip!
This is not about the thing I don't like. But I think you guys should take much better photos for the room, and you should include the photos of bathroom and a little garden outside :)
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location.
Rooms a bit small.
Very clean and good value
Wouldn't recommend if planning to stay for several days and accommodations are part of the experience.
Clean Affordable Friendly, helpful owner
Water pressure Not very clean
Great staff, perfect location, comfortable room
being on second floor, drunken construction workers partying next door (the staff responded to our complaint and stopped the disturbance)
The room was extremely clean, quiet and in a good location for the activities we had planned. We left an iPad in the room and the owner called before we even realized it!
Friendly staff Good for one night Great Location
Very small rooms
Excellent location! I had a very nice stay.staff was very helpful And friendly.the room have everything I need for overnight stay and are clean( spot less).good amenities, flat screen led tv,refrig, microwave,AC.Free wi fi.
The motel was secluded in the woods. Our king bed was comfortable. The power went out in the entire South Lake Tahoe. area. The manager gave us a few candles so we could see in the rooms after it got dark. The room was a good price for the Tahoe area.
The bathroom was small and didn't have much space to place toiletries. The carpet had a musty odor, but a few sprits of fabreeze helped that. There was no ice available for our small ice chest.
Owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The employee in charge of security (among other things) was also really helpful.
clean, good location, quiet
price - of course, not hotel's fault, they are capitalizing on overall price rise in the area, and as result, consumer pays 4-star hotel price for 2-star cheap motel. room is so tiny, very uncomfortable stay, even though it was clean. on the other hand, if I was traveling solo, I might of had different opinion.
Great staff; easy parking
Clean and cute. Small but what we expected for the price. Location perfect for our event at Fallen Leaf. It felt secure.
Tiny room, very simple but clean. For just staying overnight it was fine.
I like the fact that they are located in the less busy part of town, close to a couple of decent restaurants. Also, parking was super easy - right in front of your room. Mattress was good, and they offered free WiFi.
The rooms are tidy, but worn-looking. For example, the caulking around the shower stall was cracked - and the bedspread had a faint stain on it. $250/night usually buys a much fancier, newer room in one of the casinos or resorts, but it was busy weekend in SLT and we didn't book early enough.
Price for long weekend, location
Small room, practically non-existent wifi.
Great location & very clean. Friendly staff.
Even though i thought the rate was a bit too high. I would probably stay there again.
Courteous, friendly people. Small but very clean rooms. Easy parking right in front of your door. Outdoor BBQ and setting area makes a nice area to visit.
My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower but that may have just been in my room and the showed did the job intended.
