Very friendly staff, clean rooms.

The place is quite well located, closed to the beach. They lend beach towels and chair. The rooms are big and has a living room and kitchen.

It doesn't provide breakfast. It is a bit old. The ac is noisy.

only thing is it can be noisy if you are in the front of the hotel because glass windows are not thick so you can hear street noise

We loved the pool and the little extras like apples in the foyer and tea coffee and cold drinks close to the pool area. There were a couple of staff at reception that were very helpful two young men in particular were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment and refreshments on Thurs was a lovely treat.

The accomodation and rooms were mucked up even after two phone calls and many emails. We were 4 in a room with only a double bed and one futon only two towels supplied but were transferred to a bigger room however there was never enough toilet rolls for four people and we had to ask for more. Fay at reception although friendly gave wrong directions or information and stuffed up the bill when we were paying on departure.

The decor was great and the pool area was so relaxing. The bedding was so comfortable. The full size coffe pot, frige and stove was so enjoyable. Thank you for all the attention to details.

Parking was hard but still was glad to have it.

Staff and availability of tea/coffee and cold water in lobby. A very relaxed feeling, no over done.

No access to Wii from rooms.

How close it was to the beach was nice. Thank your for amenity in room upon arrival.

We didn't like front desk. They weren't very engaging and every time we got to our hotel they would just stare.at us and greet us.. I work at a hotel and that just wouldn't work.and I had the do not disturb sign out my door and the housekeeper went I n our room and my wife wasn't happy with that.we are coming again but with my wifes parents and maybe we will stay here.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic especially for a family. Kitchens are a godsend. Rooms were very clean and big. Wifi is free in lobby and by pool plus you get free high speed plug in internet in room. Alot of luxury hotels do not give you this important benefit

Location and friendliness of the staff.

Our group of five adults stayed in a studio rrom with a kitchenette and a one bedroom unit with kitchenette. Loved the comfy beds and facilities in our rooms. The view from the studio over the pool and courtyard was lovely. Gorgeous pool and sun loungers, only needed a few extra days!

Good location and great staff always helpful whenever we asked any questions or needed help with anything. When we arrived and checked into our room....the room had two double bed and the balcony was facing right into a whole apartment blocks balcony. So we went and ask to see if we could change room to get one king bed and possibly a higher floor so we didn't need to look right into peoples apartment. The front office staff was very helpful and nice about our request and changed our room for us with no extra charge or hassle.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. My room was great, and had a 'full' kitchen, table and chairs, microwave, stove/oven massive fridge, crockery/cuttlery.. Comfy bed and good tv..

Unfortunately, when I was staying there they were doing renovating and the noise was 'terrible'.. However they understood, and moved me to a partnering hotel very close by, excellent service. It's only a small boutique hotel, not like the towering surrounding hotels with views, and you'd be struggling to get any view of the ocean, but if that doesn't bother you go for it. The foyer/reception area is small, when I arrived it didn't feel open, ceiling is low..that's a very small thing, but I didn't love it.

Their staff were wonderful! They were so helpful and they accomdated to all of our needs! I definetly recommend this hotel. Location is great, one block away from the beach. Shops, restaurants are all walking distance.

酒店稍微有些旧，入住当天发现房间非常吵。后来换了楼顶的套件，有了非常好的体验!

Me ha gustado la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza y el trato de alguno de los trabajadores del hotel.

La noche en la que llegamos nos ubicaron en una habitacion donde el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido horroroso, al lado de la sala de lavanderia, y con obras en el balcon de la habitacion done un letrero indicaba que no podiamos salir porque era peligroso La habitacion era riudosa por la noche ya que se oía por el conducto del aire el exterior (waikiki es ruidosa por la cantidad de coches y personas que hay). Nos quejamos a la chica de recepcion de la tarde y nos trató con mucha burla y con mala educación, esa noche nos tuvimos que aguantar y al dia siguiente nos cambiaron la habitacion. Aunque el aire acondiconado hacia ruido igualmente y el ruido del exterior también se oía. Y el resto de los dias tubimos que estar aguantando ver cada tarde a la recepcionista que seguia con su tono de burla. El reso de personal de mañana y noche muy correcto y amable. El personal de limpieza muy agradable.

Bauarbeiten an der fasade. Nachdem wir nur am wochenende übernachtet haben war das für uns ´nicht so schlimm aber ab montag gings dann voll los mit lärmbelästigung.

ワイキキビーチにも近く、近くにスーパーも有ってロケーションは良かった。

部屋は７階でしたが道路に面していたため車等の騒音が気になった。しかし道路に面していない部屋だと隣の建- 物しか見えないため 視界が良くない。

El aire acondicionado sonaba bastante duro, imposible dormir con el prendido, si se abre la ventana el ruido de la calle es peor. No es un hotel para descansar, el ruido no deja dormir.
