vicinity to our destination for new years and the initial price
found several live roaches in our bed, towels were dirty, place was not clean. the manager moved us to another room with a smaller bed that was dirty with black mold growing in the bathroom. It's located in a seedy neighborhood and looked like a drug and prostitution motel. If it wasn't for the booze, there's no way we would have stayed the night there. stay away!
They didn't offer any shampoo or conditioner and I'm 90% sure there was a baby cockroach in the bathroom.
Not much. Staff was nice, but no extra towels, blankets, what you see is what you get.
There was a boarded up window, a while list of things that needed fixed, repaired. Room was hot, turned the air on and went to dinner. Someone turned it off because when we got back to the room, it was off and room was hot again. We were only there one might and barely in out room, but didn't sleep much and then whole up to a cockroach on the wall and 2 in the bathroom also, that was it. Packed our stuff and left.
the staff was pretty good they made sure u complimentary breakfast with freash made coffee...to me they were nice
i didnt like the fact i couldntblook at my room before i paid..bt when i did go to my room an somethig was wrog thwy worked with me to insure i had my problem solved...they ppl dnt sleep omg u either heard ppl out side or walkin in an out of their hotel...the area i wished was in a better area the neighborhood was dirty bt at least they had the college down the road n it got cleaner i suppose...
i liked the free wi-fi , maids did their job very well. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.
a few bugs here and there, not too bad.. an exterminator would be nice. The area is pretty ghetto but in the morning/afternoon is pretty chill. In the night is a bit scary in the area, just make sure to be accompanied by someone and you'll be fine.
The air conditioning was sweet
Carpet was really wet and slippery. Didn't enjoy being barefoot.
Clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast available, good coffee
Not very friendly people at the desk.
The TV was good the air conditioner worked well.
The bed was old, mattress was like a hammock. Bathroom was okay. Fridge was fine, but when I tried to warm up some pizza in the microwave, little beetle like bugs were in and all over the microwave. The carpet was dark so who knows how many others were around. Neighborhood was scary too.
At reception there was a strong indian/curry smell.
The room was covered with bugs and smelled terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The 1st night: we didn't sleep the bed was full of bedbugs.. So we told the manager, and he said he would switch us rooms and discount half the rate., so we said OK' we took another room, and the next day the kids woke up with rashes of the bedbug bites.,.. So we took video of the bugs on the beds.. Because the manager did not believe us. And after all that we got no discount or even an apology.. They were rude., and didn't even care..
We got what we paid for but the location was scary. We listened to sirens all night long.
Coffee in the morning. Friendly staff.
We liked that the wifi was working and that there were bars on the window in the bathroom. I liked that they had Tom's toothpaste in the bathroom.
The bulbs were not working in two of the lamps. The mirrors where old and worn. The carpets did not match the bedspreads. We could not get the television to work properly, the buttons on the telephone were broken and missing, AND we could hear the people above us - bed was squeaking :/
We had fresh air breeze The price
where do I start? Needed a room because our company party was in Long Beach. Many hotels were, "No Vacancy" * Called to confirm - they could not understand me. I could not understand them. Accent really strong. *Room smelled like smoke. *The room just stunk. It was so bad, I gagged and wanted to vomit! *On Pacific Coast Highway - VERY NOISY *Drug addicts that were in front of hotel room - talking to them selves, making noise. *Three in morning, heard a drug deal going down outside our room *Seems like people live in rooms. Apartments *Slept above the office. Heard all the commotion, talking, TV loud from office, they were banging on walls (who knows why!) *Restrooms looked like they were falling apart. So gross, I did not even take a shower. Waited to get home! *Rugs look so disgusting, I did not even want to be barefoot. *Husband and I slept on top of my own blanket we brought. *Seemed we were at a MOTEL. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN! SHOULD HAVE JUST DROVE HOME. *Will yelp about bad experience. *YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR? still paid 67 dollars! should have went somewhere else and got better room!!!
