Aqua Waikiki Wave    

I like the Aqua Waikiki Wave is near of every thing the beach, the stores the rental car, the bus

The parking rate is very expensive there are a parking 2 blocks, 3 times less than the hotel

The location of the Hotel Common sense awesome

The hotel could use some renovations; carpeting is in poor condition; parking is too little for the number of vehicles and quite expensive; electrical problems in the room we were using which I am making the hotel aware of.

the lady at the tourist info in the lobby is very unhelpful and unfriendly, she didn't even care to explain to us about those different packages of ground tour. We told her that our main interest is surfing and snorkeling, while she could have told us that there are different places on different seasons and is highly depend on weather, she just kept quiet, until we were on the bus that we realize we are heading the place which is not-in-season for snorkeling or surfing, in fact we should have taken another package. that is a major disappointment about the service, instead of serving the customers, she prefer cutting easter bunny cutouts for her colleagues.

Nice clean room

Bad front desk service! We were in the front of the line amd the lady took my id then told me to take a seat while she looked up my reservation then proceeded to help everyone in line after us. I waited patiently while I was rudely ignored until I approached the front desk and was checked in as if nothing happened!

The hotel and the staff were great. Location as to closeness to everything was good. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights after that no sleep due to noise would be too much.

Hotel was very noisy in relation to people in the nightspot nearby, music and also there is a carpark next door with a lift that starts very early in the morning.

The location is great, short walk to the beach mixed with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Don't say you have a continental breakfast. Just say juice and rolls.

Convenient to the beach, shopping etc Most of the staff were AMAZING, very friendly and very accommodating. Clean, no bugs

Elevators were painful as 1 was being upgraded - good knowing they are being fixed Both myself and 1 other in my group experienced 1 young female staff member (unfortunately on the front desk) being very unfriendly, unhelpful and with a bad attitude. Would be great to have little kitchenettes with items to be able to make lunches with for long term stayers.

The atmosphere was helpful and casual and never a problem, would definitely stay there again

The noise of the next door parking station hoist , would request a higher floor or even other side of hotel,only minimal annoyance

Nothing in the room to show how things work at the hotel. Info given at check-in was forgotten. No menu of restaurant on the premises.

Continental breakfast was just bread (rolls) & very plain muffins. Why bother to put out such a pathetic display?

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Jamar was entertaining and very helpful when asking for locations and restaurant recommendations.

The only negative was the lack of elevator usage. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Verry noisy till 4am from parking side. Extremelly slow working elevator. Cockroach in bathroom. When I said about noise till 4am, person in reception said: "now you can sleep well in airplane" Bardzo głośno do czwartej nad ranem, impreza na parkingu obok. Karaluch w łazience. Na uwagę o krzykach do 4 rano, recepcjonista powiedział że możemy się wyspać w samolocie.

We loved the friendliness of the staff, wherever we met them in the hotel. The atmosphere was great. The location was fabulous! This was our first visit to Hawaii, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! You guys are amazing!

There is nothing that we didnt like - everything was wonderful!

Good location, close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The jr. suite was spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and lacked a fan! Because it is close to everything it is pretty noisy. Utilize the earplugs they provide!

Services is good.location is good.very handy to everything.free breakfast everymorning even if its only muffin sweet buns coffee and juice. Free snacks and juice some afternoon. Wifi no problem. I enjoy with my staying. Mahalo!

No pool! No laundry! Elevator very slow. But still I will stay @ aqua wave anytime I come.mahalo!

The location

They really need to fix the elevators. Feels like I spent half of my vacation waiting on the elevator. The wifi is also very bad. Went down several times, and couldn't be accessed for several hours.
