I like the location. It was convenient. We were just there to hit the nightlife of south beach and the restaurants and with our hotel being where it was we were able to walk to the scene. I dont like the concrete floors |

very nice staff, large room, large bed, WIFI, breakfast, location near the beach and perfect for guided tours or shuttle (touristic area) the air conditioning was too strong. It was like living in a cave. Wifi signal too weak. |

Welcoming staff. Huge studio room on the quite side of the building (#212). Close to the beach, shopping and sights. They provide you with beach towles if you ask. Air-conditionning was too strong and too loud for me. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. |

We are a in the middle couple coming from Belgium and living in New York. We travel a lot and have good and bad experiences with hotels. We were amazingly surprised by Aqua Hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful and very kind. The housekeepeers are very professional. The location is great (one block from the beach)and the room is spacious. absolutely nothing. If someone finds something bad or wrong about this hotel, he does not have to return there. But please they do not have to ruin the chance of others to have an experience with Aqua. Let them judge by themselves. Anyone should be feeling lucky to be able to sleep on the same street as the rich and famous at such a reasonable rate. |

The location of the hotel was very good. Right where all the action is: ocean drive, washington ave, lincoln road. Its a basic hotel, but still good value for money. When we checked in late at night, they did not even help to get the suitcases up the stairs, although we were with a little child who was sleeping on my arms! |

You can’t beat the location for the price in South Beach. It’s not the nicest hotel in South Beach but definitely not the worst either. |

As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room at the back, but as it's South Beach you have to expect alot of commotion outside. |

Excelente localização, bom serviço e confortável. Recomenda-se! Apesar de perceber a ideia do chão ainda estar em cimento (tem a ver com a decoração) poderia ser melhorado, mas efecivamente perdia a sua graça. |

Super Lage in der Nähe des Ocean Drive und Washington Av. Sehr schöner Innenhof. Grosse schöne Zimmer. Klimaanlage läst sich nicht regeln war aber ok. Teurer Parkplatz, man sollte sich umschauen es gibt billigere in der Umgebung! Sonst super Hotel. |
