The location suited us for business at the Miami Beach Convention Center and there was a parking garage accross the street that was convenient. The furniture in lobby needed cleaning, the attached bar to the hotel did not serve liquor. We were forced to pay $7.50 for a continental breakfast (hotel policy) which consisted of only of Frosted Flakes and very, very bad coffee. Although our room had a "kitchenette", it contained no drinking cups or glasses, no ice nor ice bucket, no soap in the bathroom and only two towels available for two adults

Great location in the middle of everything in South Beach but still a very quiet room with a comfy bed and the staff were all friendly & happy. The room was very dirty and the bathroom was terrible. It looked like it was last renovated 40 years ago and last cleaned not long afterwards. Paint was coming off the walls and there were stains all over the tiles. The water pressure was good though and the shower nice and hot. The hotel airconditioning works centrally for the entire hotel so you have no way of adjusting your room temp.

La atención de una de las recepcionistas de nacionalidad Argentina, una muchacha muy agradable y presta a servir siempre Desayuno muy simple y malo. Además se escucha mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones .

отличное местоположение! все тусовочные места рядом. до пляжа 5 минут номер хоть и большой но бестолковый, мебель старая, кондиционер выключить или отрегулировать невозможно. на завтрак хлеб, масло и мюсли- все;) но день пережить можно;)

Nähe zum Ocean Drive, und zur Lincoln Rd. Der Eingangsbereich wird durch der Essengeruch der im Hotel befindlichen Bar stark beeinträchtigt. Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern im Internet. Bad in unserem Zimmer schwer renovierungsbedürftig. Lage des Zimmers um im Innenbereich des des Hotels direkt am Pool der in der Nacht durch Gäste benutzt wird. Sehr laut. Dunkeles Zimmer da der Vorhang nicht aufgemacht werden kann ohne das alle reinschauen können. Fehlende Gardinen.

Lo principal la amabilidad de todos los empleados, y las habitación muy cómodas, gracias por sus atenciones, creo q para la próxima será sin duda el lugar q quiero volver a reservar. Gracias hotel Aqua. Lo único malo q le pondría es q cambien las llaves de la puerta por las nuevas tarjetas.

Die Lage. War relativ nah am Ocean Drive und es war rundrum viel geboten. Die Zimmer waren nicht gerade sauber. Das Bad war schmutzig und schimmlig....einfach nur eklig!!!!!! Sollte dringend grundgereinigt werden!

A unica coisa que gostamos foi da localização e da recepcionista que realizou o checkout, Srta. Victoia. 1. Recepcionista do checkin, sem preconceito algum, uma Sra. de idade mal educada e grossa, nos deu um quarto diferente do que haviamos reservado e nem nos devolveu a diferença, alegou que todos os quartos eram do mesmo valor, as fotos no mostram a realidade, quartos parede a parede, dá pra ouvir a conversa e todo o barulho dos outros quartos, enfim, detestamos o Hotel.

La seule chose positive concernant cet établissement est sa localisation, près de la plage et dans un quartier très intéressant. Cet établissement ne mérite pas les trois étoiles qui apparaissent sur le site de booking.com Une étoile me semblerait plus appropriée et ce en raison de sa localisation. La chambre est annoncée comme étant luxueuse, disposant d'un minibar et d'un réfrigérateur. En fait la chambre n'avait ni minibar, ni réfrigérateur et était très loin d'être luxueuse. Mon épouse et moi avons beaucoup voyagé à l'étranger, en Europe surtout et cet établissement compte certainement parmi les plus décevants que nous avons connu. A tel point que nous avons quitté plus rapidement que prévu. Heureusement nous avons été remboursés pour la dernière nuit.

La descrizione e le immagini del sito non rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà. Purtroppo. Dopo una notte siamo scappati via anche se avevo pagato per due giorni. Il bagno era orribile, vecchissimo, con segni di ruggine e calcare sia nel lavandino che nella vasca da bagno. Mi dispiace solo non averlo fotografato.! Non ho mai visto una cosa così indecente in un albergo. Vergogna.
