I will never recommend this hotel, yes the location is great but that's it. It's noisy, very noisy you can hear people from next room like if they were in your room, room are very old and not so clean, there is no service at all.Just a nice girl working at the reception arranged myself to change my romm when I checked in because I hate the first one they gave to me but I had to get a smaller one instead. Don't go to this place before they renew it I stayed four days and was out most of the time because of a busy schedule, but to enjoy and relax in a hotel you should find another place

Nothing was good

rooms were very dirty and very old. We could not sleep ar all because of all the noises from other rooms

Location is good. Architecture is nice. The hotel has potential.

Air condition was running all the time, we were shaking and had to put plastic bags on it coz it is central and they do not switch it off. Bed was uncomfortable. Maybe in Havanna would be fair, but not in Miami.

Location is excellent, and staff very helpful and nice.

The staff was wonderful, warm smiles, very friendly check in/ check out.

The room we stayed in was very runned down, bare concrete floor, no rugs, there was no comfort. Very bare. Bathroom sink didnt work well. The light pull cord in the closet was getting stuck. Room had a cold feeling. Would be perfect if it was right on the beach.... From room to sand...

Great position & friendly staff

Breakfast is awful, but that's the usual you get in the US. It feels expensive to me, but that's what rooms cost in the US.

Good location, near ocean drive and Lincoln Road.

Central Air Condition, it is not possible to set the temperature of the room. The room is cold and outside warm. The floor is from the 60's, cement. Is more like a motel.

Cold water in my room I had to use another room for a shower.

Proximité de la plage. Le bruit des rue très atténué, par le fait que les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure chamante.

Les petits déjeunés manquent d'organisation.

A localização é ótima. Quarto espaçoso. Cama, colchão e roupa de cama de primeira qualidade. Frigobar. Café da manhã razoável incluso.

O hotel não dispõe de estacionamento, mas oferece serviço de parket terceirizado, esclarecendo q não tem nenhum vínculo com hotel. Muito embora o serviço de parket custe us$ 20,00/dia, os carros são estacionados na rua, próximo à praia e retornam sujos de areia e maresia. Além disso tive a impressão de que alguém dormiu no interior do veículo. Não paguei antecipado e me recusei a pagar pelo serviço e houve concordância da empresa de parket. Melhor estacionar nos estacionamentos da 16th street, pois o período superior a 6 H. custará os mesmos us$ 20,00 em estacionamento coberto e com segurança 24 hs.
