My only regret is having to leave that lovely apartment .... This place will always be #1 on my list of places to stay in Boston. Hope to be back real soon!
The absolute best accommodations I've ever experienced in Boston. I wish I could stay here on all my trips and sure will attempt to do so.
THANK YOU, Michelle!! Excellent service!!
easy to reach, clean, big rooms, everything you may need
Literally everything about this apartment was perfect. We were on the 28th floor, which had amazing views of the city. I have been using booking.com for many years and this was the best property I have ever booked. If I ever go back to Boston, I will be staying here again!
I was under the impression when I booked that the parking was included.. This was only true for much longer stays.. 1 month.. The cost was about thirty dollars a day..
Great Location room and view. Close to ammenities 22nd floor easy view of State House. Friendly staff.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic amenities, especially if you like to use a lap swimming pool! We found great dining and theater within a short walk!
I did not like that parking is $28/ day and there are no special rates or validated parking for hotel guests. when booking here add the $28/ day to the cost of staying here.
awesome hotel, great value for what u recieve. Would definitely stay here if in Boston again.
I love everything!!
Nothing ti dislike
Being woken up at midnight by fire alarm, having to walk down 11 flights of stairs to then be told we could go back. No explanation of what was going on
Location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean apartment
No hand soap or shampoo for first night stay, but Walgreens is right down the block.
Clean apartment with a fully loaded kitchen, plenty of space, feels like home away from home.
It's a very nice place. We all enjoyed living there.
Pillows were two soft. A few minor broken things: the shower curtain was ripped on the side, one of the sink faucets was a bit loose. Only one Keurig coffee capsule.
Location is amazing - a jump from Boston Common and several T lines. The building and the apartment are beautiful - complete with new amenities. We read and heard that during the school term the building might be filled with parties and cigarette smoke, but we did not experience that at all - it was super quiet and comfortable. Doormen and front desk staff were joyous, pleasant and helpful. The view was very nice as well - we could see MIT, the State House and part of the park.
The double bed is a bit small for two people but it is not a major issue
Basically everything about it!
There was no desk so my work space was limited to one end of the dining room table where there was a power outlet.
I was on the 11th floor and was never disturbed by street noise during the night.
Location was fantastic less than 5 mins to common which was visible from apartment between buildings. Central to all major attractions. T station just outside. Walgreens supermarket about to open on opposite corner. Fresh fruit stall opposite very reasonable.
We could not consistently get hot water in the master bedroom shower. We called for assistance and we're told that a maintenance person would be up to look at it. No one ever came. Luckily the second bathroom shower had hot water so we survived. It was an inconvenience, though. I emailed the company when we left telling them about the problem, but I never heard anything in return.
The facility was terrific. Lots of room in the apartment with a beautiful view and great kitchen and furnishings.
The bed is too soft for old people. My mom complained about it every morning. There are too many restaurants around but we could not find any grocery store.
The Archstone belongs to Northeast Suites & AvenueWest Boston. We were changed to Seaport because there was no room with two bedrooms in Archstone. Seaport is close to the airport and we could see the sea from the window. It is comfortable and clean.
It was a a beautiful building with all the accommodations, it was extremely clean, the service were outstanding and the location was the best, right on the Boston common and next to the subway entrance... I'm so glad we stayed there!
With a last minute trip scheduled to Boston, I didn't expect to be able to find accommodations this nice in this price range. Special shout out to Chuck the doorman - pleasant, welcoming, made me feel secure. I spent most of my time away from the apartment, so I did not cook, but it was nicely set up for it. Being right next to the Chinatown T station and two blocks from the Boylston station made getting around easy. I'll certainly return when I need to go back to Boston.
We loved the new decor We liked having a laundry as we were away from home a long time We loved the location
Unfortunately we were put in a room that had a faulty shower- it was missing a part and couldn't be fixed- when a maintenance man came to fix it he actually made it worse.
Location was great, as was the service from front desk staff.
The staff are not on site and did not answer the phone on Sunday so ended up without any internet connection.
Great location and nice building.
Can't find a fault in the Apartment. Boston is a great place but it's dominated by students. You need to find good bars and restaurants off the beaten track.
We were really surprised at how good this apartment was and so reasonable. I will be recommending it to others.
