Was close to walk to the HP Pavilion quickly!

A good clean hotel at a fair price.Excellent for the train traveller,walking distance from the train station.

It has a small frig, microwave to use as needed. The breakfast is well stocked and a real breakfast with eggs, potatoes, pancakes, bacon/sausage, cereal and juices. It should have fresh fruit (apples, oranges or bananas).

We have stayed there many times. The room looked 'tired' on this trip. The stuffed chair was missing. There was no alarm clock. The wall paper border was torn and missing chunks in several places. The front of the jacuzzi tub was pushed in in places. The drain plug was difficult to adjust to allow the water to flow.

The staff was kind and willing to help. The rooms are clean with enough space. They have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven, and a jacuzzi. They include breakfast everyday.

They announce a rate of 89 but actually they charge 100 plus taxes. The breakfast time closes at 9:30 and it's everyday the same.

Staff was friendly but did not seem to care about fixing the WIFI problem

We were there for five days and the WIFI never worked. You could connect to the router but there was no internet service. We repeatedly asked the front desk, who said they were "working on it", but it was never fixed and no explanation as to why.

Very poor WIFI connection.

It was close to the Shark Tank

Bathroom was moldy. Person at the desk did not acknowledge us when we came to the desk to check in, not even a nod or a smile. The bathroom fixtures were worn and the room was outdated. The breakfast staff was more interested in socializing than taking care of the buffet. Food was marginal.

Free breakfast, mini-fridge, microwave, large spa tub, & free parking. Right next to a CVS.

Old hotel, noisy mini-fridge ( had to unplug it to sleep), alarm clock not next to bed, small closet area, no vending machines.

Location. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms Lobby areas on each floor. The general decor and architecture of the facility.

Old carpets in hallways. Scuffing and wear&tear on most of the rooms' doors (bottom parts). If these 2 things were improved, this hotel would be an amazing gem in the midst of San Jose.

Wifi connection only worked in common areas and not in my room. Breakfast was poor and breakfast staff sat tehre and did not help guests.

This hotel is great for easy drive in without goin too near to city centre, but still close enough to walk in.

Older Hotel, well kept with modern amenities. Staff was very accomodating and flexible on checkout times. Comfortable lodging for families or older couples.

Great location comes with downtown traffic noise.

The hotel has some fairly quiet rooms, although located off a main street and close to the airport. The little courtyard garden looks nice, and there was sufficient parking. The bed and carpet were clean. Breakfast selections were acceptable.

The room interior was old and not well maintained (Jacuzzi, windows, kitchen). Since the old fridge in the kitchen was seemingly not maintainable anymore, a second fridge had simply been installed next to it. The breakfast room had the atmosphere of a waiting room, and all cutlery and plates were plastics/cardboard.

I loved the morning staff they were great very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean and I just loved the hotel.

Well on our way in from a night out the lady at the front desk was very rude she said no visitors and asked if we were all in one room. I told her no I paid for two rooms n she just was not friendly at all. I went up to my room n thought about how she was rude tords us so I went back down and asked for a manager she was very mean and would not stop talking and giving me weird faces like a child would. In the morning I talked to a manager and told him what happened and he didn't seem to care to much. I will never go to this hotel again the lady should be ashamed of her self the way she acked tords me and my guests.

Within walking distance of hp Pavillion! Only 1 restaurant within walking distance though. Very nice Japanese restaurant the Blue Fin I would have preferred a different food choice. The Arena hotel nice older hotel w/ updated rooms, great free breakfast in morning, very nice staff. No complaints!!

Close to train station. Nice coffee shop nearby - Hannah's. free wifi with good speed. Iron in room. Spacious room. Good front desk service.

No exercise room

Good Location, Big Room

bathroom smelled, got used to it at the end of the stay, WiFi was bad at the 3rd floor rooms, Average Breakfast

The staff was very nice and helpful . They even gave us good advice of things to do and things to see !

The first room we was in smelled really bad of cigeretts . The next night they had a room to switch us too . They were so polite and willing to help us anyway they could !

The location was very good. My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

Very sterile room, gloomy, seemed like something out of 30 years (at least) ago. There was a problem with the hot water, very difficult to take a comfortable shower.
