Hotel restaurants. Good room size. When we arrived the room we booked wasn't available. We had to accept it because we couldn't cancel the room. They sell a City view, but there is a building in front of the window, so I wouldn't recommend pay more for the view. The bed cover was in bad condition and dirty (with hair).

The location at Aria is great. Every popular hotel you would like to go to is in walking distance. The smell in side the hotel makes you feel like you are getting the aroma spa treatment as soon as you enter the lobby. The room!!! Forget about it!!! I never felt so welcomed by anyone as that room made me feel. As soon as you enter the room the T.v comes on with a greeting in your name, soft music starts to play, the curtain opens with a view of Vegas strip & the lights are deemed just right. Don't lay in the bed if you plan on going out because the bed is so comfortable you will end up going to sleep. This is a must stay hotel. I will stay there again.

Excellent customer service from everyone we interacted with. Food in all venues was excellent as well. My only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker available in each room.

It was refreshing to stay at a resort that truly was clean, and up to date with details that made the resort seem to have class. This is so rare with all the older run down hotels along the strip. And did I mention clean? It was awesome. The resort fees are always a sore spot with me, especially when at your resort, they didn't include using the sauna without having to pay an extra fee. In the off season (winter), having access to the pool is not at all possible with the weather. Compensating for this would be to include use of the sauna in with the resort fees. :)

The room was amazing, luxurious and opulent for a great price, the facilities and hotel were new, the foyer always smelt amazing too. We really felt spoilt everytime we walked into our room For such a high class luxurious hotel the toilet paper was cheap and scratchy!!

The high tech amenities were atypical and appreciated. Family that stayed at the Bellagio thought our rooms at the Aria were better.

The 2nd newest hotel on The Strip with a reasonably sized casino area that was fairly easy to navigate. It seemed to appeal to a generally more sophisticated crowd, allowing people to enjoy themselves and feel comfortable because you didn't feel like a sardine squeezed into a can without room to breathe; it was beautifully decorated, excellent shops (make sure you try the patisserie), close to Crystals (a lovely, new, upscale mall only steps away from the lobby, and the staff you encountered were always ready and willing to assist with any questions. On our arrival date, we needed the assistance of maintenance personnel for a minor request (there was not a maintenance problem; only a pesonal request), and it took more than one phone call and a wait of several hours before somebody from maintenance finally arrived and solved our problem within 5 min. However, this person, along with all the other staff (whether housekeeping, front desk, operator, et al), was personable, helpful, and courteous (and apologetic for the delay experienced. All the staff appear very well trained in terms of providing customer assistance.

In a good location especially if you like high-end shopping. The bed is fantastic. The rooms are very average for the price. Cheap, low-quality toiletries. Hotel hallways and rooms are too dark; poor lighting design. When charging $30 a day resort fee which includes a daily paper, guest should not have to go find the gift shop & pick up paper; it should be delivered to room. This is a strange hotel; won't return

“Enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, it was gorgeous and exquisite. The food in the restaurants we tried was excellent!! We enjoyed two nights of the Marquee club and it was fabulous having the ability to walk in without standing in line because we were guests of the hotel. We had a blast at the club and would definitely return!!! ” Elizabeth, Bowling Green, Ky |
