ARIA Resort & Casino at CityCenter Las Vegas    

I liked all of it!!

Comfortable, elevators worked well, quiet.

Not a fan of smoking indoors, I found that objectionable. I would have like tea/coffee facilities in room. The internet included as a part of the "resort fee" was poor.

Room on Aria Sky suite( free upgrade) was luxurious. Staff, facilities, dining all superb. Could not fault it.

Staff were great. Got us ajoined rooms, and a free rollaway bed for one of the rooms. Very clean, very modern. Fun features in the rooms.

Not quite sure if I'm convinced it's worth the price. Everything else was great though.

The best decoration in Las Vegas! High ceilings in the casino are the best. You don't feel as the rooms are closing into you. Awesome buffet service for a fare price! Just beside the Bellagio, so if you want to go to Circle`s de Soleil "O" show, just take the monorail. Front desk staff members work really fast! when I arrived, there was a HUGE line but it was handled in 10minutes! I couldn't believe it... anyway, REALLY recommend this hotel if you want modern and high end design rooms, specially with LV Strip View!

the hotel rooms don't open even a bit... a wanted fresh air into the room (since air conditioner makes it all too dry) and couldn't have it.

The bathroom in my room was not clean! More attention to cleaning details. The sink had a lot of hair in it left from the last occupant.

Hidden costs. We bought the rooms from booking.com only to find when we checked in that there was an addition service fee. Maybe it was ignorance on my part as we don't have such a charge (that I know of) in Australia. Croupier at Casino was rude as well.

Hearth warming welcome, the hotel is 100% Luxury and easy to access by car and located in the middle of the strip! I think this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Well done! This hotel's internal infrastructure is a lot better compared to Bellagio and MGM grand. Navigation in the hotel is a lot easier compared to those.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the strip. The room was clean and reasonably big. All the staff were helpful.

The swimming pool closes at 6pm and we were not even allowed to go to the poolside even when the sun was still up and beautiful.

Amazing hotel located in the City Centre resort. Ultra modern and hi tech , great pool party at Liquid. Todd English great food and atmosphere.

Room had not been cleaned properly , half eaten sweets and dust behind beds. Could write your name on the wall behind the beds in the dust. Complained to reception and offered another room but had unpacked by that point , was told room would be cleaned the next day but 3 days later still the same.

When the Aria staff messed up my reservation, they not only made it right but upgraded my room.

The hotel itself is ok. Doesn't blow your mind like other ones in Vegas though. I have to admit, I expected a lot more from my stay there. Customer service unfriendly, quite "robotic". A guy who was serving us while the check-in seemed to declaim proper polite expressions to us with a poker face while explaining that rooms we had booked were not available ("first-come, first-served" was the reason we heard by the way :/...). A valet parking attendant said to us: "wait, I have 5000 cars here to deal with, don't you see?" when we asked where we can park the car as we were looking for a self-parking. Honestly, we felt like they didn't care about us at all, we felt guilty for bothering the staff every time we approached them. Wouldn't choose this one again for sure.

great room/ bath design. Plenty of staff on hand to direct people. cafe Vitro(sp?) has LOTS of light! Crystals restaurants are good and handy. Good variety of dining choices in Aria . Monorail is great!

Construction noise in room next door to ours- 4240 , on April 26 in early AM!

How modern the hotel is.

The first day there was a big yellow spot on the towel, I called the housekeeping and the only they did was apologizing.

The grandure of the place, class

Resort fees, unable to register until 15.00, so lost nearly full day and still had to pay

Excellent location. Hotel room was very big with wonderful view from 23rd floor. Very quiet regardeles huge amount of people and casino.
