Everything was great... Dinner and breakfast was delicious.. Staff was great and friendly..
It was very difficult making a reservation. Had to call 4 times to get it straightened out. It was only a one night stay, but it shouldn't be so disorganized.
The location is perfect for shopping, hiking the canal and close to restaurants. The Valley Building had updated rooms--lovely! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants and bars on site. The grounds are beautiful and fun to walk around and admire. A wonderful experience!
Ventilation system was noisy. Tennis has a cost that we did not now of.
The grounds were very nice. Everything was on the grounds Tennis, golf, nice pools. Tour was nice. Staff are very friendly.
When I called with a request and a fix it was ignored after 3 calls. Then a unprofessional reaction was considered their fix! Very disappointed with that
I didn't like that the door had a tremendous amount of light coming in from the sides and under the door. Additionally, this made the A/C turn on and off very frequently. I have stayed at many properties, and the amount of money spent for two nights, in my opinion, isn't worth it. The Venetian/Palazzo in Las Vegas is far more superior than the Arizona Biltmore for about the same money per night. The Valet Service per day is definitely over-priced!
I liked the grounds, but the hotel/resort had a dormitory look and feel to it.
Only there for one night!!
Very relaxing location -- great place to get away.
Spotty internet connection
Brand new updated room!
Food in the informal dining restaurant was substandard, which was a disappointment for such a pleasant environment.
Architectural gem, great sports facilities, spacious rooms, pleasant surroundings
As many have noted, parking was awful. Very limited self-parking, all of which is very far from the center and north end of the resort. Hauling golf clubs and luggage a good 200 yards in 110 degree heat is no fun. Room was pretty outdated...no bedside outlets to charge phones
Amazing resort, very eccentric architecture. Pools were very enjoyable and weren't too crowded. Easy check in/out. Paid $110/night, dollar for dollar one of the best places I've ever stayed.
It's a lovely hotel, the customer service was first class and the bed was divine!
historical hotel but boring, can be preferable for only business not joy! Self parking is also expensive and far from the otel. I needed to walk to much. The recepsion staff is very nice and qualified but housekeeping sucks! They are rude. They woke me up at 8 am to warn me about the vocation and came 3 times more although i leaved the room before time. It doesnt worth the money you pay. The next day i moved to another hotel which is 3 star but much more better. I wont come to Biltmore again.
Room is clean, personnel is qualified, foods are good, historical hotel with good design.
When we booked the room it was supposed to be a premium king with a sofa bed but then when we got to our room it was only a king. We did get a rollaway but the front staff seemed to get their wires crossed when we checked in- not a big deal
The property was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was great. The special prices were good too since we were visiting a relative and got to stay at the biltmore for a really good price as a "stay cation"!
Breakfast wasn't including. It's important for children to have something to eat when it's so hot and the temperature is so high.
My room, 1228, had the wonderful view of the back of some rooftop mechanical equipment.
Having a good gym is very important to me, and your gym was excellent. Grounds were amazing, and all the staff, particularly those the the restaurants.
Physical structure and grounds
Rooms are very old, internet service was poor, beds matrices had funny smell. The food was poorly prepared and without taste. We payed for a 5 stars hotel and got back a very unpleasant stay.
Green areas, cafe and restaurant terrace very nice and comfortable.
The beautiful grounds & water features, the food, The soft bed & pillows. The staff.
Of course, as with a lot of hotels, the biggest issue we had was the availability of seating at the main pool. When we are on vacation, we hate the fact that we needed to be at the pool at 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. to grab a chair for the day....
The staff was excellent and always helpful.
It was perfect. No complaints...
Beautifully maintained. Staff was very helpful. The food was good. Exceptional property!
I stayed in a Villa. The room decor was very old. My cost was $403.00 per night, and at that rate I expected alot more. I have stayed at other hotels for less, and the rooms have been nicer. One major issue I had is the television should have been an flat screen. The type of television in the room was old, and I don't think any store still even sells the big tube in the back. Very disappointing
The hotel is classy. Very nice. The staff was quick to reply to all needs. I actually viewed a wedding from the patio. The car valets were very quick whenever I needed my car.
$8 for water is a bit much but pretty normal for resorts.
Loved the friendly staff, outstanding restaurant and comfortable bed.
Extraordinary Architecture, restaurant
