Staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful and hospitable at all times. It would have been great to have perhaps a small bus to take people to their other casinos or local shopping malls.

Hotel didn't have reservation when we arrived. The staff help was an advise to call booking.com. That cost us an extra hour and $20 (phone call to uk - booking.com customer service). Also, they didn't have non-smoking room. By the way, all previous comments regarding smoking are true.

The fact I got half a refund Have to deal with casino smoke to get to room...booked 2 beds non smoking because we have 2 children but instead received smoking and 1 bed....woke up the next morning and couldn't breathe...housekeeping knocking on door before 9am even though I had do not disturb sign posted then had to jump up because there's no internal lock....facilities are poor and ran down.... Not worth $30 but I paid well over $100...save yourself the headache and don't stay here

Easy access off freeway without going down on the strip. Price was good. I made my reservation two months ahead of time and also paid for it right then. I asked for one king non smoking bedroom. When I got there I received two queens and was not happy. so requested a king non smoking room. Was told there were non. As we were entering our room phone rang front desk said they had one king handicapped we could have. I wanted a king room as was with my partner on N.Yrs eve for first time and wanted more space for us. I was very disappointed as I said I paid for this two months ahead of time. I was not happy with the situation.

I lived in Vegas for about 20 years and have always enjoyed the small casino atmosphere, the food always good, staff is helpful and the new towers are perfect. Also close to shopping on Decatur and the freeway for access to any place in the valley..

Prices were reasonable, room was clean and quiet. There was a strong smell in the room from disinfectant, and there was an incident with one of their security staff that upset my wife.

The hotel has total disparity between an enormous smoking area and places for non-smokers. The personnel have a total lack of interest. The room was seedy (e.g. floor burned by cigarettes). The room remained a prison cell with bars in the window.
