Fantastic location and the facilities were excellent
Wifi cut out in some of the rooms
The facilities are beautiful and the room is well kept. The staff was pleasant to us during our stay while we visited for NYE to go to Zoo Lights with our children. We also ordered room service breakfast and it was good. My biggest complaint would be the sofa bed mattress. It was hands down the worst I've ever encountered in any hotel. Overall it met our needs for a short stay.
Sofa bed mattress. Lack of parking.
The room -- a one-bedroom suite -- was spacious and clean, though it had a huge boardroom table in the living room area so clearly doubled as a meeting room for the adjacent conference center. The staff was generally quite friendly.
The facilities are quite limited when the Oasis water park is closed (the water park was the original reason for our booking this hotel). The in-room dining (or poolside in our case) was particularly uninspiring. Out biggest complaint was probably with the bell desk -- which ran the golf carts transport between guest room buildings and the main lobby, as well as the shuttle to the nearby mall. They must be understaffed. The shuttle service didn't follow the printed schedule they gave us (we needed to call repeatedly to get picked up). And the golf carts were equally unreliable. As for comfort, our boys slept on pull out sofa which was very uncomfortable. When I called to see if they could switch the mattress out, they sent over a foam mattress topper -- which made the bed bearable, but suggested that they receive frequent complaints on the mattress quality.
Resort park Helpful staff
food and beverage cost resort fee
The room and pools, valet and bell hops where great
The comfortable environment and easy access to area restaurants and other locations
Nothing. Everything was great.
Nice room. Very clean.
Overall impression of distrust toward guesr. Asked for extra pillows (bad back) and was told we had an adequate number for 4 guests. Got the impression they were insinuating we had more people in the room. How do they know what's adequate for me?!
They didn't have my booking.com reservation
kids loved the pool and water slides
room was dirty, carpet made our feet black, literally. They cleaned it but still gross
The water park & drinks along with the food in the water park area
All food was overpriced and the food was only average
They have cold water and towels available for the guests around the pool.
The incidentals in the mini-bar were crazy expensive. It is fully stocked, inviting you to purchase but $4.50 for a can of soda is just silly.
Comfort of the room.
Not accurate picture of the room online. Room seems a lot bigger on the website, however it is small. Check in time is also a downfall.
We liked the pool , very nice but to full.
Loved it , as a treat . I met my adopted sisters there whom I had never seen . So I made a good impression. There were things lacking from the mini bar an a bigger fridge would have been nice. The worst thing about it was the price I paid 425 dollars for one night and we were to late arriving to use the Oasis. I think that if the price was more comparable to other 4 diamonds we would visit more. the Point Hilton is similar in lay out, awesome staff, awesome rooms, and half the price . My Husband is a law enforcement officer , and I am a Fire Fighter we have AAA, The Hilton Honors that and I have paid 111 per night .
Prices were just to high. It was a beautiful stay, and if it were more affordable we would spend allot more time there. Sincerely, Keith&Sherri Chase
Water park was great for small people. No worries from parents.
rooms were small. Food and beverage was expensive and service slow.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi didn't work. The toilet would only work if you held the flusher down.
mostly all of it.
