There didn't seem to be many ppl who spoke English in the area and not many businesses took credit cards, only cash.
This hotel was a gem. I was first a little thrown off by the location, but once I arrived, that all changed. The lady checking us in was very nice.
We reserved a junior suite, which was very nice. They had a tea set up for two where you could make your own tea, complimentary house shoes, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc.. The room had beautiful cherrywood furniture also . The suite was very clean and comfortable.
We simply loved the breakfast. They had plenty to choose from, and even had an attendant there who kept it very clean and replenished.
The hotel is in a very asian area, and you have access to the subway train 7, which can take you to downtown NY., and we also took the bus44 and did some exploring.
This hotel was a pleasure to stay at, and I plan on returning.
