The Junior Suit was very nice. The bathroom was very good.
I didn't like that the sheets on the bed were not changed every second day. I had to ask for the sheets to be changed. In the Junior Suit there should be at refrigerator so you do not have to ask for it.
Close to airport, attractive room, neat and clean, good towels.
Bed so hard my back muscle cramped. No black-out curtains, so bright daylight in room when the sun rose. Light so dim in bathroom that it was difficult to see to apply makeup. No clock; only 3 hangers; no full-length mirror.
Clean, friendly, easy access from JFK and La Guardia, and close to both the subway and Long Island Rail Road to commute into Manhattan. Would definitely stay again.
It didn't impact me particularly, but you can hear the planes from La Guardia. Breakfast is a self-service affair with mixed breads, pastries, and fruit, but it's all fresh.
Everything was great for the price of the room
No microwave and no mini fridge in the room
Tardy room cleaning
bigger space nice room and view location is in asian market so its ok
Convenient and value for money
The location was very convenient for transport link into Manhattan. Plenty of restaraunts close at hand although reservations needed at the most popular. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean and buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate.
Quite difficult to find hotel as the whole area has asian signage. The rooms would benefit from having bedside lamps. These are just observations and do not represent significant criticism. I would definitely stya again and would not hesitate in recommending to friends. Overall very pleasant.
The beds were extra soft, The junior suit with hot tub was beautiful, We both loved the Wi-Fi, it was a great experience for the both of us, the breakfast was good, the building was beautiful on the inside, the restaurant were convenient.
All the stores were clumped together.
Big beds, very clean.
Chemical smell (air con., carpet). Noise from street. Felt like it was more geared to an asian clientele and made non-asian clients feel like outsiders.
The room was clean and good housekeeping. The staff are friendly.
Because of the nearness to the airport, The noise from the flights are pretty disturbing at times. Not enough hangers in the closet. Furnishings are minimal. Toilet paper is very poor quality.
I had selected this hotel as it was nearer to the pick up point for New York and Niagara tour. It was good. Only thing I missed was my breakfast as the breakfast starts at 7 am and the tour pickup was at 7 am. The hotel was kind enough o arrange for microwave for my use. Value for money.
Breakfast starts at 7 am. If this can be advanced to 6.30, then the tourists staying here can catch the bus after a quick breakfast.
There is a direct train (Train No 7) from Flushing to Times Square in Manhattan. Time travel to Manhattan approx 40 mins. Area feels safe even at 1 am with plenty of eating places (especially Chinese) Good shopping at the Skyview Centre (Nordstorm Rack, Target) for good bargains. (clothes, handbags, toileteries, vitamins/supplements, chocolates (M&Ms, Hersheys etc) Good breakfast with Chinese porridge, fresh fruits, bagels, made to order waffles etc)
The hotel was very clean and simple, Not a lot of frills but that is fine for us. Breakfast was the usual continental, good but not special. Three blocks from the 7 train, maybe 15 minute ride to Manhattan Central park area / Times Square. It is in the Chinatown section of Flushing, a very interesting neighborhood. I thought it was a great value
No dresser space for clothes, just a stand up cabinet for coats.
Room is very clean. Staff is professional. Breakfast is good. Good location.
the room was clean and had the required facilities. Close to the subway line 7 (Queens - Times Square), but located at the last station, in a Chinese district.
the room access card was automatically deactivated every day and every time the hotel host was ensuring me he activated it for the entire staying.
I liked the location in the heart of Chinatown. It was close to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other stores. It was close to the subway station. People in both the hotel and neighborhood were helpful. The hotel in general and my room, in particular were very clean. I enjoyed eating different kinds of foods for breakfast.
The room wasn't laid out very well: no bedside table lamp; toilet very close to storage for toiletries. The slippers provided should have been complementary. Non-Asian travelers may be a bit put off by some of the breakfast buffet offerings (there are waffles, eggs and fruit available everyday).
Think there were bed bugs, asked for guilt room, too noisy
Clean room，friendly staff
Room was clean and comfortable,Breakfast was ok,staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms on web site are exaggerated with very wide angle pictures,no onsite facilities, and no sign of any free snacks or bottled water as advertised, also the wi-fi is hit and miss, there is not much in the area unless you like chinese food restaurants and takeaways (almost every second building), could not find a normal bar to have some drinks and watch sports, just one bar called china bar (karaoke chinese style).
It was a really nice hotel, esp for the price! It looks just like the pictures. And the metro station are less than 5 mins away.
Its in "Chinatown" and everything is Asian. Not any local night life that you would expect in the city, but then again the subway is mins away!
Hotel is very clean and service. Is good.
Overall is good. Close to the subway, about 3 mins for me. Clean, and have free breakfast.
I stay there for 4 nights. Met several receptions, most of them are nice, but one of them is so mean!!! She is a lady, or woman works in the day time.
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
The walls were thin enough that I was disturbed until late in the night and again early in the morning by the yelling of adults and crying of children in the room next door.
the location for tennis enthusiasts
a group of guests on our floor were shouting, drunk, laughing, slamming doors from midnight to 2AM. I called to desk 3 times and considered calling the police. The person at desk DID NOTHING. Got two apologies with disclaimer "but they were drunk wedding-goers" what could we do? Their lame response was what angered us the most. Never had such a horrible hotel experience. Don't stay here if you want to sleep.
