Easy to find and good location

Our room wasn't cleaned everyday all they did was make the bed. Didn't take the dirty glasses or empty ice bucket. It would of been nice to have clean glasses

We had the ocean view and was quite relaxing.

The room was not ready at 3. We had to wait until 4:30.

The hotel has a great location. It is located on a beach, about 10 minutes from the airport, and about equal distance to the end of the highway in the north and to the west. Passing in front of the hotel is a pedestrian walkway on which one can walk to a small commercial center for dining and shopping. On the beach is a protected area like a lagoon at which one can swim safely. There is also a concrete sidewalk along the beach for those who enjoy walking as well as a long beach front for those who love to walk on the sand and let the waves crash on their feet.

I wish the quoted price of the rooms would include all the taxes and fees. The airlines have been required by law to do that. I hope someday the hotels will be required to do likewise. The final cost of our stay was almost 30% higher than the quoted cost when the booking was made. Other than that, we enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. We would recommend it to others.

What the hotel had to offer was great. Loved the DVD rental, the pools and hot tub, and that the beach was so close! The concierge was very nice and knowledgeable.

Didn't like how dark the pools were. Couldn't swim in them in the evenings when it was dark, and there weren't any lights in the pool. Also didn't like the small complimentary breakfast. Would have preferred to select my own dishes to try. I also didn't like the bathroom not having a fan. Or no having a phonebook to look places up.

Staff were great and having a Playstation 2 in the room is a nice touch. The room had some shoddy parts where tiling had been taken away leaving plaster. But on the whole, it was quite nice with a comfy bed, a good selection of furniture plus a fridge. An electric kettle would have been nice but there was at least a coffee pot. The Friday reception with free food and music was very nice.

The air conditioning unit in the room was exceptionally loud to the point that it prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I wouldn't describe myself as a light sleeper even. It was also too cold. It's not even necessary- I have spent many nights in Hawaii without air- conditioning and it's not been too hot. There is no breakfast served here as part of the room rate and the restaurant attached to the hotel isn't very good. I had a couple of a la carte items and was disappointed with the quality of the food. They brought me Lipton "tea" which ought to be a crime. Plus it was very expensive. Subsequent to this, I went to Kapa'a for my breakfasts. A third thing I didn't like was that there was a fence between the hotel and the beach. I wanted an ocean facing room to hear the ocean (impossible over the air con) and to go out to the sea with ease. But I couldn't because of that fence!

It isn't too far from the Lihue town. Personell were friendly.

I didn't like it that I wasn't notified of the mud water would come out of the shower because of the work on the water pipes done earlier in the day, and they actually should have run the water before I checked into the room. The dvd player wasn't working, the soda machine wasn't working and didn't have water in it to begin with, the computer was down so I had to use the atm machine to get cash to pay for dinner, and was charged $3 to use the machine. I was awaken 10 minutes earlier than I had requested, There was no rubbish can in the bathroom.

Great central location Quiet location, barely any other guests around jacuzzi and pool facilities beautiful, clean, and always empty when I wanted to use them Hotel staff very accommodating and quick to respond Amazing Value for the money. Stately grounds with an understated Polynesian decor - so much better than many other hotels we saw around the island during our stay which had a high cheesy factor. Such as Kalapaki beach hotels - ugh, or other hotels in Kapa'A. Even some of the hotels in Poipu looked expensive but not nice at all, too many people and too many tourists! I would recommend this one to all of my friends and would come back when I plan to come back next year.

Ac was cranked on high when we arrived - seems like a colossal waste of energy as it was not hot at all outside...we stayed the whole time with the window open all the way. (The staff came and disable the ac when we asked them to). I hope that the cost of that energy that we didn't use wasn't something we paid for as part of our nightly amount but I'm sure it was. Seems like it would be cool to have meters for the amt of energy each room uses and charge accordingly so the energy hogs get to pay more and those who conserve don't pay for the energy hog's use of electricity.

It was old and outdated with popcorn ceilings. My bed had a sag in the mattress. I would give it a 5 out of 10. I used your rating and it was very disappointing.

unsauberes Bad, schlechter Zimmerservice, die Papierköre quollen nach zwei Tagen über, die Fenster waren so schmutzig, dass man nicht mehr durchschauen konnte

Einfaches Frühstück im Preis inklusiv, gegen Entgelt reichhaltigesBuffet . WLAN im Zimmer und in der Lobby kostenlos.

Wer etwas gegen Hähne hat, die im Morgengrauen ihr Kikeriki von sich geben, ist auf der ganzen Insel Kauai schlecht aufgehoben. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir haben es als origi- nellen Bestandteil der Insel wahrge- nommen.

Nefunkční okno, které bylo zarezlé a nešlo otevřít. Hlučná klimatizace a pach po plísni. Zbytečný poplatek za play station 10 USD denně, který jsme vůbec bevzužívali, jako asi většina hostů, protože jsme pobývali venku v přírodě a na cestách. Je to jen způsob jak dostat víc peněz z hostů. Není to fér. Rovněž proč poplatek za úklid, to má být normálně v ceně hotelového pokoje. Cena za snídani neúměrně drahá a v okolí není žádná restaurace v pěším dosahu, až autem v Kapaa.

Da dove cominciare, scandalosa la quota di servizio di 10,42 dollari per nessun servizio, la wi fi non funziona anche se si paga !! camera sporca, vetri appannati e non apribili, io avveo una superior vista mare, pulendo il vetro forse il mare si potrebbe vedere, ha bisogno di un restauro, la posizione sarebbe ottima, per pochi soldi in piu consiglio il marriotcurtyard non c'è paragone, non fidatevi dei giudizi che li danno alla pari, lo dico da professionista, sono un agente di viaggio.

ハワイ時間でしょうか？のんびりしています。チェックインの時に部屋に案内してくれるボーイさんが来るとい- うので、１０分くらい待たされました。 部屋はただただ広くて、掃除は行き届いていませんでしたが、ロケーションが最高だったので満足です。

Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais c'est assez confortable pour le prix. Il y a une laverie et une jolie piscine. On peut se connecter en wifi dans le grand hall très accueillant.

Todas las areas verdes descuidadas con basura y restos del jardin sin recojer, no se pueden abrir las ventanas estan selladas aparte bien sucias, el jardin seco y los estanques verdes hediondos, la playa no sirve de nada,sucia llena de palos aparte toda el area en descuido total, un tv bien viejo, es mentira no hay wifi en las habitaciones, aparte no es gratis tampoco en el lobby y es lento. Salimos volando para otro hotel, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
